The screen deck for a multi-axial shear crusher as claimed in claim 2, wherein an arc-shaped plate is provided on each of left and right sides of the main screen section, one end of the arc-shaped plate is fixedly connected to the support plate, and the other end of the arc-shaped plate is fixedly connected to the support side plate; and the normal of the arc-shaped plate can point to the central line of the auxiliary cutter head.

Technical Field

The invention relates to a sieve plate of a crusher, in particular to a sieve plate for a multi-shaft shear type crusher.

Background

In the fields of mines, chemical industry, solid waste, hazardous waste and the like, the crushing treatment of large-volume materials is generally carried out step by a crusher. Common crushers are jaw crushers, roll crushers, hammer crushers, shear crushers, and the like. The main reference factors for measuring the quality of one crusher are the smoothness of the processed materials and the actual processing capacity of the crusher. Due to complexity and diversity of material sources, most sieve plates of the existing shear type crushers are of eyelet type structures, impact resistance is poor, the sieve plates are easy to deform under impact of falling of materials, so that the sieve holes are easy to block by the materials, or the sieve plates are unreasonable in design, especially when the sieve plates face strip-shaped or fiber materials, the materials cannot fall into the eyelet of the sieve plates to the maximum extent, the materials are repeatedly involved into a crushing area by a cutter head to be crushed for multiple times, so that crushing efficiency is reduced, or the eyelets are blocked, so that the materials cannot fall down, and equipment is stopped; moreover, the unreasonable material selection of the sieve plate leads to the sieve plate being corroded or worn too fast, the sieve plate needs to be replaced frequently, and the frequent shutdown causes great maintenance trouble and economic loss.

Therefore, there is a need in the art for a new screen deck that solves the above problems.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a sieve plate for a multi-shaft shearing type crusher, which is reasonable in design, simple in structure, strong in impact resistance, long in service life and insensitive to material abrasiveness, has a better crushing effect on long strip-shaped fiber materials or flexible long and thin materials such as ton bags, cleaning cloths and cloth strips, is higher in crushing efficiency and better in anti-blocking property, and is more suitable for crushing complex materials.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:

Preferably, the left side and the right side of the main screen part are both provided with an arc-shaped plate, one end of each arc-shaped plate is fixedly connected with the supporting plate, and the other end of each arc-shaped plate is fixedly connected with the supporting side plate; and the normal of the arc-shaped plate can point to the central line of the auxiliary cutter head.

Preferably, the arc-shaped plate is a whole plate without holes.

Preferably, an auxiliary rib plate is arranged below each arc-shaped plate, each auxiliary rib plate comprises a plurality of arc-shaped second bars, the plurality of second bars form a comb-tooth shape, and the normal line of each second bar can point to the central line of the auxiliary cutter head.

Preferably, a plurality of main blades are arranged on the main cutter disc, and a plurality of auxiliary blades are arranged on the auxiliary cutter disc;

the first grids are arranged at equal intervals, and the interval between every two adjacent first grids is about the thickness of two main blades; and/or the second grids are arranged at equal intervals, and the interval between two adjacent second grids is about the thickness of two secondary blades.

The invention has the advantages that: the sieve plate for the multi-shaft shearing type crusher has strong impact resistance, is insensitive to material abrasiveness, has a better crushing effect on long strip fiber materials or flexible long and thin materials such as ton bags, cleaning cloths and cloth strips, is higher in crushing efficiency and better in anti-blocking property, and is more suitable for crushing complex materials.

The sieve plate is simple in structure, long in service life, easy to machine and manufacture, low in machining precision requirement, convenient to install and convenient to maintain in the later period.

Detailed Description

Referring to fig. 1 to 4, fig. 1 to 4 illustrate the main structure of a screen plate for a multi-axial shear crusher according to an embodiment of the present invention. The multi-shaft shear type crusher comprises a main cutter head and an auxiliary cutter head. The screen plate 50 includes a screen plate body 10, a support side plate 20 and a locking plate 30. The support side plates 20 are fixedly connected to left and right sides of the screen plate body 10, and the locking plates 30 are fixedly connected to the support side plates 20 to fix the screen plate 50 on the multi-shaft shear crusher. The screen plate body 10 comprises a main screen part 11, the main screen part 11 comprises at least one main rib plate 12, the main rib plate 12 comprises a plurality of arc-shaped first bars 13, the plurality of first bars 13 form a comb-tooth shape, and the normal line of each first bar 13 can point to the central line of the main cutter head.

In particular, the multi-shaft shear crusher may comprise a plurality of main cutter discs and auxiliary cutter discs, the main cutter discs comprising a plurality of main guide vanes, and the plurality of main guide vanes being coaxially arranged; the secondary cutter disc comprises a plurality of secondary blades, and the plurality of secondary blades are coaxially arranged. That is, the first bars 13 of the main rib plate 12 are distributed at intervals along the cutter shaft direction of the multi-shaft shear crusher. The former plate 40 is arranged on the front side and the rear side of the sieve plate body 10, the former plate 40 is provided with two notches 41, the supporting plate 60 is embedded into the notches 41 at the corresponding positions of the two former plates 40, and the former plates 40 are welded with the supporting plate 60 after the supporting plate 60 is embedded. The main screen section 11 is fixedly connected between two support plates 60. In this embodiment, two ends of the main screen part 11 are welded to the two support plates 60, respectively. The first bars 13 of the main rib plate 12 are arranged at equal intervals, and the interval between two adjacent first bars 13 is about the thickness of two main blades, so that the adjacent first bars 13 are just positioned in the blanking areas corresponding to the adjacent main blades, and blanking is facilitated.

The multi-axial shear crusher may comprise 2 or 3 main cutterheads; correspondingly, the main screen part 11 comprises 2 or 3 main rib plates 12, and each main rib plate 12 corresponds to one main cutter head. In use, the main rib plates 12 are located directly below the corresponding main cutterhead, and the normal of the first bar 13 on each main rib plate 12 points to the central line of the corresponding main cutterhead. When the main screen part 11 comprises 2 or 3 main rib plates 12, the number of the first bars 13 of the 2 or 3 main rib plates 12 is equal, the positions are corresponding, and the first bars 13 at the corresponding positions are fixed into a whole. By the design, the main screen part 11 is not provided with an axial rib plate, and materials are not easy to be blocked by the first grid 13. In this embodiment, the primary screen section 11 comprises 2 primary ribs 12.

An arc-shaped plate 70 is arranged on each of the left side and the right side of the main screen part 11, one end of the arc-shaped plate 70 is fixedly connected with the supporting plate 60, and the other end of the arc-shaped plate 70 is fixedly connected with the supporting side plate 20; wherein the normal of the arcuate plate 70 can be directed toward the center line of the secondary cutterhead. Preferably, the arcuate plate 70 is a one-piece plate that is not apertured. And a secondary rib plate 71 is arranged below each arc-shaped plate 70, the secondary rib plate 71 comprises a plurality of arc-shaped second bars 72, the plurality of second bars 72 form a comb shape, and the normal line of each second bar 72 can point to the central line of the secondary cutter head. The second bar 72 of the secondary rib 71 is welded at one end to the support plate 60 and at the other end to the support side plate 20. It may act as a reinforcing rib to increase the impact resistance of the screen 50. The second bars 72 on the secondary rib plates 71 are arranged at equal intervals, and the interval between two adjacent second bars 72 is about the thickness of two secondary blades.

In use, the screen plate 50 for a multi-shaft shear crusher has a main cutter disc at a position right above the main screen part 11, and an auxiliary cutter disc at a region right above the arc plate 70. The multi-shaft shearing type crusher mainly cuts and tears materials by a main cutter head to crush the materials. The auxiliary cutter head has the main function of re-rolling strip or large materials crushed by the main cutter head to be crushed again. The main rib plate 12 comprises a plurality of arc-shaped first bars, so that materials with the particle size smaller than the intervals of the first bars can easily fall down after being crushed by the main cutter head, the materials with the particle size larger than the intervals of the bars can be hooked to the arc-shaped plate 70 by the cutter teeth of the main cutter head, and then the materials are rolled out by the cutter teeth of the auxiliary cutter head and are conveyed to the upper part of the main cutter head for secondary shearing; or directly recoiled onto the main cutter for re-crushing.

If the main screen part 11 is provided with the axial rib plates, strip-shaped objects, particularly fibrous materials, are hung, so that the main screen part is blocked, and the main screen part 11 is not provided with the axial rib plates, so that large materials or fibrous materials which are not completely crushed are hooked to the arc-shaped plate by the cutter teeth of the main cutter head, and then are rolled out by the cutter teeth of the auxiliary cutter head and are conveyed to the upper part of the main cutter head for secondary shearing; or directly recoiled onto the main cutter for re-crushing.

The arc plate 70 is a whole plate without holes, if the arc plate 70 is provided with holes/grooves, large materials are accumulated at the holes, the effective passing hole area is reduced, and the probability of accumulating large-particle-size materials again is increased sharply. The arc-shaped plate 70 of the invention does not undertake the blanking task, and the materials are only coiled by the auxiliary cutter and sent to the main cutter for secondary crushing, so that the multi-shaft shearing type crusher has better crushing effect and higher crushing efficiency.

In conclusion, the sieve plate for the multi-shaft shearing crusher provided by the invention has the advantages that the sieve plate is simple in structure, easy to process and maintain, strong in impact resistance, insensitive to material abrasiveness, better in crushing effect, higher in crushing efficiency and better in anti-blocking performance for long strip-shaped fiber materials or flexible long and thin materials such as ton bags, cleaning cloths and cloth strips, and is more suitable for crushing complex materials.
