1. The tea fiber composite material is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by weight:

10-55% of acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer;

20-70% tea fiber;

10-20% of a foaming agent;

1-5% of whiskers;

0.05-0.3% of antioxidant;

0.1-5% of pigment.

2. The tea fiber composite material as claimed in claim 1, wherein the tea fiber is obtained by pulverizing tea leaves including reusable tea stems and tea dust;

the foaming agent is an ethylene-octene copolymer.

the pigment is an inorganic pigment, preferably titanium dioxide.

4. A tea fibre composite according to any one of claims 1 to 3 comprising in weight percent:

30-50% of acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer;

30-45% of tea fiber;

11-15% of foaming agent;

1-2% of whiskers;

0.1-0.2% of antioxidant;

0.5-3% of pigment.

5. The tea fiber composite material according to claim 1, comprising the following components in percentage by weight:

15-25% of acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer;

45-60% tea fiber;

16-19% of a foaming agent;

3-4% of whiskers;

0.1-0.2% of antioxidant;

1-3% of pigment.

6. A tea fibre-containing article comprising a tea fibre-containing composite material according to any one of claims 1 to 5.

7. An article of manufacture comprising tea fibres as claimed in claim 6 wherein the article of manufacture is a tea-holding device, a tea-brewing device, a tea-sealing device, a fan blade.

8. The article of claim 6, comprising the following method of preparation:

step 1: weighing the components according to the weight percentage of any one of claims 1 to 5;

step 2: adding the acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer, the crystal whisker and the foaming agent into a high-speed mixer, uniformly mixing, sequentially adding the tea fiber, the antioxidant and the pigment into the high-speed mixer in batches, and continuously uniformly mixing to obtain a mixture;

and step 3: adding the mixture prepared in the step 2 into a double-screw extruder, and performing extrusion granulation to obtain the composite particles;

and 4, step 4: and (4) drying the composite particles obtained in the step (3), and then performing injection molding according to the designed size to obtain the product.

9. A tea fibre-containing product according to claim 8 wherein the conditions of extrusion granulation in step 3 comprise: the temperature of the feed inlet is 130-;

the drying temperature in the step 4 is 60-80 ℃.

A tea fibre-containing product according to claim 9, wherein: the conditions for extrusion granulation in step 3 include: the temperature of a charging opening is 150 ℃, the temperature of a machine head is 170 ℃, and the temperature of a mixing section is 195 ℃; the temperature for drying in step 4 was 70 ℃.

Background

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to solve the problems existing in the background technology and provide a tea fiber composite material and a product thereof, and the specific technical scheme is as follows:
