Technical Field

The invention relates to a method for manually forging an iron pan, and belongs to the field of pan manufacturing.

Background

With the progress of science and technology, various iron pots such as non-stick pots, stainless steel pots and aluminum pots appear in life. These iron pots have the characteristics of non-stick, fast heat conduction, high temperature rise and the like, but these characteristics cannot be concentrated on one pot, and many pots are not suitable for the traditional cooking mode of China, so these pots bring much convenience, but have many disadvantages and simultaneously have some hidden health risks.

The coating of the non-stick pan comprises a Teflon (polytetrafluoroethylene) coating, a ceramic coating and a silica gel coating. For a Teflon coating pot, domestic cooking habits mainly include high oil content, frying, quick frying and high temperature, and generally exceed the coating safety temperature; meanwhile, the scraping and friction generated by stir-frying inevitably generate coating falling, which is harmful to human health. For ceramic non-stick pans, most ceramic coating technology is not mature enough, acid food cannot be made, scratch resistance is not achieved, the coating is easy to fall off, and the pan is easy to stick if the ceramic non-stick pan is not used properly. The silica gel coating is not commonly used for cookers, is usually applied to cheap brands, has short service life, and is commonly used for baking trays, trays and other appliances. The stainless steel pot is made of iron, chromium and gold and other chemical elements (such as nickel, aluminum, molybdenum, titanium, niobium, copper and the like) which are mixed, and if the stainless steel tableware is not used properly, chemical components (such as nickel) in the stainless steel can be dissolved out and enter the human body along with food to cause damage. For an aluminum pot, collision and friction between a metal shovel and the aluminum pot at high temperature or during frying can release aluminum, and the aluminum can form aluminum ions after meeting acid or alkali. Excessive aluminum ions are ingested to endanger the nervous system of a human body, accelerate the aging of brain tissues of the human body and induce senile dementia; if it is used for infants, it also affects intelligence development. Besides the health risks, the common pots in life have the defects of poor heat conduction, complex process, low temperature rise, incapability of stir-frying and the like.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to solve the problem of hidden health trouble, the invention provides a method for manually forging an iron pan. According to the invention, a pure iron plate is adopted as a material, and firstly, a pot shape is forged through hot forging for three times, so that the metallographic structure is changed, and the toughness of the material is improved; then, performing cold forging for three times, namely uniformly forging the iron pan, and laminating the hammer prints to finally form the 'starry sky' hammer print; then the handle is rolled to form unique support, comfortable hand feeling and the like; finally, baking the iron pan blue, and keeping healthy and rust-proof. The invention realizes the physical non-stick of the iron pan by a manual forging mode, and changes simple plates into cookers more suitable for frying, stir-frying, cooking and frying.

The technical scheme of the invention is as follows: a method for manually forging an iron pan is characterized by comprising the following steps:

1) raw material and seal

A pot blank of hot-rolled carbon steel with good toughness and plasticity (the iron content is required to be more than or equal to 99.2%) is adopted, and a pot handle and a pot body are integrated;

2) hot forging for three times

Heating the pot blank by an electric furnace, heating at a constant temperature of over 800 ℃ for 10-15 minutes, and then manually forging;

first-pass hot forging: after being heated by an electric furnace, a round-head iron hammer is used for folding a circle at a position which is 1/4 away from the edge of the material, and the folding mark is forged to be flat, wherein the number of hammers is not less than 100 hammers;

and (3) hot forging for the second time: after being heated by an electric furnace, a round-head iron hammer is used for folding a circle at a position which is 1/2 away from the edge of the material, and the folding mark is forged to be flat, wherein the number of hammers is not less than 300;

and (3) hot forging for the third time: after being heated by an electric furnace, uniformly forging the whole pot body by using a round-head hammer to form the shape of the iron pot, wherein the hammer number is not less than 500 hammers;

3) cold forging for three times

The cold forging is direct manual forging at room temperature without heating materials;

the use of an iron hammer is as follows: the size of the hammer surface of the square-head big hammer is (4 +/-0.4 cm) × (4 +/-0.4) cm, and the weight of the hammer is 4 +/-0.4 jin; the diameter of the hammer surface of the round-head big hammer is 4 +/-0.4 cm, and the weight of the hammer is 4 +/-0.4 jin; the diameter of the hammer surface of the round head middle hammer is 2 +/-0.2 cm, and the weight of the hammer is 3 +/-0.3 jin; the diameter of the hammer surface of the pointed hammer is 3mm plus or minus 0.3mm, and the weight of the hammer is 3 jin plus or minus 0.3 jin;

first-pass cold forging: shaping the crease left by hot forging by using a square-head sledge hammer and a round-head sledge hammer until the pan surface is smooth and no crease can be seen, wherein the number of hammers is not less than 4000 hammers;

and (3) cold forging for the second time: using a round-head middle hammer to forge the whole pan surface once, hammering and half-laminating, removing rust by forging, forging a round pan surface, forging a mirror surface, wherein the number of hammers is not less than 7000 hammers;

cold forging for the third time: using a pointed hammer to forge the whole pot surface once, and arranging the hammer prints in parallel to form a 'starry sky' hammer print; the weight is not less than 9600 hammers;

4) hot forging rolling handle

Frying pan: heating again by an electric furnace, folding the far end of the pan handle to laminate, then forging the pan handle into a U-shaped groove, finally closing the edge, bending 2 angular wings to drag the pan back, and enabling the inclination angle of the pan handle to be 7 +/-0.5 ℃;

5) finishing pot noodles

Carrying out coarse grinding and fine grinding on the inner and outer surfaces of the iron pan, the edge of the iron pan and the pan handle; and (5) carrying out rough grinding to trim edge angles of the pot edge, burrs on the pot surface and the like. And (5) polishing the whole pot by fine grinding until the pot is bright and mellow.

Further, the iron pan can be further baked with blue, specifically: cleaning the iron pan with clean water, air drying, and spray baking with spray gun to obtain blue-green product. Firstly roasting the pot handle, then placing the pot handle to the edge of the pot, and then winding the pot handle at a constant speed until the pot handle is sprayed to the center of the pot.

Further, the above-mentioned iron pan is still further wax spraying after being baked blue, specifically is: after the iron pan is baked, the iron pan still has residual heat (about 100 ℃), edible wax is uniformly coated on the iron pan, when the edible wax is coated, the back and the handle of the iron pan are coated firstly, then the surface of the iron pan is coated with uniform speed winding, so that the wax film is transparent, the appearance of the iron pan is not covered, and the effect of isolating air and oil water is achieved.

Further, the electric furnace electric heating temperature in the step 2): the temperature is set to 900-.

Further, the round-head hammer in the step 2) is: the diameter of the hammer surface of the big hammer is 6 +/-0.5 cm, and the weight of the hammer is 8 +/-0.5 jin; the diameter of the hammer surface of the middle hammer is 5 +/-0.5 cm, and the weight of the hammer is 6 +/-0.5 jin; the diameter of the hammer surface of the small hammer is 3.5 plus or minus 0.5cm, and the weight of the hammer is 3 plus or minus 0.5 jin. The first and second hot forging adopts a large hammer and a middle hammer; the third hot forging adopts a medium hammer and a small hammer.

On the basis of inheriting the traditional process, the invention adopts a new heating mode and improves the forging process, ensures the pure manual forging, and simultaneously improves the quality of the nutation iron pan, so that the iron pan has higher temperature rise, faster heat transfer, more uniform heat conduction, no coating and no physical adhesion.

Compared with a common manual iron pan, the invention has the following advantages:

1) the refined iron hot rolled plate (the iron content is up to 99.23%) is selected, the heat conduction is fast, the temperature in the pan can be raised to be higher, the pan is suitable for frying, frying and frying, and simultaneously, the water content of the food is locked;

2) the invention finally forms the 'starry sky' hammer mark by three times of cold forging design and hammer mark stacking, and the unique 'starry sky' hammer mark realizes the effect of physical inadhesion;

3) the pan handle is integrated, the rolling handle is hot forged, and unique support and comfortable hand feeling are formed by the design of the inclination angle, the size proportion, the pan handle lamination, the angle fin support pan and the like of the iron pan handle.

4) By controlling the hammer head and the hammering times, the pot shape is good in hot forging, and the thickness of the pot body is kept consistent; more importantly, the iron pan is forged evenly during cold forging, and the hammer prints are stacked to finally form the 'starry sky' hammer print.

Compared with the existing non-stick pan (coating pan), stainless steel pan, aluminum pan, etc., the invention adopts an iron plate as the pan, has the same material on the surface and the inside, is safe and healthy, has no coating, does not peel off, is wear-resistant, and is durable. After the pan is opened and maintained, a pure natural antirust and non-stick oil film is formed on the inner surface of the pan body; is not afraid of rubbing and can be repaired by opening the pot.
