1. The CF grade diesel engine oil composition comprises the following components in parts by weight:

1-6 parts of a metal detergent;

1-6 parts of a dispersing agent;

0.5-2 parts of an anti-wear preservative;

0.1-3 parts of a composite antioxidant;

75-95 parts of base oil;

wherein the metal detergent consists of the following components: ultra-high base number phenate with base number of 290-310 mgKOH/g, ultra-high base number sulfonate with base number of 380-420 mgKOH/g and low base number sulfonate with base number of 25-35 mgKOH/g.

2. The CF grade diesel engine oil composition according to claim 1, characterized in that:

the dispersant is at least one selected from a succinimide dispersant, a boronized ashless dispersant or a high molecular ashless dispersant;

and/or

The antiwear preservative is at least one selected from the group consisting of a dialkyldithiophosphate or a dialkyldithiocarbamate;

and/or

The composite antioxidant is a mixture of two or more than two of amine antioxidant, phenol antioxidant, thiadiazole antioxidant or carbamate antioxidant.

3. The CF grade diesel engine oil composition according to claim 1, characterized in that:

the base oil is at least one selected from solvent refined mineral base oil, hydrofined mineral base oil, poly alpha-olefin synthetic oil or polyester synthetic oil.

4. The CF grade diesel engine oil composition according to claim 1, characterized in that:

the ratio of the ultrahigh-base-number alkyl phenate to the ultrahigh-base-number sulfonate to the low-base-number sulfonate in the metal detergent is (0.5-1.5): (1-4): (0.1 to 1).

5. The CF grade diesel engine oil composition of claim 1, further comprising, in parts by weight:

5-15 parts of a viscosity index improver;

the viscosity index improver is at least one selected from polymethacrylate, ethylene-propylene copolymer or polyisobutylene.

6. The CF grade diesel engine oil composition of claim 1, further comprising, in parts by weight:

0.1-1.0 part of pour point depressant;

the pour point depressant is at least one selected from polymethacrylate, alkyl naphthalene or poly alpha-olefin.

7. The CF grade diesel engine oil composition of claim 1, further comprising, in parts by weight:

0.001-0.2 part of an antifoaming agent;

the anti-foaming agent is at least one selected from silicone oil type anti-foaming agent, non-silicone type anti-foaming agent or composite anti-foaming agent.

8. The CF grade diesel engine oil composition according to claim 1, comprising the following components in parts by weight:

3-5 parts of a metal detergent;

3-5 parts of a dispersing agent;

1-2 parts of an antiwear preservative;

0.1-1 part of a composite antioxidant;

80-91 parts of base oil.

9. A method of making the CF grade diesel engine oil composition of claim 1, comprising the steps of:

all the components are measured according to the required amount and added into the base oil at the temperature of 50-65 ℃, and the mixture is stirred for 0.5-5 hours to be completely dissolved, so that the CF grade diesel engine oil composition is obtained.

Background

Nowadays, efficiency, energy conservation and environmental protection are increasingly emphasized by people, relevant regulations made by governments put higher requirements on lubricating oil, meanwhile, the technology of internal combustion engines is changing day by day, engines develop towards miniaturization, high power and high speed, the working conditions are increasingly harsh, and the requirements on the service performance of engine oil are also gradually improved. The detergent is particularly important in order to effectively prevent fuel from burning and prevent the vehicle engine oil from generating harmful substances under the working condition of use. The detergent can effectively neutralize acidic substances generated by fuel combustion and engine oil oxidation, and the generated oil sludge and solid particles are uniformly and stably dispersed in the lubricating oil through peptization and solubilization, so that the coking tendency of oxide substances on the surface of an engine is reduced, the oxidation resistance and the detergency of the diesel engine oil are improved, and the aims of slowing down the decay of the oil, maintaining the service life of the oil and preventing the corrosion of the engine are fulfilled.

For a diesel engine, due to the development of a fuel direct injection technology and the increase of engine power, old CD-grade diesel engine oil cannot meet the requirements of actual working conditions, and also cannot pass through three bench tests of piston ring area deposits, piston ring abrasion, viscosity change under a heavy-load speed change state and corrosion tests, so that the CF-grade diesel engine oil is developed to replace the CD-grade diesel engine, is not only suitable for the conventional heavy-load diesel engine, but also can be applied to direct injection, supercharging and low-emission diesel vehicles, and is wide in application. However, in the actual running process, high-temperature carbon deposit and low-temperature oil sludge are caused simultaneously when the vehicle runs at high and low speeds in a cross way, and the oxidation substances cause problems of oil circuit blockage, piston ring abrasion and the like, so that the service life of the engine oil is short and the normal operation of equipment is caused, and therefore the oxidation resistance and the detergency of the CF-grade diesel engine oil are to be improved urgently.

Chinese invention patent CN107312593A discloses a CF-grade diesel engine oil composition, and patent CN103710084A discloses a calcium-magnesium compounded CF-grade diesel engine oil composition. The simulation experiment results of the CF grade diesel engine oil composition disclosed in the patent show that the problem of insufficient oxidation resistance and detergency at high temperature still exists.

The documents of ' assessment research on HC4132UPS type diesel engine of CF-415W-40 diesel engine oil ', use performance comparison of CF-4 and CH-4 diesel engine oil on loader engine ' and ' research on use performance of domestic CF-4 and CH-4 high-grade diesel engine oil ' indicate that the oxidation resistance and detergency of the diesel engine oil still need to be further improved to enhance the use performance of the diesel engine oil, so that the diesel engine oil can better meet the requirements in practical application.

The experimental results of the literature, diesel engine oil detergency evaluation bench piston deposit formation and influence on test operation show that diesel engine oil with poor detergency has a high deposit formation tendency, and phenomena such as loss of elasticity of a piston ring, pulling damage of a cylinder surface, blow-by of a crankcase and the like occur, so that control parameters are abnormal in a bench test, and engine operation is abnormal in practical application, so that the oxidation resistance and detergency of CF-grade diesel engine oil need to be improved.

Disclosure of Invention

One of the technical problems to be solved by the invention is the technical problem that the oxidation resistance and the cleaning performance of the CF-grade diesel engine oil composition in the prior art are insufficient at high temperature, and the invention provides a novel CF-grade diesel engine oil composition which has better oxidation resistance and cleaning performance at high temperature. The second technical problem to be solved by the invention is to provide a preparation method of the CF grade diesel engine oil composition corresponding to the first technical problem. The invention solves the technical problem of providing a new application of the CF grade diesel engine oil composition corresponding to one of the technical problems.

In order to solve one of the above technical problems, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:

the CF grade diesel engine oil composition comprises the following components in parts by weight: 1-6 parts of a metal detergent; 1-6 parts of a dispersing agent; 0.5-2 parts of an anti-wear preservative; 0.1-3 parts of a composite antioxidant; 75-95 parts of base oil; wherein the metal detergent consists of the following components: ultra-high base number phenate with base number of 290-310 mgKOH/g, ultra-high base number sulfonate with base number of 380-420 mgKOH/g and low base number sulfonate with base number of 25-35 mgKOH/g.

Preferably, the dispersant is at least one selected from a succinimide dispersant, a boronized ashless dispersant or a polymeric ashless dispersant; and/or the antiwear preservative is at least one selected from the group consisting of a dialkyldithiophosphate or a dialkyldithiocarbamate; and/or the composite antioxidant is a mixture of two or more than two of amine antioxidant, phenol antioxidant, thiadiazole antioxidant or carbamate antioxidant.

In the technical scheme, the dispersing agent can be selected from T151, T161, T154A, T152 and the like, the antiwear preservative can be selected from T202, T203, T205, T323 and the like, and the composite antioxidant can be selected from T501, T512, T534, T535, T552, T536, AZ and the like.

Preferably, the base oil is at least one selected from solvent-refined mineral base oils, hydrorefined mineral base oils, polyalphaolefin synthetic oils, or polyester-based synthetic oils, such as HVI150, HVI500, II4, II6, 150 SN.

Preferably, the ratio of the ultrahigh-base-number alkyl phenate to the ultrahigh-base-number sulfonate to the low-base-number sulfonate in the metal detergent is (0.5-1.5) to (1-4) to (0.1-1) in parts by mass.

Preferably, the CF grade diesel engine oil composition further comprises, in parts by weight: 5-15 parts of a viscosity index improver; the viscosity index improver is at least one selected from polymethacrylate, ethylene-propylene copolymer or polyisobutylene.

Preferably, the CF grade diesel engine oil composition further comprises, in parts by weight: 0.1-1.0 part of pour point depressant; the pour point depressant is at least one selected from polymethacrylate, alkyl naphthalene or poly alpha-olefin.

Preferably, the CF grade diesel engine oil composition further comprises, in parts by weight: 0.001-0.2 part of an antifoaming agent; the anti-foaming agent is at least one selected from silicone oil type anti-foaming agent, non-silicone type anti-foaming agent or composite anti-foaming agent.

Preferably, the CF grade diesel engine oil composition comprises the following components in parts by weight: 3-5 parts of a metal detergent; 3-5 parts of a dispersing agent; 1-2 parts of an antiwear preservative; 0.1-1 part of a composite antioxidant; 80-91 parts of base oil.
