In the design of plasma torches, it is always desirable to increase the discharge power of the plasma torch by increasing the arc voltage of the arc in the plasma torch to avoid the ablation of the cathode and anode of the plasma torch and the increased difficulty of water cooling due to the strong arc current in the plasma torch.
