Technical Field

Background

The cigar made by the natural eggplant coating machine has various packaging forms and various cigarette specifications, but the length and the circumference size of the cigarette are generally small, and the problem that the cigarette is easy to scald the mouth during smoking is easily caused. It is therefore desirable to perforate cigars to reduce the resistance to smoking.

Because of the various specifications of natural eggplant machine-made cigars and the various packaging forms, so two modes of manual packaging and mechanical packaging are usually adopted, and most of the existing natural eggplant machine-made cigar rolling equipment has no online punching function, only a few specification products can realize the on-machine packaging punching, but the punching of the packaging equipment has defects in 3 aspects: 1. the packaging machine is only suitable for the natural eggplant-made cigars with a certain fixed specification, and can not meet the cigar punching requirements of the natural eggplant-made cigars with various specifications; 2. the punching device of the packing machine can only punch one side of the surface of the cigarette, and the punching position is fixed, so that the punching position cannot be adjusted according to the product requirement; 3. the moisture of the natural eggplant coat is small when the natural eggplant coat is packaged, and the quality problem occurs because the mechanical punching is easy to damage the finished eggplant coat.

Although the laser drilling technology is widely applied, the space in the cigar coating equipment on the cigar made of the natural cigar coating machine is small, and the laser drilling technology is not suitable for being installed on line in the cigar rolling process of the natural cigar coating machine. If the cigarette is punched off line, the production process is increased, the production period is prolonged, and the installation and maintenance cost is high.

In addition, the conventional cigar wrapping equipment adopting a natural cigar coating mechanism cannot perfume the cigars, so that diversified requirements of customers cannot be met.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the technical problems, the invention provides a device and a method for on-line punching and flavoring of a cigar made of a natural eggplant coat machine, which aim to solve the following problems of the existing rolling and wrapping equipment: 1. the existing natural eggplant-coating machine can not perfume cigars, and can not realize small-batch and personalized perfuming, so that diversified requirements of customers can not be met; 2. the existing packaging machine is only suitable for a natural eggplant-made cigar with a certain fixed specification, and cannot meet the cigar punching requirements of natural eggplant-made cigars with various specifications; 3. the punching device of the existing packaging machine can only punch one side of the surface of the cigarette, and the punching position is fixed, so that the punching position cannot be adjusted according to the product requirement; 4. the moisture of the natural eggplant coat is small when the natural eggplant coat is packaged, and the quality problem occurs because the mechanical punching is easy to damage the finished eggplant coat.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:

firstly, the punching and flavoring actions are completed on line in the process of clamping cigarettes in the normal production process, no additional cigarette transferring action is added, and the production efficiency is not influenced.

And secondly, the punching and perfuming needle plates with different thicknesses and different quantities can effectively adjust the punching size and the punching quantity, so that the purpose of adjusting the cigarette suction resistance according to the product design requirement is achieved.

Thirdly, cigarette perfuming is completed in the punching process, segmented perfuming of the cigar made by a natural eggplant coat machine is realized, and the style of the product is personalized.

And fourthly, the material liquid cylinder and the hollow punching and perfuming needle can move randomly on the strip-shaped holes of the outer clamping pieces, and the punching and perfuming positions can be changed according to the design requirements of products.

Sixth, the invention is simple and practical, low cost, and can be used for a long time.

Compared with a cigar manufactured by a mechanism without a perforated natural eggplant coat and a cigar manufactured by a mechanism with a perforated natural eggplant coat of the existing packaging machine and the smoking resistance value of the cigar manufactured by the mechanism with the perforated natural eggplant coat of the invention on line, 150 cigarettes with double length are produced in the same batch and in the same time period by adopting a certain brand (suitable for the specification of the perforating and flavoring device of the existing packaging machine) and are divided into three treatment modes, and each treatment mode is used for treating 50 cigarettes with double length. Processing one, without punching; processing II, punching by the existing packaging machine; and thirdly, punching and perfuming by the device. The experimental result shows that the average resistance absorption value of the first treatment is 1275Pa, and the resistance absorption qualified rate is 85 percent; the average resistance absorption value of the second treatment is 1256Pa, and the resistance absorption qualified rate is 89%; the average resistance absorption value of the third treatment is 892Pa, and the resistance absorption qualified rate is 100%. Therefore, the device provided by the invention can be used for punching double-length cigarettes, so that the cigarette suction resistance can be effectively reduced, the product suction resistance qualification rate is improved, and the burning of the rear section of the cigarettes in the smoking process is avoided. The cigarette has proper suction resistance, moderate concentration, good drawing resistance and sensory quality obviously superior to that of un-punched cigarettes and cigarettes punched by the existing packing machine. In addition, the cigarette can be flavored in a segmented manner, the coke fragrance is obviously sensed in the front-section smoking process, the composite fragrance of coke and mango is sensed in the middle section, and the coke fragrance is obviously sensed in the rear section. The cigarette flavor is experienced abundantly, the personalized characteristic of the product is obvious.
