Background

The point switch is an important signal basic device for reliably switching the position of the turnout, changing the opening direction of the turnout, locking the switch point and reflecting the position of the turnout, and can well ensure the driving safety, improve the transportation efficiency and improve the labor intensity of driving personnel.

In the construction of a switch machine, an operating rod and a display rod controlled by a signal mechanism are connected to switch points constituting a switch, respectively, and control the parallel operation and the separation of the switch points. Because the switch machine is generally located in the field, and the switch machine is blown by wind, rain and strong light to be exposed to the sun, the insulation performance of the electric signals can be greatly reduced, and the electric signals of the action rod and the indication rod are in short circuit or series connection through the connected switch rails, so that the function failure of the switch machine is caused, and the operation safety of the railway is seriously influenced.

the structure of the insulation mechanism comprises a sleeve pipe, wherein the left action rod or/and the left indication rod, the right action rod or/and the right indication rod can be fixed on two sides of the sleeve pipe, a left threaded hole and a right threaded hole, the middle of which is partitioned by an insulation resin section, are respectively formed in the left side and the right side of the sleeve pipe, and a left connecting sleeve and a right connecting sleeve, the outer threads of which are matched with the left threaded hole and the right threaded hole, are respectively sleeved in the left threaded hole and the right threaded hole; the left connecting sleeve is connected with the left action rod or/and the left indication rod, and the right connecting sleeve is connected with the right action rod or/and the right indication rod; a solidified resin layer for insulating the left threaded hole and the right threaded hole is filled between the left connecting sleeve and the right connecting sleeve and the corresponding left threaded hole and right threaded hole respectively;

the internal threads of the left connecting sleeve and the right connecting sleeve are symmetrically arranged, and the outer cylindrical surface forming the middle section of the sleeve is provided with a screwing mechanism;

-the length of the insulating resin section constituting the bushing is greater than the distance between the left threaded hole and the right threaded hole;

and through holes are axially formed in the threaded connection positions of the left threaded hole and the right threaded hole and the left connecting sleeve and the right connecting sleeve respectively, and an insulating rod mechanism is fixed in the through holes.

Compared with the prior art, the novel point switch provided by the invention has the following advantages: firstly, because the action rod or/and the indication rod which form the switch machine are provided with the insulation mechanisms, the insulation mechanisms can realize the insulation of the electric signals between the signal mechanism and the switch points, thereby effectively avoiding the short circuit or series connection of the electric signals of the action rod and the indication rod caused by the connected switch points and effectively ensuring the running safety of railways; and secondly, because the left and right sides in the sleeve are respectively provided with a left threaded hole and a right threaded hole, the middle of which is separated by an insulating resin section, and a left connecting sleeve and a right connecting sleeve matched with the left and right threaded holes are respectively sleeved in the left and right threaded holes, and the internal threads of the left connecting sleeve and the right connecting sleeve are symmetrically arranged, the adjusting rod of the structure can realize the bidirectional adjustment on the left action rod or/and the right indication rod or/and the indication rod of the thread fixation only by screwing the sleeve, and the adjusting rod has the characteristics of convenient adjustment and high precision.

Detailed Description

The structure and the working principle of the novel switch machine provided by the invention are further explained in detail with reference to the attached drawings.

Referring to fig. 1, a schematic structural diagram of a novel switch machine provided by the present invention is shown. The structure of the novel switch machine comprises a switch machine signal mechanism 1, an action rod 3 and a display rod 4 which are respectively and fixedly connected with a switch point 2 and controlled by the signal mechanism, wherein the action rod or (but preferably) and the display rod (both) are provided with an insulating mechanism 5; that is, the insulating mechanism 5 can insulate the electric signal between the signal mechanism 1 and the point rail 2. That is, the insulation between the electric signals of the actuating rod 3 and the indicating rod 4 and the point rail can be effectively prevented.

In the structure constituting the new switch machine described above:

the insulating means 5 provided on the actuating rod 3 and the indication rod 4 (as shown in fig. 2) preferably includes a sleeve 6 to which the left actuating rod 31 and the left indication rod 41, and the right actuating rod 32 and the right indication rod 42 can be fixed on both sides thereof, respectively; wherein, the left and right sides in the sleeve are respectively provided with a left threaded hole 81 and a right threaded hole 82 which are separated by an insulating resin section 7, and the left and right threaded holes are respectively sleeved with a left connecting sleeve 91 and a right connecting sleeve 92 which are matched with the left and right threaded holes through external threads; namely, the left connecting sleeve is connected with a left action rod or a left indication rod (in a clamping way or) in a threaded way, and the right connecting sleeve is also connected with a right action rod or a right indication rod (in a clamping way or) in a threaded way; and a solidified resin layer 10 which insulates the left connecting sleeve and the right connecting sleeve is filled between the left connecting sleeve and the right connecting sleeve and the corresponding left threaded hole and right threaded hole respectively, so that the electrical insulation between the left action rod 31 and the right action rod 32 and between the left indication rod 41 and the right indication rod 42 can be realized, the short circuit or series connection phenomenon of point signals generated between the indication rods and the action rods through the connected switch rails can be effectively avoided, and the running safety of the railway is effectively ensured.

When the internal threads 112 in the left connecting sleeve 91 and the right connecting sleeve 92 are symmetrically arranged, the hexagonal or quadrangular wrench screwing mechanism is arranged on the outer cylindrical surface of the middle section 61 of the sleeve, and the sleeve is rotated, so that the left action rod and the right indicating rod or/and the left indicating rod and the right indicating rod can be simultaneously extended out or retracted into the left connecting sleeve and the right connecting sleeve, that is, the length of the left connecting sleeve and the right connecting sleeve can be adjusted

In order to further improve the electrical insulation performance between the left actuating rod 31 and the right actuating rod 32 and between the left indicating rod 41 and the right indicating rod 42, the length of the insulating resin section 7 in the sleeve is greater than the distance between the left threaded hole and the right threaded hole, i.e. the insulating resin section 7 can simultaneously extend into the left threaded hole and the right threaded hole, and preferably the thickness of the insulating resin 11 extending into the left threaded hole and the right threaded hole is consistent;

in order to prevent the metal sleeve from rotating relative to the left and right connecting sleeves 91 and 92 when screwing the metal sleeve, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, a through hole 12 is axially formed at the threaded connection part of the left threaded hole and the right threaded hole with the left connecting sleeve and the right connecting sleeve respectively, and an insulating rod mechanism 13 is fixed in the through hole.
