1. A system for regenerating a rotary air purification article, comprising:

a reaction kettle comprising a rotary turntable for carrying at least one of the air purification articles, the reaction kettle comprising a first space and a second space along a rotation direction of the rotary turntable;

the sterilizing assembly comprises a first spray head, and the sterilizing assembly sprays sterilizing liquid to the area of the rotating turntable, which corresponds to the first space, through the first spray head;

the hot air assembly comprises a second spray head, and the hot air assembly sprays hot air to the rotary turntable through the second spray head;

the charging component is used for charging the area of the rotary turntable corresponding to the second space so as to regenerate the air purification product;

the bottom of the reaction kettle comprises a liquid outlet, and the liquid outlet is communicated with the inlet of the disinfection component to be matched with the disinfection component to form a circulating pipeline.

2. The rotary air purification article regeneration system of claim 1, wherein the hot air assembly further comprises:

an air purifier;

the heater is communicated with the air purifier; and

the first power pump is used for pumping the air purified by the air purifier into the heater;

wherein an outlet of the heater is connected to the second showerhead.

3. The rotary air purification article regeneration system of claim 1, wherein said sanitizing liquid comprises a chemical sanitizing solution, said sanitizing assembly further comprising:

the second power pump pumps the chemical disinfection liquid in the liquid outlet into the filter, and the liquid outlet of the filter is connected to the first spray head.

4. The system for regeneration of a rotary air purification article according to claim 1, wherein said sanitizing liquid comprises hot water, said sanitizing assembly further comprising:

the second power pump, the heat exchanger and the filter;

and the second power pump is used for pumping the water in the liquid outlet into the filter, the outlet of the filter is communicated with the inlet of the heat exchanger, and the liquid outlet of the heat exchanger is connected to the first spray head.

5. The system for regenerating a rotary air purification article as recited in claim 1, further comprising:

and the tail gas treatment device is communicated with a gas outlet at the top of the reaction kettle.

6. The system for regenerating a rotary air cleaning product according to claim 1, wherein said reaction vessel further comprises a third space along a rotation direction of said rotary disk, said system further comprising:

the transportation device comprises a mechanical arm, a first transportation channel and a second transportation channel;

the first transportation channel is used for transporting and placing the air purification product on a region of the rotary turntable, which corresponds to the third space; wherein the rotary turntable rotates to place the air-purifying product delivered via the first transport device continuously;

the mechanical arm executes grabbing actions at a set frequency, the air purification product which rotates to the third space from the second space is grabbed onto the second transportation channel, and the second transportation channel transports the air purification product to the outside of the reaction kettle.

7. The system of claim 1, wherein a side surface of the rotating disk carrying the air purification article is an insulating surface.

8. The system of claim 6, wherein the first space, the second space, and the third space are connected in pairs.

9. The system of claim 6, wherein the central angles of the horizontal planes of the first space, the second space and the third space are set according to the ratio of the charging process duration, the disinfection duration and the loading and unloading duration.

10. The regeneration system of a rotary air purification article according to claim 1, wherein the charging assembly comprises a charging plate located above the rotary turntable, a high voltage power source electrically connected to the charging plate, and a grounding electrode plate located below the rotary turntable.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of industrial regeneration devices, in particular to a regeneration system of a rotary air purification product.

Background

Air purification goods include gauze mask, gauze mask filter core etc. and air purification goods output restriction at present, when the emergency appears, can't satisfy user's demand by the product of restriction to air purification goods are disposable goods mostly, cause use cost's waste, and disposable goods are not friendly to the environment. Meanwhile, for air purification products with overlong standing time, the filtering effect of the air purification products becomes lower along with the lapse of time, so that the hidden troubles of waste and safety are further caused, and the electrostatic adsorption has a plurality of problems.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides a regeneration system for a rotary air purification product, comprising:

a reaction kettle comprising a rotary turntable for carrying at least one of the air purification articles, the reaction kettle comprising a first space and a second space along a rotation direction of the rotary turntable;

the sterilizing assembly comprises a first spray head, and the sterilizing assembly sprays sterilizing liquid to the area of the rotating turntable, which corresponds to the first space, through the first spray head;

the hot air assembly comprises a second spray head, and the hot air assembly sprays hot air to the rotary turntable through the second spray head;

the charging component is used for charging the area of the rotary turntable corresponding to the second space so as to regenerate the air purification product;

the bottom of the reaction kettle comprises a liquid outlet, and the liquid outlet is communicated with the inlet of the disinfection component to be matched with the disinfection component to form a circulating pipeline.

In a preferred embodiment, the hot air assembly further comprises:

an air purifier;

the heater is communicated with the air purifier; and

the first power pump is used for pumping the air purified by the air purifier into the heater;

wherein an outlet of the heater is connected to the second showerhead.

In a preferred embodiment, the sanitizing liquid comprises a chemical sanitizing liquid, the sanitizing assembly further comprising:

the second power pump pumps the chemical disinfection liquid in the liquid outlet into the filter, and the liquid outlet of the filter is connected to the first spray head.

In a preferred embodiment, the sanitizing liquid comprises hot water, the sanitizing assembly further comprising:

the second power pump, the heat exchanger and the filter;

and the second power pump is used for pumping the water in the liquid outlet into the filter, the outlet of the filter is communicated with the inlet of the heat exchanger, and the liquid outlet of the heat exchanger is connected to the first spray head.

In a preferred embodiment, further comprising:

and the tail gas treatment device is communicated with a gas outlet at the top of the reaction kettle.

In a preferred embodiment, the reaction vessel further includes a third space along the rotation direction of the rotary disk, and the regeneration system further includes:

the transportation device comprises a mechanical arm, a first transportation channel and a second transportation channel;

In a preferred embodiment, the central angles of the horizontal planes corresponding to the first space, the second space and the third space are set according to the equal ratio of the charging process time length, the ratio of the disinfection time length to the loading and unloading time length.

In a preferred embodiment, the charging assembly includes a charging plate located above the rotary turntable, a high-voltage power supply electrically connected to the charging plate, and a grounding electrode plate located below the rotary turntable.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:

Detailed Description

In order to more clearly illustrate the invention, the invention is further described below with reference to preferred embodiments and the accompanying drawings. Similar parts in the figures are denoted by the same reference numerals. It is to be understood by persons skilled in the art that the following detailed description is illustrative and not restrictive, and is not to be taken as limiting the scope of the invention.

Various cross-sectional views in accordance with the disclosed embodiment of the invention are shown in the drawings. The figures are not drawn to scale, wherein certain details are exaggerated and possibly omitted for clarity of presentation. The shapes of various regions, layers, and relative sizes and positional relationships therebetween shown in the drawings are merely exemplary, and deviations may occur in practice due to manufacturing tolerances or technical limitations, and a person skilled in the art may additionally design regions/layers having different shapes, sizes, relative positions, as actually required.

The present invention provides a regeneration system of rotary air purification product, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, comprising: a reaction vessel 20 comprising a rotating turntable 22 for carrying at least one of said air purification articles, said reaction vessel 20 comprising a first space a and a second space B along the direction of rotation of said rotating turntable 22; a sterilizing assembly including a first spray head 30, the sterilizing assembly spraying a sterilizing liquid to a region of the rotary turntable 22 corresponding to the first space a through the first spray head 30; a hot air assembly including a second nozzle 14, the hot air assembly spraying hot air to the rotary table 22 through the second nozzle 14; the charging component is used for charging the area of the rotating turntable 22 corresponding to the second space B so as to regenerate the air purification product; wherein, the bottom of reation kettle includes a liquid outlet 23, liquid outlet 23 with the import intercommunication of disinfection subassembly to cooperate the disinfection subassembly to form the circulation pipeline.

The regeneration system of the rotary air purification product is provided with a reaction kettle with a rotary turntable, a disinfection component and a hot air component, when the regeneration system works, the rotary turntable is rotated to enable the air purification product to be regenerated to be disinfected in a disinfection area at first, then the rotary turntable is rotated to a charged area to be dried through the hot air component, and then the charged component is charged again, so that the full-automatic continuous regeneration process of the air purification product is formed, and the regeneration system can be used for the regeneration treatment of the large-scale air purification product.

With continued reference to fig. 1, in a preferred embodiment, the hot air assembly further includes: an air purifier; the heater is communicated with the air purifier; the first power pump is used for pumping the air purified by the air purifier into the heater; wherein an outlet of the heater is connected to the second showerhead.

In an alternative embodiment, the sterilization process may be performed using a sterilizing fluid, the sterilizing fluid comprising a chemical sterilizing fluid, the sterilization assembly further comprising: the second power pump pumps the chemical disinfection liquid in the liquid outlet into the filter, and the liquid outlet of the filter is connected to the first spray head.

In alternative embodiments, hot water may be used for the disinfection process, it being understood that the hot water of the present invention should be brought to a temperature that enables sterilization, i.e., greater than 65 ℃. In this embodiment, the sanitizing liquid comprises hot water, the sanitizing assembly further comprising: the second power pump, the heat exchanger and the filter; and the second power pump is used for pumping the water in the liquid outlet into the filter, the outlet of the filter is communicated with the inlet of the heat exchanger, and the liquid outlet of the heat exchanger is connected to the first spray head.

In a preferred embodiment, further comprising: and the tail gas treatment device is communicated with a gas outlet at the top of the reaction kettle. In the embodiment, the tail gas can be treated, so that near zero emission of the tail gas is realized, and the tail gas treatment can adopt conventional absorption liquid, such as sodium hydroxide absorption liquid and the like.

In a preferred embodiment, the reaction vessel further includes a third space along the rotation direction of the rotary disk, and the regeneration system further includes: a transport device (not shown in the drawings) including a robot arm, a first transport lane and a second transport lane; the first transportation channel is used for transporting and placing the air purification product on a region of the rotary turntable, which corresponds to the third space; wherein the rotary turntable rotates to place the air-purifying product delivered via the first transport device continuously; the mechanical arm executes grabbing actions at a set frequency, the air purification product which rotates to the third space from the second space is grabbed onto the second transportation channel, and the second transportation channel transports the air purification product to the outside of the reaction kettle. In this embodiment, since the whole regeneration process is performed in rotation, the automatic loading and unloading device can be placed at a suitable position to automatically operate in order, and thus the method is suitable for large-scale industrial production.

In a preferred embodiment, one side surface of the rotating turntable, which carries the air purification product, is an insulating surface. The insulating surface can isolate the electron transfer on the air purification product, and avoid charge failure.

In a preferred embodiment, the first space, the second space and the third space are connected two by two. It can be understood that the first space, the second space and the third space defined in the invention constitute a containing cavity of a reaction kettle.

In a preferred embodiment, the central angles of the horizontal planes corresponding to the first space, the second space and the third space are set according to the equal ratio of the charging process time length, the ratio of the disinfection time length to the loading and unloading time length. For example charge process duration: the disinfection duration is as follows: when the loading and unloading time is 2:1:1, the corresponding central angles are as follows: 2:1:1, namely 180 degrees, 90 degrees and 90 degrees.

In a preferred embodiment, not shown in the drawings, the charging assembly includes a charging plate located above the rotary turntable, a high-voltage power supply electrically connected to the charging plate, and a grounding electrode plate located below the rotary turntable. Namely, when the air purification product is charged, the high-voltage electric shock is applied to the air purification product, and then the air purification product is charged again, so that the air purification product carries electric charges.

The invention provides a regeneration system of a rotary air purification product, which is provided with a reaction kettle with a rotary turntable, a disinfection component and a hot air component.

It should be understood that the above-mentioned embodiments of the present invention are only examples for clearly illustrating the present invention, and are not intended to limit the embodiments of the present invention, and it will be obvious to those skilled in the art that other variations or modifications may be made on the basis of the above description, and all embodiments may not be exhaustive, and all obvious variations or modifications may be included within the scope of the present invention.
