Background

The shoe extended nip press is the most efficient press type recognized in the paper industry today. Because of the wide nip, high line pressure, and long press times, the resulting pressed sheet has high dryness. A conventional shoe press, whether arranged as a straight press or a compound press, typically has a nip below a shoe roll (shown in fig. 1 as a shoe roll), i.e., the shoe roll is arranged above a mating roll (also called a backing roll). The greatest advantages of such an arrangement are: the shoe plate is surrounded by the lubricating oil, the cooling effect is better, in addition, the collection of the return oil is more convenient, but the shoe roller with the structure is not suitable for being used at positive pressure. In the positive pressure structure, the counter roller needs to be arranged above the sheet, and the shoe roller needs to be arranged below. In a conventional paper machine, if a press section requires positive pressure, a conventional roll press is generally used, and the conventional roll press is much less efficient than the shoe press.

The object of the invention is to provide a specially constructed nip-up shoe roll which can be adapted to a press with a counter roll or backing roll on top and a shoe roll on bottom. The technical scheme of the invention is as follows:

The loading hydraulic cylinder 2, the shoe plate 3, the scraper 6, the oil spraying pipe 7, the oil receiving box 8, the large oil return pipe 9, the middle oil return device 10 and the pipeline device 11 are all arranged on the shoe roller beam 1. The boot sleeve 4 is sleeved outside the boot roller beam 1, a closed space is formed by the boot sleeve clamping device 5, and the loading hydraulic cylinder 2, the boot plate 3, the scraper 6, the oil spraying pipe 7, the oil receiving box 8, the large oil return pipe 9, the middle oil return device 10 and the pipeline device 11 are all surrounded inside.

The loading cylinder 2 can push up the shoe board 3, push it toward the back roller 13, and pressurize the shoe board 3. The shoe plate working surface pushes the shoe cover 4, and great linear pressure is generated between the shoe cover 4 and the back roll 13 roll surface, so that the paper sheet 12 between the shoe cover 4 and the back roll is squeezed and dewatered.

The oil spray pipe 7 is installed in front of the shoe plate 3, i.e., an inlet side of the nip when the shoe cover 4 rotates, so as to spray oil into the nip of the shoe plate 3 and the shoe cover 4.

The working surface of the shoe plate 3 is provided with an oil pool 15, and high-pressure oil can enter the oil pool 15 through an oil inlet pipe 14 to lubricate the shoe plate 3 and the shoe sleeve 4.

A scraper 6 is installed behind the shoe plate 3, i.e., at the outlet side of the rotary nip of the shoe cover 4, to scrape off the lubricating oil carried on the shoe cover 4.

And oil receiving boxes 8 are arranged on two side surfaces of the shoe roller beam 1, and are used for collecting lubricating oil scraped by the scraper 6 and lubricating oil sprayed by the oil spraying pipe 7 respectively and discharging the oil out of the shoe roller through a middle large oil return pipe 9.

In the middle of the shoe roll beam 1, the bottom of the shoe roll beam is provided with a middle oil return device 10. The oil return device consists of a cylinder, an oil collection pipe, a hose, a small oil return pipe and the like. The middle oil return device 10 can collect the lubricating oil which is not collected by the oil receiving box 8 and falls to the bottom of the shoe roller beam, and the lubricating oil is discharged out of the shoe roller.

The pipe arrangement 11 installed in the middle of the shoe roll beam 1 is mainly used for supplying hydraulic oil, lubricating oil, compressed air and temperature and pressure sensing.

The upper shoe roll of the press area of the invention is characterized in that when the press area runs, the loading hydraulic cylinder 2 is filled with oil to load the shoe plate 3, jack up the shoe plate 3, push the shoe plate to the back roll 13 and pressurize the shoe plate 3. So that a great linear pressure is generated between the working surface of the shoe plate 3 and the roll surface of the backing roll 13 to press-dewater the sheet between the shoe cover 4 and the backing roll 13. In order to reduce friction between the shoe 4 and the shoe plate 3, the oil jet pipe 7 in front of the shoe plate jets lubricating oil into the nip of the shoe plate 3 and the shoe 4. In addition, high-pressure oil enters an oil pool 15 on the working surface of the shoe plate 3 through an oil inlet pipe 14 to further lubricate the shoe sleeve 4. After passing through the shoe plate 3, the lubricating oil carried on the shoe cover 4 is scraped off by the scraper 6, collected in the oil receiver 8, and then discharged out of the shoe roll through the large oil return pipe 9 in the middle. The lubricating oil which does not collect in the oil receiver box 8 and falls to the bottom of the shoe roll beam can be collected by the middle oil return device 10 and then discharged to the outside of the shoe roll.

The invention provides a shoe roll with a nip above, which is suitable for positive pressure, and the nip is above the shoe roll, so that the pressing efficiency is high.
