contains protein precipitate which belongs to normal precipitation in the fermentation process and is easy to breed bacteria, when the microorganisms such as bacteria exist in the inner tank 201, the concentration of carbon dioxide gas in the inner tank 201 is higher under the respiration action, the carbon dioxide gas is weakly acidic after being dissolved in water, the acidity of the yellow rice wine can be increased, the PH value of bottom liquid in the inner tank 201 can be measured through a PH tester 1001, whether the bacteria breed in the inner tank 201 is judged through the PH value, a starting signal is sent to a buzzer alarm 1003 when the PH value is lower than normal, a buzzer alarm is sent outwards to prompt a worker to take corresponding measures, when the selected glass steel tank 2 aged by the aging is moved by the moving roller set 101, the electric lifting rod 6 can be started, after the threading cylinder 601 is lifted, the binding rope 602 penetrates through the
