10. A method of assembling a liquid level monitoring apparatus according to any of claims 1 to 9, the method comprising the steps of:

the guide piece is fixed on one surface of the bottom plate through a bolt or metal glue, and the cylindrical guide rod is embedded into the through holes of the cylindrical guide piece and the bottom plate;

the detection support is arranged on the section bar upright post with the cut length according to the designed position, a screw cap or a thread plug is plugged into the section bar upright post mounting groove by using a pliers during mounting, a stud is inserted into the mounting hole of the detection support by using a wrench at the other side and screwed into the screw cap or the thread plug in the mounting groove for fastening, and the detection support is fixed completely;

the scale bar is adhered or arranged on the section bar upright post opposite to the mounting surface of the detection bracket according to a preset detection position; the guide column is connected with the pointer frame and the section bar upright column through threads, so that the guide column only runs up and down;

one end of the cylindrical guide rod, which is close to one surface of the guide piece, is connected with the pointer frame, the position of the section bar upright post is adjusted, and the cylindrical guide rod is fixed on the bottom plate after running smoothly;

the floater is fixed at the other end of the guide cylindrical rod through threads, and a detection switch, a shield and an alarm are installed.

Technical Field

The invention relates to liquid level monitoring and detection, in particular to liquid level monitoring and detection of a water tank for a machine tool and alarm of liquid level limit.

Background

In production and life, various liquid level control devices are various, and different fields have liquid level control devices with different structures and forms. The machine tool water tank liquid level control in the machining usually uses a mechanical liquid level alarm switch, and has the advantages that on one hand, a signal can be sent according to the liquid level, and then the machine tool is automatically controlled; on the other hand producer and equipment maintenance personnel can be directly perceived convenient according to the height condition of liquid level alarm device's pointer frame judgement water tank liquid level, and then judge whether to carry out the moisturizing to the water tank, and early warning in advance can effectively reduce the loss of stopping production that equipment scram caused.

In the actual production process, the conventional liquid level alarm switch has the disadvantages of complex structure, more material consumption, large occupied area, complex manufacturing process and high cost. The main structure of the alarm switch is a metal plate or a pipe, so that a plurality of procedures such as bending, welding and the like are required, on one hand, the procedures can cause dimension errors and deformation, and in practical application, the alarm switch can not be smoothly locked and fails; on the other hand, the floating ball has no protective measures, and the floating ball can be jacked by foam under the condition of more liquid foam, so that the condition of false alarm is caused.

In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides a liquid level monitoring device and an assembly method thereof. The built-in multiple guide mechanism can ensure that the guide rod smoothly moves up and down, avoid the occurrence of clamping stagnation and deviation, and greatly improve the use reliability.

Further, the device also comprises a detection assembly, wherein the detection assembly comprises at least one detection switch and at least one detection bracket; each detection bracket is arranged on the section bar upright post; the detection switch is installed on the detection support, and the detection surface is matched with the operation direction of the pointer frame.

Through the position that detects the pointer frame of detection switch intelligence, also can directly know the condition of present liquid level, do not need the manual observation.
