With the continuous promotion of urban rail transit scale, operation speed, operation mileage, operation frequency and other aspects in China, the line maintenance and overhaul workload is increased, and the demand for meeting urban rail line overhaul engineering vehicles is increased continuously. In order to meet the practical requirements of subway and urban rail line operation and construction, the development of a subway overhead contact network maintenance operation vehicle with environmental protection and economy is imperative.

Therefore, it is necessary to provide a new subway overhead contact line system maintenance vehicle to solve the above technical problems.

Preferably, the car coupler and the buffer device are installed at two ends of the car frame and used for coupling and traction of other rail vehicles.

Compared with the prior art, the subway overhead contact network overhaul vehicle provided by the invention has the following beneficial effects:

a) the whole subway overhead contact system maintenance vehicle is a four-axis hydraulic-mechanical transmission subway overhead contact system maintenance operation vehicle meeting the limitation of subways and urban rail vehicles;

b) the whole vehicle is arranged in a mode that the front end is a cab, the rear end is a machine room and a crank arm type working platform, and a contact net detection device and a rigid suspension automatic inspection device are arranged at the top of the cab;

c) the whole vehicle is provided with a crank arm type operation platform, a pantograph (selected), a contact network detection device, a rigid suspension automatic inspection device (selected) and other overhauling operation devices, so that the contact network overhauling, daily maintenance and contact network detection can be carried out, and overhead operation can also be carried out;

d) the electric control system adopts a network module control system and has the functions of engine control, running and braking control, safety protection control of all working conditions, auxiliary control, parameter display, fault alarm, remote monitoring system and the like, so that the safety and reliability of the running of the vehicle are guaranteed;

e) the crank arm type operation platform adopts three slewing mechanisms, so that the operation range is larger, the vehicle collecting height is lower, and the subway line clearance requirement is met while the operation requirement is met.

Detailed Description

The invention is further described with reference to the following figures and embodiments.

Please refer to fig. 1-4. Further comprises an electrical system 22, said electrical system 22 comprising a direct current system and an alternating current system; the direct-current electric system mainly comprises a direct-current storage battery 39 and a whole vehicle direct-current lighting and electric control system; the alternating current system comprises an alternating current generator set 7 arranged on a rear platform and supplies power to an air conditioner 3 and an electric heater in a cab, sockets arranged at two ends of a frame and externally connected with the platform, an emergency pump station 40 of a hydraulic system of the operation platform and the like.

b) the whole vehicle is arranged in a mode that the front end is a cab, the rear end is a machine room and a crank arm type working platform, and a contact net detection device and a rigid suspension automatic inspection device are arranged at the top of the cab;

c) the whole vehicle is provided with a crank arm type operation platform, a pantograph (selected), a contact network detection device, a rigid suspension automatic inspection device (selected) and other overhauling operation devices, so that the contact network overhauling, daily maintenance and contact network detection can be carried out, and overhead operation can also be carried out;

d) the electric control system adopts a network module control system and has the functions of engine control, running and braking control, safety protection control of all working conditions, auxiliary control, parameter display, fault alarm, remote monitoring system and the like, so that the safety and reliability of the running of the vehicle are guaranteed;

e) the crank arm type operation platform adopts three slewing mechanisms, so that the operation range is larger, the vehicle collecting height is lower, and the subway line clearance requirement is met while the operation requirement is met.
