Background

The calcium silicate board is made up by using loose short fibre of inorganic mineral fibre or cellulose fibre as reinforcing material and using siliceous-calcareous material as main body cementing material through the processes of pulping, forming and curing reaction in high-temp. high-pressure saturated steam to form calcium silicate gel body. The product is fireproof, moistureproof, soundproof, mothproof and durable, and is an ideal decorative plate for suspended ceilings and partitions.

The calcium silicate board is easy to absorb water and bubble and delaminate when applied to an outer wall, so that a base layer is required to be subjected to waterproof sealing treatment before coating. The existing methods have two kinds: using a solvent type UV coating to roll coat; diluting with epoxy resin and organic solvent such as toluene and butyl acetate, adding phenolic aldehyde amine curing agent, stirring, and roller coating. The two methods both use oil-based solvent type coating, the use amount of organic solvents such as toluene and butyl acetate is large, the smell of a production workshop is strong, danger is caused, the environment is not protected, the penetration force of the UV coating is limited, the UV coating cannot be cured due to insufficient illumination even penetrating into a plate, and the waterproof sealing effect cannot be ensured. The epoxy resin is inconvenient to operate, the thickness of the coating is different, the coating is too thin, the waterproof sealing effect is poor, the roller coating is thick, and the interlayer adhesion is influenced. The thickness is difficult to master on a roller coating production line, and new products and process methods are urgently needed to improve.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above technical problems, an object of the present invention is to provide a waterproof coating material, a calcium silicate board containing the same, and a method for preparing the same, wherein the prepared coating material is non-toxic and odorless, harmless to the environment and human body, and after being applied, the calcium carbonate board is more resistant to brushing, high and low temperatures, and has stronger water resistance.

(2) and (3) flattening the calcium silicate board by using sand paper, removing floating dust, rolling the waterproof penetrating coating on the surface layer of the calcium silicate board until saturated penetration is achieved, and drying to obtain the calcium silicate board containing the waterproof penetrating coating.

Further, the heating temperature in the step (1) is 55-65 ℃.
