1) crushing the black sedge seeds, adding 2-3 times of distilled water, soaking at 50-60 ℃ for 11-13 h, performing reflux extraction, and centrifuging an extracting solution to obtain a supernatant; concentrating the supernatant to a relative density of 1.1-1.2 to obtain a solution I;

2) crushing and uniformly mixing liquorice, fennel seeds and auxiliary material components, adding 2-3 times of distilled water, soaking at 50-60 ℃ for 11-13 h, performing reflux extraction, and centrifuging an extracting solution to obtain a supernatant; concentrating the supernatant to a relative density of 1.1-1.3 to obtain a solution II;

3) mixing the liquid I and the liquid II, adding 1.5-2.5 times of 95% ethanol, and refrigerating at 2-6 ℃ for 23-25 h.

9. The preparation method according to claim 8, wherein in the step 1) and the step 2), the reflux extraction is carried out at 80-90 ℃ for 2-3 times, each time for 0.8-1.2 h;

and/or in the step 1) and the step 2), the centrifugation is carried out for 8-12 min at 2500-3500 rpm.

10. Use of the Chinese medicinal composition of any one of claims 1 to 5 in the preparation of a medicament or health product for improving immunity and relieving allergic rhinitis.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of traditional Chinese medicines, and in particular relates to a traditional Chinese medicine composition for relieving allergic rhinitis and a preparation method and application thereof.

Background

Allergic rhinitis, is a non-infectious inflammatory disease of the nasal mucosa that is caused by the release of mediators (mainly histamine) mainly mediated by IgE after an atopic individual is exposed to an allergen and involves various immunocompetent cells, cytokines and the like. The requirements for this to occur are 3: specific antigen is the substance which causes the immune response of the organism; atopic individuals, so-called individual differences, allergic constitutions; the specific antigen meets both idiotypic individuals. Various symptoms of allergic rhinitis such as nasal obstruction, itchy eyes, sneezing, rhinorrhea and the like are not volatilized like magic spells, so that people are distracted, even have difficulty in sleeping and eating, and the work and life quality of people are seriously influenced. Research has shown that allergic rhinitis is closely related to the human immune system, which is fundamentally a functional disorder of the immune system.

In view of the above, the present invention is particularly proposed.

Disclosure of Invention

Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention provides a traditional Chinese medicine composition for relieving allergic rhinitis and a preparation method and application thereof.

As a first object of the present invention, there is provided a Chinese medicinal composition for relieving allergic rhinitis; the Chinese medicinal composition has effects of improving immunity and relieving allergic rhinitis.

Specifically, the active ingredients of the traditional Chinese medicine composition comprise black sedge seeds, liquorice and fennel seeds;

According to the invention, the nigella sativa seeds, the liquorice and the fennel seeds are compounded according to the mass ratio, so that the obtained traditional Chinese medicine composition can obviously improve the immune function of the organism, and further obviously alleviate allergic rhinitis. The invention further researches the dosage ratio of the three active ingredients, and when the mass ratio of the black grass seeds, the liquorice and the fennel seeds is 1.5-3: 0.5-1: when the content of the active ingredients is 0.5-1, the effect of the traditional Chinese medicine composition is more remarkable.

Preferably, the traditional Chinese medicine composition further comprises auxiliary components; the auxiliary component is black tea or green tea.

In the invention, the addition of the auxiliary components can blend each active component, thereby improving the curative effect; when the auxiliary component is the black tea or the green tea, the obtained traditional Chinese medicine composition has remarkable effects of improving immunity and relieving allergic rhinitis.

Furthermore, the invention researches the dosage ratio of each active ingredient and each auxiliary ingredient to finally obtain a formula with better curative effect; specifically, the weight ratio of the black grass seeds: licorice root: fennel seeds: 1.5-3% of auxiliary components: 0.5-1: 0.5-1: 0.2 to 2.

Furthermore, the weight ratio of the black grass seeds: licorice root: fennel seeds: auxiliary components are 3: 1: 1: 1; the traditional Chinese medicine composition with the formula has the best curative effect.

Preferably, the dosage form of the traditional Chinese medicine composition is an oral dosage form; preferably in the form of decoction or oral liquid.

As a second object of the present invention, there is provided a method for preparing the above-mentioned Chinese medicinal composition; the preparation method is different according to different dosage forms of the traditional Chinese medicine composition, and specifically comprises the following steps:

1. when the traditional Chinese medicine composition is a decoction, the traditional Chinese medicine composition comprises the following components:

mixing the nigella sativa seeds, the liquorice, the fennel seeds and the auxiliary materials, adding 5-8 times of hot water at 90-100 ℃, and soaking for 10-30 min after the components are fully dissolved; centrifuging and taking supernatant.

Preferably, the centrifugation is carried out for 8-12 min at 2500-3500 rpm; under the conditions, the centrifugal impurities can be more adsorbed on the solid matters, thereby being beneficial to improving the purity of the traditional Chinese medicine composition.

Preferably, the method further comprises the step of preprocessing:

pulverizing the seed of black sedge, licorice, fennel seed and auxiliary material respectively, and sieving with 100 mesh sieve.

2. When the traditional Chinese medicine composition is oral liquid, the method comprises the following steps:

1) crushing the black sedge seeds, adding 2-3 times of distilled water, soaking at 50-60 ℃ for 11-13 h, performing reflux extraction, and centrifuging an extracting solution to obtain a supernatant; concentrating the supernatant to a relative density of 1.1-1.2 to obtain a solution I;

2) crushing and uniformly mixing liquorice, fennel seeds and auxiliary material components, adding 2-3 times of distilled water, soaking at 50-60 ℃ for 11-13 h, performing reflux extraction, and centrifuging an extracting solution to obtain a supernatant; concentrating the supernatant to a relative density of 1.1-1.3 to obtain a solution II;

3) mixing the liquid I and the liquid II, adding 1.5-2.5 times of 95% ethanol, and refrigerating at 2-6 ℃ for 23-25 h.

Preferably, in the step 1) and the step 2), the reflux extraction is carried out at 80-90 ℃ for 2-3 times, and each time lasts for 0.8-1.2 h.

Preferably, in the step 1) and the step 2), the centrifugation is carried out for 8-12 min at 2500-3500 rpm; under the conditions, the centrifugal impurities can be more adsorbed on the solid matters, thereby being beneficial to improving the purity of the traditional Chinese medicine composition.

Preferably, in the step 1), the supernatant is concentrated to a relative density of 1.1-1.2, especially 1.14, by rotary evaporation.

Preferably, in the step 2), the supernatant is concentrated to a relative density of 1.1-1.3, especially 1.2, by vacuum freeze drying.

In the present invention, the relative density is basically measured at a temperature of 50 to 60 ℃ unless otherwise specified.

As a third object of the invention, the application of the traditional Chinese medicine composition in preparing medicines or health-care products for improving the immunity function and relieving allergic rhinitis is provided.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:

according to the invention, through compounding of the black grass seeds, the liquorice, the fennel and the auxiliary components, the obtained traditional Chinese medicine composition has obvious effects of improving immunity and relieving allergic rhinitis.
