Technical Field

Background

The machine-made sand concrete has poorer workability than common concrete due to the existence of stone powder and mud powder, but most buildings still adopt the machine-made sand concrete due to the lack of river sand resources in places such as Guangxi, Yunnan and Fujian. Under the conditions of improper maintenance of machine-made sand concrete, unreasonable mixing ratio and the like, the phenomena of cracking and breakage of the machine-made sand concrete occur occasionally after the form is removed, and the occurrence parts are often positioned on the wall body and the vertical face of the pier body.

In the prior art, constructors repair the cracked or damaged part of the concrete by using the repair slurry, and the repair slurry and free alkali in the concrete generate chemical reaction to generate stable dendritic crystal colloid, so that micro cracks and capillary gaps in the concrete can be effectively blocked, and the concrete structure has a lasting waterproof function and better compactness and compressive strength.

At present, the construction is carried out by adopting a brushing mode in the construction process, but the brushing mode can not ensure the infiltration amount of the repair slurry, is not beneficial to deepening the infiltration depth of the repair slurry, and has poor crack repair effect.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a concrete crack repairing device and a concrete crack repairing method, which solve the technical problems that the construction mode of painting in the prior art cannot ensure the infiltration amount of the repairing slurry, is not beneficial to deepening the infiltration depth of the repairing slurry and has poor crack repairing effect.

The invention provides a concrete crack repairing device, which comprises: a protective shell and a water absorbing piece; the water absorbing piece is arranged inside the protective shell; an opening is formed in the protective shell; the water absorbing piece is used for bearing and repairing slurry, and the opening is covered at the position of a concrete crack.
