The gas-fired tin refining equipment according to claim 1, wherein the refractory flow guiding tracers (4) and the refractory partition walls (5) are built in the hearth and are arranged in a cross shape, wherein the two opposite wall bodies are flow guiding tracers, flow guiding holes (4a) are densely distributed in the flow guiding tracers, and the other two opposite wall bodies are closed partition walls which divide the hearth into two halves from the middle; the gas burner (6) and the smoke outlet (7) are respectively provided with two, each half hearth is provided with one gas burner and one smoke outlet, the gas burners and the smoke outlets are respectively arranged on two sides of the partition wall, and the gas burners and the smoke outlets of the two half hearths are arranged in a staggered mode.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of non-ferrous metal smelting equipment, in particular to pyrometallurgical equipment for removing impurities from crude tin.

Background

The traditional crude tin impurity removing smelting equipment is a refining pot arranged on a stove, and three refractory brick supports are arranged in a hearth of the stove and used for supporting the refining pot. The stove body is a grate combustion chamber, and the tin in the refining pot is heated by adopting a mode of burning coal in the combustion chamber. The mode of manual coal feeding and coal ash removal after combustion is adopted, the temperature of the hearth is difficult to control, the tin liquor temperature in the pot is easy to fluctuate greatly, and the operation is influenced. The labor intensity is high and the environment is severe because of manual coal feeding and ash removal. Because three refractory brick supports occupy part of the bottom of the refining pot, the effective transmission of heat is influenced to a certain extent, and the heat efficiency is low. The coal is used as fuel, and the combustion product is not friendly to the environment. The traditional cooking stove is easy to damage and is frequently overhauled. If the tin pot is leaked, tin metal is mixed in the coal ash, the recovery and the separation are difficult, and the loss of tin is easily caused.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to solve the problems in the prior art and provides fuel gas burning tin refining equipment which is simple in structure and operation, low in energy consumption, capable of reducing the labor intensity of workers, environment-friendly, energy-saving and capable of operating for a long period.

The purpose of the invention is realized by the following scheme:

a gas-fired tin refining device comprises a stove body, a gas burner arranged on the side surface of the stove body, a refining pot arranged in the stove body, and a smoke collecting hood with a smoke exhaust pipe and arranged at the top of the refining pot; the range body comprises a cylindrical range body shell welded by steel plates, a refractory material lining built on the inner wall of the shell, a refractory material cone table built at the center of the bottom of a hearth, a refractory material flow guide wall and a refractory material partition wall which are built in the range body and are arranged in a cross shape, an accident discharge port arranged at the bottom of the side wall of the range body and a smoke discharge port arranged at the side wall of the range body; the refining pot is a semispherical bottom refining pot cast by a steel casting or welded by a steel plate, the center of the bottom end of the refining pot is placed on a refractory material cone table at the center of the bottom of the hearth, and the edge of the refining pot is placed on a hearth opening at the top of the hearth.

Furthermore, the refractory material flow guide wall and the refractory material partition wall are built in the kitchen body and are arranged in a cross shape, wherein three wall bodies are flow guide wall bodies, one wall body is a closed partition wall, and flow guide holes are densely distributed on the wall body of the flow guide wall; the gas burner and the smoke outlet are respectively provided with one and respectively positioned at two sides of the partition wall.

Furthermore, the fire-resistant material flow guide wall and the fire-resistant material partition wall are built in the kitchen range body and are arranged in a cross shape, wherein two opposite wall bodies are flow guide wall bodies, flow guide holes are densely distributed on the wall bodies of the flow guide wall bodies, the other two opposite wall bodies are closed partition walls, and the partition walls divide the kitchen range chamber into two halves from the middle; the gas burners and the smoke outlets are respectively arranged in two numbers, each half hearth is provided with one gas burner and one smoke outlet, the gas burners and the smoke outlets are respectively arranged on two sides of the partition wall, and the gas burners and the smoke outlets of the two half hearths are arranged in a staggered mode.

By adopting the invention, the tin ingot or the tin liquid which needs to be refined is put into the refining pot, the fuel gas sprayed by the burner is burnt in the hearth, the tin ingot (liquid) in the refining pot is heated, melted and heated to the required temperature for refining, and the tin liquid can be insulated or cooled according to the process requirement. And smoke generated after the fuel gas is combusted in the hearth is exhausted through the smoke exhaust port and then exhausted from the chimney through the flue. If the tin liquor leaks into the hearth due to leakage of the refining pot, the leaked tin liquor can be discharged quickly from an accident discharge port at the bottom of the hearth.

According to the invention, the gas burner and the smoke outlet can be flexibly arranged according to the smelting capacity and the smelting requirement of the refining pot, the arrangement mode is flexible and selectable, and the adaptability is good.

Compared with the traditional crude tin impurity removal smelting equipment, the invention at least has the following advantages:

1. the structure is simple, the safety and the reliability are realized, the operation is easy, and the labor intensity of workers is low;

2. the bottom of the refining kettle is arranged on the circular truncated cone except the center, and other parts are all contacted with flame of gas combustion, so that the heat transfer effect is good, and the energy consumption is low;

3. the invention adopts gas as fuel, the temperature of the hearth of the stove is easy to control, the temperature fluctuation of tin liquor in the pot is small, and the invention is clean and environment-friendly;

4. the cooking stove is almost free from maintenance, can run for a long time and has low maintenance cost;

5. when the tin liquid leaks into the hearth, the leaked tin liquid can be discharged quickly from an accident discharge port at the bottom of the stove body, and the tin is safe and easy to recover.

Detailed Description

The invention is further illustrated with reference to the following figures and examples.

Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 3, a gas tin refining apparatus according to a first embodiment of the present invention includes a range body, a gas burner 6 installed at a side of the range body, a refining pot 1 placed in the range body, and a fume collecting hood 2 with a fume exhaust pipe 2a directly covering a top of the refining pot. The stove body comprises a cylindrical stove body shell 3 welded by steel plates, a refractory material lining 10 built on the inner wall of the shell, a refractory material cone frustum 8 built at the center of the bottom of a stove hearth and used for supporting a refining pot, a refractory material flow guide wall 4 and a refractory material partition wall 5 built in the stove body and arranged in a cross shape, an accident discharge port 9 arranged at the bottom of the side wall of the stove body, and a smoke discharge port 7 arranged at the side wall of the stove body. The refining pot 1 is a refining pot which is cast by a steel casting or welded by a steel plate and has a hemispherical bottom, the center of the bottom end of the forging refining pot is placed on a refractory material conical table 8 at the center of the bottom of a hearth, and the edge of the pot is placed on a stove opening at the top of a stove body.

The fire-resistant material flow guide wall 4 and the fire-resistant material partition wall 5 are built in the stove body and are arranged in a cross shape, wherein three wall bodies are flow guide wall bodies, one wall body is a closed partition wall, and flow guide holes 4a are densely distributed in the wall body of the flow guide wall; the gas burner 6 and the smoke outlet 7 are respectively arranged at two sides of the partition wall. The flow guide wall has the function of air equalization, and can uniformly guide the entering gas into the hearth and surround the bottom of the whole refining pot for balanced combustion, so that the refining pot is uniformly heated, and the temperature fluctuation of molten tin in the pot is reduced. The partition wall can prevent the disturbance of exhaust port to gas flow and flame for the gas forms stable following current flow direction in the thorax of a kitchen range, and stable burning, flue gas follow gas flow's afterbody and discharge smoothly.

Fig. 4, 5 and 6 show a gas tin refining device according to a second embodiment of the invention, which is mainly different from the first embodiment in that two gas burners 6 and two smoke outlets 7 are provided, and the gas tin refining device is particularly suitable for the situation that the body of a refining pot is large and the refining capacity is large. The fire-resistant material flow guide wall 4 and the fire-resistant material partition wall 5 are constructed in the kitchen body in a cross shape, wherein two opposite wall bodies are flow guide wall bodies, flow guide holes 4a are densely distributed on the wall bodies of the flow guide wall bodies, the other two opposite wall bodies are closed partition walls, and the partition walls divide the kitchen chamber into two halves from the middle. The gas burner 6 and the exhaust port 7 are respectively provided with two, every half hearth is provided with a gas burner and an exhaust port, the gas burner and the exhaust port are respectively arranged on two sides of the partition wall, the gas burners and the exhaust ports of the two half hearths are arranged in a staggered manner, namely, the two gas burners are respectively arranged on two opposite side faces of the hearth body, the two exhaust ports are also respectively arranged on two opposite side faces of the hearth body, in each half hearth, gas entering from the gas burner is uniformly combusted along the bottom of one half refining pot through a diversion tracery wall, the gas is discharged from the exhaust port arranged on the opposite side wall of the hearth body of the gas burner, the gas of the two half hearths is uniformly combusted, and the refining pot is uniformly heated.

When the device is used, a tin ingot or tin liquor 11 to be refined is placed into the refining pot 1, fuel gas sprayed by the burner 6 is combusted in a hearth, the tin ingot (liquor) in the refining pot is heated, melted and heated to a required temperature for refining, and the tin liquor can be also subjected to heat preservation or cooling according to process requirements. Gas generated when the molten tin in the refining pot is refined passes through the smoke collecting hood 2 and is sent to a dust collector through the smoke exhaust pipe 2a for dust collection, and then is exhausted through a chimney. Flue gas generated after the fuel gas sprayed by the burner 6 is combusted in the hearth is discharged from the smoke outlet 7 and then exhausted from a chimney through a flue. If the tin liquid leaks into the hearth due to leakage of the refining pot, the leaked tin liquid can be discharged from an accident discharge port 9 at the bottom of the hearth.

The invention can meet various requirements of tin refining on temperature, and has the advantages of simple and rapid operation, high heat transfer efficiency, energy saving, environmental protection, safety and reliability.
