ZK3, ZK4 type electric air fast switch machine use compressed air as power, change the direction of cylinder movement with the reversal valve, achieve the goal of changing the switch point rail, under the working condition of the load 1500N or 2500N, 152mm journey of finishing in the time of stipulated 0.6s, because the compression ratio of the air is greater, the impact force formed when the point rail and stock rail are closely attached is more than the double of the load, cause the serious influence to the structure of the switch, the structure of the switch that is degraded constantly influences the reliability of load and installation device of the conversion equipment, the fault rate is high, short-lived, the maintenance work load is large; an air power machine room needs to be built, an air pipeline needs to be laid, and the construction cost and the maintenance cost are high.

The ZD7 model electric quick switch machine uses the direct current motor as the power, under the working condition that the load is converted within the specified 0.8s time and the stroke is 1500N or 2500N, 152mm, because of the larger impact inertia, the mechanical parts in the structure are worn quickly, the service life is short, the power instantaneous power is large, and the problems of high failure rate, short service life and large maintenance workload exist.

The switch area at the peak top of the marshalling yard is a passage for unhooking operators, and the turnout switching equipment is arranged beside the line, so that the unhooking operators are provided with potential personal safety hazards, and personal casualty accidents frequently occur in the peak top operating area of the marshalling yard.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a quick switch machine which can effectively protect the personal safety of operators, has small maintenance workload and long service life.

In order to solve the technical problem, the quick switch tie switch machine comprises a switch tie, wherein a power unit, a conversion representation unit and a control unit are arranged in the switch tie, the power unit is connected with the conversion representation unit through an oil pipeline, and the control unit is arranged on the oil pipeline; the power unit comprises a motor M, an oil pump B, a one-way valve and an energy accumulator, the motor M is connected with the oil pump B, the oil pump B is respectively connected with the conversion representation unit and the energy accumulator through oil-way pipelines, the energy accumulator is connected with the motor M through the oil-way pipelines, and the one-way valve is arranged on a main pipeline of the oil-way pipelines.

Preferably, the conversion representation unit comprises an oil cylinder, a piston rod and a contact group, the piston rod is arranged in the oil cylinder, the contact group is arranged on the stroke of the piston rod, and the oil cylinder is respectively connected with the oil pump B and the oil pool through oil pipelines.

Preferably, the control unit comprises a locking valve, the locking valve is arranged at the upper end of the piston rod, and the locking valve is connected with the energy accumulator through an oil pipeline.

Preferably, the control unit further comprises a reversing valve, and the reversing valve is arranged on an oil pipeline between the oil cylinder and the oil pump B and between the oil cylinder and the oil pool.

Preferably, the control unit further comprises a pressure relay and a safety valve, and the pressure relay and the safety valve are arranged on oil pipelines of the energy accumulator and the motor M.

After the structure is adopted, the quick switch tie switch machine eliminates the defects that the personal safety of operators is influenced by equipment and overcomes the defects of large maintenance workload, high failure rate and short service life of the quick switch machine for hump lines of a railway marshalling yard.

Detailed Description

As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, the fast switch tie point machine 15 of the present invention comprises a switch tie 11, all the switching devices installed inside the switch tie 11, including a power unit, a switching indication unit and a control unit 12, wherein the extended rod of the switch tie 11 is connected with a switch point 13. The power unit is connected with the conversion representation unit through an oil pipeline, and the oil pipeline is provided with a control unit 12.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the control unit 12 includes a pressure relay 8 and a relief valve 7, and the pressure relay 8 and the relief valve 7 are disposed on oil passages of the accumulator 2 and the motor M. The power unit comprises a motor M, an oil pump B, a one-way valve 1 and an energy storage device 2, the motor M is connected with the oil pump B, the oil pump B is respectively connected with the conversion representation unit and the energy storage device 2 through oil pipelines, the energy storage device 2 is connected with the motor M through the oil pipelines, and the one-way valve 1 is arranged on a main pipeline of the oil pipelines. The motor M drives the oil pump B to convey pressure oil to the energy storage device 2 through the one-way valve 1, when a set pressure value is reached, the pressure relay 8 cuts off an action power supply of the motor M, the oil pump B stops supplying oil to the energy storage device 2, the one-way valve 1 prevents the pressure oil in the energy storage device 2 from flowing back to the oil pool 9, and the safety valve 7 sets a system pressure value.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the control unit 12 further includes a direction valve 3, and the direction valve 3 is disposed on an oil path pipeline between the oil cylinder 4 and the oil pump B and the oil sump 9. Therefore, the moving direction of the piston rod 5 in the oil cylinder 4 can be changed by changing the direction of the oil outlet of the reversing valve 3, oil on the low-pressure side of the oil cylinder 4 is pressed back to the oil pool 9 under the action of the piston rod 5, and the piston rod 5 is connected with the switch tongue to complete the conversion action together.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the conversion representation unit includes an oil cylinder 4, a piston rod 5, and a contact group 10, the piston rod 5 is disposed in the oil cylinder 4, the contact group 10 is disposed on a stroke of the piston rod 5, and the oil cylinder 4 is connected to an oil pump B and an oil sump 9 through oil pipelines, respectively. The control unit 12 comprises a locking valve 6, the locking valve 6 is arranged at the upper end of the piston rod 5, and the locking valve 6 is connected with the energy accumulator 2 through an oil pipeline. After the piston rod 5 finishes the specified stroke, the electric contact in the indicating contact group is switched on, and the positions of the turnout switch rail and the stock rail are reflected; when the oil pressure is lower than a set value, the pressure relay 8 is connected with an action circuit of the motor M to supplement pressure oil to the energy accumulator 2; if the pressure relay 8 can not connect the working circuit of the motor M or can not supply pressure oil to the energy accumulator 2, the locking valve 6 locks the piston rod at the original position.
