The case according to claim 8, wherein the wall of the insertion hole (111) is connected with a protection sheet (133) and a second fold (113a) is arranged at the connection position of the insertion hole and the protection sheet, and the protection sheet (113) can be turned around the second fold (113 a);

under the plugging state, the protective sheet (113) can be overturned to be attached to the outer wall of the object to be loaded.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of box bodies, in particular to a box body.

Background

The box bodies such as the containing box of drinks are generally formed by folding and splicing a whole piece of paperboard, the paper grain direction of the paperboard is generally single, and when the paper grain direction is consistent with the stress direction of the paperboard, the paperboard can have the maximum bearing strength. However, when a box body with six box walls is formed by directly folding and assembling a whole piece of paperboard, the paper pattern directions of two lateral box walls in the four lateral box walls are necessarily in a state of being parallel to the upper box wall and the lower box wall, and the strength of the whole box body is further influenced.

Therefore, how to provide a solution to overcome the above-mentioned drawbacks remains a technical problem to be solved by those skilled in the art.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a box body, wherein the paper pattern direction of each lateral box wall can be in a state of being vertical to an upper box wall and a lower box wall, so that the structural strength of the box body can be ensured.

In order to solve the technical problem, the invention provides a box body which comprises a first split body and a second split body, wherein the first split body and the second split body respectively comprise three box wall parts, and first folding marks are arranged between the three box wall parts of the same split body; the middle box wall part of the three box wall parts of the first split body is an upper box wall, the box wall parts on two sides can be connected with the second split body, the middle box wall part of the three box wall parts of the second split body is a lower box wall, and the box wall parts on two sides can be connected with the first split body; the first components of a whole that can function independently, the second components of a whole that can function independently all adopt cardboard preparation, under the assembled state, three of first components of a whole that can function independently the paper line direction of the box wall portion that is located both sides in the box wall portion be in with go up the box wall, lower box wall is the vertically state, three of second components of a whole that can function independently the paper line direction of the box wall portion that is located both sides in the box wall portion be in with go up the box wall, lower box wall is the vertically state.

By adopting the structure, the two paper boards of the first split body and the second split body are spliced to form the box body, and each split body comprises three box wall parts, so that the paper pattern directions of the box wall parts on two sides in the three box wall parts of the first split body and the paper pattern directions of the box wall parts on two sides in the three box wall parts of the second split body can be in a state of being perpendicular to the upper box wall and the lower box wall in an assembled state, so that the paper pattern directions in the box walls on all sides can be the same as the stress direction, the supporting performance of the box walls on the sides of the box body can be greatly improved, and the structural strength of the box body can be ensured.

Detailed Description

In order to make the technical solutions of the present invention better understood by those skilled in the art, the present invention will be further described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments.

The terms "first," "second," and the like, herein are used for convenience in describing two or more structures or components that are identical or similar in structure and/or function and do not denote any particular limitation in order and/or importance.

Referring to fig. 1-3, fig. 1 is a schematic structural view of another embodiment of a box body according to the present invention, fig. 2 is an expanded view of a first section in fig. 1 and shows a partial sectional structure, and fig. 3 is an expanded view of a second section in fig. 1 and shows a partial sectional structure.

As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the present invention provides a box body, which comprises a first split body B and a second split body C, wherein the first split body B and the second split body C both comprise three box wall parts, and a first fold mark B1 is arranged between the three box wall parts of the same split body; the middle box wall part of the three box wall parts of the first split body B is an upper box wall 11, the box wall parts at two sides (two lateral box walls 13 forming the box body 1) can be connected with the second split body C, the middle box wall part of the three box wall parts of the second split body C is a lower box wall 12, and the box wall parts at two sides (the other two lateral box walls 13 forming the box body 1) can be connected with the first split body B; the first split body B and the second split body C are both made of paperboards, in the assembled state, the paper pattern directions of the box wall parts on two sides in the three box wall parts of the first split body B are in a state of being perpendicular to the upper box wall 11 and the lower box wall 12, and the paper pattern directions of the box wall parts on two sides in the three box wall parts of the second split body C are in a state of being perpendicular to the upper box wall 11 and the lower box wall 12.

It should be noted that for single-structure cardboard, such as plaster board, mounting board, etc., most of the fibers extend in the same direction during the preparation of the paper, which may be referred to as the paper grain direction of the cardboard; for a composite paperboard, like a corrugated board, generally has more than one layer of corrugated medium D, and the extending direction of the corrugated medium D can be referred to as the corrugated direction of the corrugated board.

Taking the first split body B and the second split body C made of corrugated boards as an example, by adopting the above structure, the embodiment of the invention adopts the first split body B and the second split body C two corrugated boards to assemble to form the box body 1, each split body comprises three box wall parts, thus, in an assembled state, the corrugated core bodies D of the box wall parts positioned at two sides in the three box wall parts of the first split body B and the corrugated core bodies D of the box wall parts positioned at two sides in the three box wall parts of the second split body C can be in a state of being perpendicular to the upper box wall 11 and the lower box wall 12, so that the extending direction of the corrugated core bodies D in each lateral box wall 13 can be the same as the stress direction, and further, the support performance of the lateral box walls 13 of the box body 1 can be greatly improved, so as to ensure the structural strength of the box body 1.

For convenience of description, the box wall parts on both sides of the three box wall parts of the first division body B may be referred to as lateral box walls 13 of the first division body B, and the box wall parts on both sides of the three box wall parts of the second division body C may be referred to as lateral box walls 13 of the second division body C. The connecting portion between the two clamping members and the other split body is not limited herein, and the first clamping member 132 is taken as an example, and can be connected to the two lateral box walls 13 of the second split body C, and also directly connected to the lower box wall 12.

Specifically, two lateral box walls 13 of the second segment C may further be provided with first clamping matching portions 134, and in an assembled state, the first clamping member 132 may be directly clamped with the first clamping matching portions 134 on the lateral box walls 13. The insertion holes 111 can be formed not only in the upper case wall 11 but also in the lower case wall 12, or can be formed in both the upper case wall 11 and the lower case wall 12, and can be formed according to actual requirements.

Further, a protection sheet 113 may be further included, the protection sheet 113 may be connected to the hole wall of the insertion hole 111, and a second fold 113a may be provided at a connection position of the protection sheet 113 and the insertion hole, and the protection sheet 113 may be capable of being turned around the second fold 113 a; under the grafting state, the protection sheet 113 can overturn to and wait to hold the outer wall of dress thing and laminate mutually to increase and wait to hold the area of contact of dress thing, be favorable to guaranteeing to waiting to hold the reliable fixed of dress thing.

As shown in the figure, the number of the protection sheets 113 may be multiple, and each protection sheet 113 may be distributed at intervals along the circumferential direction, so that the protection sheets 113 may be attached to multiple positions on the circumferential direction of the outer wall of the object to be loaded, so as to improve the uniformity of the circumferential stress of the object to be loaded as much as possible, and ensure the reliability of the positioning of the object to be loaded to a greater extent.

Here, the turning direction of the protection sheet 113 is not limited in the embodiments of the present invention, and the protection sheet may be turned outwards, i.e. turned to the outside of the box body 1, or turned inwards, i.e. turned to the inside of the box body 1, and may be determined by combining the actual situation.

The protection sheet 113 may have a fan-ring shape, but may have other shapes, and the outer edge thereof may be connected to the inner wall of the insertion hole 111 by the second folding mark 113 a. The protection sheet 113 may further have at least one breakable mark 113b, and each breakable mark 113b may extend from the inner edge to the outer edge of the protection sheet 113; therefore, after the object to be loaded is inserted into the insertion hole 111, due to the abutting of the outer wall of the object to be loaded and the protection sheet 113, the inner edge portion of the protection sheet 113 can be divided into a plurality of pieces along each easy-breaking mark 113b, and each piece can be better matched with the outer wall (generally an arc-shaped cylindrical surface) of the object to be loaded, so that the protection sheet 113 and the outer wall of the object to be loaded can have larger contact area, the circumferential stress uniformity of the object to be loaded can be improved to a greater extent, and the reliable positioning of the object to be loaded and the insertion hole 111 can be ensured.
