each combined cylinder body comprises a hydraulic cylinder (1), a hollow shell (4) and a water cylinder body (5);

the right side of the cylinder body of the hydraulic cylinder (1) is fixedly connected with the left end of the hollow shell (4);

the middle section of the piston rod (3) penetrates through the hollow shell (4);

the right end of the piston rod (3) penetrates into the water cylinder body (5), and the left end of the water cylinder body (5) is fixedly connected with the right end of the hollow shell (4);

the water cylinder body (5) is provided with a water inlet (7) and a water outlet (8).

the piston rod sealing device (6) comprises a metal sealing ring (13), an elastic O-shaped ring (14) and an elastic inclined surface ring (15);

the metal sealing ring (13) is arranged on the piston rod (3),

a metal sealing ring inclined plane (16) is arranged on the right side of the outer surface of the metal sealing ring (13), and the metal sealing ring inclined plane (16) extends and inclines from the upper left to the lower right;

Background

At present, an ultrapure water machine is used for manufacturing ultrapure water, when the ultrapure water is connected with a device for pressurizing the ultrapure water after being manufactured and then is pressurized, when the pressure exceeds 40Mpa, water flow pulsation and bubbles are generated, and the ultrapure water machine can be damaged.

The invention aims to provide an ultrapure water high-pressure pump which is connected with an ultrapure water machine to pressurize ultrapure water without damaging the ultrapure water machine.

Detailed Description

A high-pressure pump for ultrapure water comprises at least one combined cylinder body, each of which comprises a hydraulic cylinder 1, an empty housing 4 and a water cylinder body 5.

The piston 2 of the hydraulic cylinder 1 is arranged in the cylinder body of the hydraulic cylinder 1, and the piston rod 3 extends out of the cylinder body of the hydraulic cylinder 1.

The right side of the cylinder body of the hydraulic cylinder 1 is fixedly connected with the left end of the hollow shell 4.

The middle section of the piston rod 3 passes through the hollow shell 4.

The right end of the piston rod 3 penetrates into the water cylinder body 5, and the left end of the water cylinder body 5 is fixedly connected with the right end of the hollow shell 4.

The right end of the water cylinder body 5 is provided with a water inlet 7 and a water outlet 8.

The outlet of the ultra-pure water machine 11 (which is a known technology) is connected with the water inlet 7 of the first water cylinder 5 in the two combined cylinders through a water pump 12, the water outlet 8 is used for discharging water, the water inlet 7 of the second water cylinder 5 is used for feeding water, the water outlet 8 is used for discharging water, a pressure sensor 9 and a valve 10 are arranged on the pipeline of the rearmost water outlet 8, and the pressure sensor 9 is positioned in front of the valve 10. (the two combined cylinders are in series).

The middle section of the piston rod 3 is positioned in the hollow shell 4, so that the oil taken out of the hydraulic cylinder 1 can be prevented from being taken into the water cylinder body 5 to pollute ultrapure water.

In FIG. 1, the double arrow indicates the direction of water flow, and the single arrow indicates the reciprocating motion of the piston rod 3 to pressurize ultrapure water.

When the pressure sensor 9 detects that the water pressure reaches 40Mpa, the PLC opens the valve 10 to discharge high-pressure water.
