1. A stretching apparatus for controlled stretching of a sample of a sheet-like flexible material, said stretching apparatus comprising:

a base frame comprising a first body (11) with two smooth circular holes (111) in cross section, a second body (12) with a threaded hole (124) and two smooth circular holes (121) in cross section, a third body (13) with three smooth circular holes (131) in cross section, and two connecting rods (14 and 15) of the same length with threads (141, 142 and 151, 152) and corresponding screws (145, 146, 147, 148 and 155, 156, 157, 158) at both ends, the first body and the second body can be respectively fixed at two ends of the two connecting rods through the threads and the screws, so that the two connecting rods respectively pass through the round holes at two sides of the third body to fix the third body on the connecting rods, and the third body is positioned between the first body and the second body; the top surfaces of the first body, the second body and the third body are respectively provided with two thread grooves, two screws (112, 122 and 132) and a pressing sheet (113, 123 and 133) with two round holes, and the two thread grooves, the two screws and the two pressing sheet can be used for fixing the end part of a flexible material sample; and

a sample tensile member (20) comprising a rotary rod (21) and a rotary handle (22), wherein one end of the rotary rod is provided with short threads (211 and 212) and two screws (214 and 215), the middle part is provided with long threads (213), the other end is provided with a round hole (216), one end of the rotary rod can penetrate through the round hole (131) in the center of the third body section and is limited in position by the two screws (214 and 215), and the two ends of the rotary handle are provided with threads (221) and corresponding screws (222), and can penetrate through the round hole (216) of the rotary rod and can be limited by the screws (222).

A stretching apparatus for controlled stretching of a sample of a sheet-like flexible material, said stretching apparatus comprising:

the chassis comprises a first body (11) with two smooth round holes in the cross section, a second body (12) with a screw hole (124) and two smooth round holes (121) in the cross section, a third body (13) with three smooth round holes (131) in the cross section, and two connecting rods (14 and 15) with the same length, wherein the two ends of each connecting rod are provided with threads (141, 142, 151 and 152) and corresponding screws (145, 146, 147, 148 and 155, 156, 157 and 158), the first body and the second body can be respectively fixed to the two ends of the two connecting rods through the threads and the screws, the two connecting rods respectively penetrate through the round holes on the two sides of the third body to limit the third body onto the connecting rods, and the third body is positioned between the first body and the second body; the top surfaces of the first body, the second body and the third body are respectively provided with two thread grooves, two screws (112, 122 and 132) and a pressing sheet (113, 123 and 133) with two round holes, and the two thread grooves, the two screws and the two pressing sheet can be used for fixing the end part of a flexible material sample; and

a sample stretching member, said sample stretching member (20) comprising a rotary handle (22) and a rotary rod (21), one end of said rotary rod is provided with short screw thread (211 and 212), the middle part is provided with long screw thread (213), the other end is provided with a round hole (216), one end of said rotary rod can pass through said third body section center round hole (131) and limit its position by two screws (214 and 215), said rotary rod can rotate freely under the external force, both ends of said rotary handle are provided with screw thread (221), can pass through said round hole (216) of said rotary rod and can limit it by screw (222) not to fall out from the rotary rod.

The stretching device is characterized in that one end of the sample can be fixed between the top surface of the first body (11) or the second body (12) and the clamping piece (113 or 123) by screwing the screw (112 or 122), and the other end of the sample can be fixed between the top surface of the third body (13) and the clamping piece (133) by screwing the screw (132).

The stretching device is characterized in that the rotating rod (21) is rotated clockwise or anticlockwise by rotating the rotary handle (22), the relative displacement of the rotating rod relative to the second body can enable the third body fixed on the end face of the rotating rod to synchronously slide along the connecting rods (14 and 15), so that the sample end fixed on the top face of the third body is displaced to stretch the flexible material, and the displacement of the rotating rod relative to the second body is controlled to gradually increase the distance of the third body relative to the first body or the second body, so that the elongation of the flexible material is controlled.

According to the invention, the flexible material stretching device is beneficial to controlling the elongation of the flaky flexible material sample when the flaky flexible material sample is stretched, each part can be detached, the installation and the use are convenient, and the device has the advantages of simplicity and convenience in operation, labor saving, good universality and the like.

It should be noted that the term "screwing" as used herein means that the distance between the clamping pieces (113, 123, 133) and the top surface of the body (11, 12, 13) is gradually reduced by screwing the screw into the threaded groove of the top surface of the body (11, 12, 13) to ensure that the two ends of the flexible material sample to be fixed do not slip or separate during the stretching process.
