(1) taking a rope tool, installing the rope tool on one side of the plugging block, winding the rope tool for a circle around the cylinder, and then respectively enabling the head and the tail of the rope tool to penetrate through the locking block and the rope threading channels on the two sides of the strainer;

(2) the locking block is close to the wall surface of the cylinder body as much as possible, and then the end surface of the push rod on the tensioner is contacted with the groove on the upper end surface of the locking block;

(3) tightening the clamping jaws on the two sides of the tensioner;

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of plugging devices, in particular to a binding type plugging tool based on tensioning and locking of a rope.

Background

The tank car with the pressure tank is a main mode for road transportation of dangerous chemicals. The tank car is easy to damage due to the influence of factors such as side turning, rear-end collision, rubbing, medium corrosion, welding defects, damage of sealing materials and the like, so that dangerous chemicals are leaked, burnt and exploded, and uncontrollable loss is brought to lives and properties of people. Aiming at the barrel leakage accident of the tank truck with the pressure tank, a fireman generally adopts a binding type plugging tool to carry out emergency plugging. The binding type plugging tool mainly comprises a plugging block (or a plugging module), a rope (a steel wire rope and a binding belt), a rope tensioning-locking device, a power source and accessories thereof and the like, and the using method comprises the following steps: firstly, the plugging block is tightly pressed on a leakage part; secondly, binding a rope to the barrel, wherein one end of the rope is placed in a groove on the outer side of the leakage blocking sheet, and the other end of the rope is arranged on a rope tensioning-locking device; secondly, connecting the power source and accessories thereof with the rope tightening-locking device, and then driving the power source to tighten the rope until the leakage is avoided; finally, the harness cord-lock is operated to define the position of the harness and the power source and its accessories are removed.

Chinese patent application (CN 107685891 a) discloses a tensioner for horizontal bar locks, and chinese patent application (CN 107687555A) discloses a novel rope tensioning device with double hydraulic cylinders. The two rope tightening-locking mechanisms are not enough to lock the rope by using a compression screw, so that the compression screw needs to be repeatedly tightened or loosened by using a tool such as a spanner during the leakage stoppage operation, the time is long, and the rope is easy to break.

In addition, the two rope tensioning and locking mechanisms are provided with two rope penetrating channels, and rope inlets are formed in the bottom surfaces of the mechanisms, so that when the rope is tensioned, included angles between the rope and the rope penetrating inlets are too small, the rope inlets generate large stress concentration, and even when tensioning force applied to the rope is too large, the rope can be broken, and blocking is influenced.

Therefore, how to avoid the rope breaking caused by locking is a problem to be solved by the invention, and the operation is simple and quick.

Disclosure of Invention

Aiming at the technical problems of easy rope breakage and complex operation in the prior art, the invention provides a binding type leakage stoppage tool based on rope tensioning and locking and a corresponding method. It can avoid the harness fracture that the locking arouses, and easy operation is swift.

In order to achieve the purpose, the binding type leaking stoppage tool based on the tensioning and locking of the rope tool comprises a locking block, a tensioner connected with the locking block, a hydraulic hose and accessories thereof connected with the tensioner, and a manual hydraulic pump connected with the hydraulic hose and the accessories thereof; the locking block comprises a sliding block and a clamping jaw; grooves are formed in the two sides of the locking block, and the sliding block nail is installed in the locking block; one side of the sliding block close to the locking block is an arc-shaped side face, and the sliding block and the locking block groove are matched to form a slowly-increasing type transition arc curve rope threading channel.

Furthermore, mounting holes are formed in two sides of the upper end face of the locking block and used for mounting the clamping jaw, and a rope threading channel is formed in the center of the clamping jaw.

Further, the tensioner comprises a push rod, a hydraulic cylinder, a quick joint and a clamping jaw; the hydraulic cylinder is arranged in a mounting hole in the right middle of the lower end surface of the tensioner and is connected with the push rod; the quick connector is arranged on the cylinder body of the hydraulic cylinder and is used for connecting a hydraulic hose; the clamping jaws are arranged on mounting holes in two sides of the upper end face of the tensioner, and a rope threading channel is arranged in the center of each clamping jaw.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides a use method of a binding type leaking stoppage tool based on the tensioning and locking of a rope, which comprises the following steps:

(1) taking a rope tool, installing the rope tool on one side of the plugging block, winding the rope tool for a circle around the cylinder, and then respectively enabling the head and the tail of the rope tool to penetrate through the locking block and the rope threading channels on the two sides of the strainer;

(2) the locking block is close to the wall surface of the cylinder body as much as possible, and then the end surface of the push rod on the tensioner is contacted with the groove on the upper end surface of the locking block;

(3) tightening the clamping jaws on the two sides of the tensioner;

(4) then a rope is taken and is arranged on the other side of the plugging block and then winds the barrel for a circle, and then the head and the tail of the rope respectively pass through the other set of locking block and the rope threading channels on the two sides of the strainer;

(5) repeating the steps (2) and (3);

(6) respectively connecting the hydraulic hose and accessories thereof with hydraulic cylinders and manual hydraulic pumps on the two sets of tensioners;

(7) the manual hydraulic pump is driven, and a push rod of the hydraulic cylinder pushes the locking block to move towards the wall of the cylinder body until the locking block is contacted with the wall of the cylinder body;

(8) the manual hydraulic pump is continuously driven until the hydraulic cylinder is completely extended, the distance between the locking block and the tensioner reaches the maximum value, and the rope is also in a tensioning state;

(9) tightening the clamping jaws on two sides of the locking device;

(10) if the leakage hole is sealed, the clamping jaw on the tensioner is unscrewed, and then the rope is cut at any position between the tensioner and the locking block, so that the whole leakage plugging work is completed.

(11) If the leakage port is not sealed, the clamping jaw on the tensioner is unscrewed, and the manual hydraulic pump is driven to reset the push rod of the hydraulic cylinder;

(12) and (5) repeating the steps (2) to (11) until the leakage is not avoided.

According to the binding type leakage stoppage scheme based on the tensioning and locking of the rope, the rope breakage caused by locking is avoided by optimizing the rope threading channel of the rope tensioning and locking mechanism; secondly, optimize rope utensil locking structure, simplified operation method.

Detailed Description

In order to make the technical means, the creation characteristics, the achievement purposes and the effects of the invention easy to understand, the invention is further explained below by combining the specific drawings.

The present tightening and locking mechanism includes a lock block 100, a tensioner 200, a hydraulic hose and its attachment 300, and a manual hydraulic pump 400.

Specifically, referring to fig. 1, the lock block 100 includes 2 sliders 101 and 2 jaws 102. Both sides of the locking block 100 are provided with grooves, and 2 sliding blocks 101 are respectively installed in the grooves on both sides of the locking block 100 through fixing screws. In addition, one side, close to the groove, of the sliding block 101 is an arc-shaped side face and is matched with the groove of the locking block 100 to form an arc-shaped curve rope threading channel 103, and the other symmetrical side is matched with the same structure to form the rope threading channel 103, so that stress concentration of a rope in the rope threading channel 103 during tensioning is effectively avoided, the tensioning force of the rope is more uniform, and the rope is prevented from being broken. When the locking block 100 performs the plugging operation, the lower end surface is in direct contact with the leakage part.

Furthermore, both sides of the upper end face of the locking block 100 are provided with mounting holes for mounting the clamping jaw 102, the center of the clamping jaw 102 is provided with a rope threading channel 103, and preferably, the locking block 100 and the tensioner 200 are designed to be convenient to grab, for example, grooves can be formed in the outer surface of the locking block 100, so that friction between fingers and the locking block 100 can be increased, and the weight of the tensioner can be further reduced.

The tensioner 200 includes a push rod 201, a hydraulic cylinder 202, a quick coupling 203, a clamping jaw 204, and a stringing channel centerline 205.

The center of the lower end face of the tensioner 200 is provided with a mounting hole, and the hydraulic cylinder 202 is mounted on the lower end face of the tensioner 200 through a fixing bolt. The cylinder body of the hydraulic cylinder 202 is provided with a quick connector 203. One end of the hydraulic cylinder 202 facing the locking block 100 is provided with a push rod 201, and the outer diameter of the push rod 201 is consistent with the diameter of the central groove of the upper end face of the locking block 100. Both sides of the upper end face of the tensioner 200 are provided with mounting holes for mounting the clamping jaws 204, and the centers of the clamping jaws 204 are provided with rope threading channels 205.

The central lines of the rope threading channels at the two sides of the locking block 100 and the tensioner 200 are all positioned on the same line, so that the rope can horizontally and sequentially pass through the centers of the rope threading channels; secondly, the clamping jaw can be unscrewed or screwed up manually, realizes the loosening and locking of the rope, is convenient for operators to use, and the rope can be used repeatedly without fracture

Referring to fig. 2, the hydraulic hose and its attachment 300 comprises 3 quick connectors 301, 2 knobs 303, 2 shut-off valves 302, 1 three-way valve 304 and 3 hydraulic hoses. The two end ports of the three-way valve 304 are respectively connected with 1 stop valve 302, the other port of the three-way valve 304 is connected with a hydraulic hose 305, and the valves of the 2 stop valves are respectively connected with a hydraulic hose 306 and a hydraulic hose 307.

Furthermore, the ports of the 2 stop valves 302 are respectively provided with a knob 303, and the extending lengths of the two hydraulic cylinder push rods 201 can be controlled by manually rotating the knobs 303, so that the tension applied to the rope tool can be indirectly adjusted.

Referring to fig. 3, the manual hydraulic pump 400 is composed of a quick connector 401 and a handle 402, the hydraulic hose 305 is installed in the quick connector 401 of the manual hydraulic pump 400 through a quick connector, and the hydraulic hose and the other two hydraulic hoses in the accessories 300 are respectively connected with the quick connector 203 on the cylinder body 202 of the 2-set tensioner through the quick connector 301. The mechanism can drive 2 tensioners 200 to work synchronously by only 1 manual hydraulic pump 400 through a hydraulic hose and an accessory 300 thereof, and solves the problem of plugging failure caused by slippage of a plugging block due to the fact that a rope is tensioned firstly.

The following operation steps of the binding type leaking stoppage tool based on the tensioning and locking of the rope tool comprise the following steps:

(1) preparing two sets of locking blocks 100 and a strainer 200, taking a rope, installing the rope on one side of the plugging block, winding the rope around the barrel for a circle, and then respectively enabling the head of the rope and the tail of the rope to penetrate through rope threading channels on two sides of one set of locking blocks 100 and the strainer 200;

(2) the locking block 100 is close to the wall surface of the cylinder body as much as possible, and then the end surface of the push rod 201 of the tensioner 200 is contacted with the groove in the center of the upper end surface of the locking block 100;

(3) tightening the clamping jaws 204 at two sides of the tensioning device 200;

(4) then a rope is taken and is arranged on the other side of the plugging block and then wound around the cylinder for a circle, and then the head of the rope and the tail of the rope pass through the rope threading channels on the two sides of the other set of locking block 100 and the strainer 200;

(5) repeating the steps (2) and (3);

(6) connecting a hydraulic hose 305 connected with a three-way valve 304 with a quick plug 401 on a manual hydraulic pump 400 through a quick connector 301, and respectively connecting the other two hydraulic hoses connected with a stop valve 302 with quick connectors 203 on the cylinder bodies of the hydraulic cylinders 202 of the 2-set tightener 200 through the quick connectors 301; according to the actual situation, the knob 303 of the stop valve port is manually rotated, and the extension lengths of the two hydraulic cylinder push rods 201 are adjusted.

(7) The handle 402 of the manual hydraulic pump is operated, the hydraulic cylinder 202 moves through hydraulic pressure transmitted by a hydraulic hose, and therefore the push rod 201 is driven to push the locking block 100 to move towards the wall of the cylinder body tank until the locking block is contacted with the wall of the tank;

(8) the handle 402 of the manual hydraulic pump is continuously operated until the cylinder body of the hydraulic cylinder 202 is completely extended, at the moment, the distance between the locking block 100 and the tensioner 200 reaches the maximum value, and the rope is also in a tensioned state;

(9) the clamping jaws 102 on two sides of the locking block are screwed tightly;

(10) if the leak is sealed, the clamping jaws 205 on the tensioner 202 are unscrewed, and then the rope is cut at any position between the tensioner 200 and the locking block 100, so that the whole leak sealing work is completed.

(11) If the leakage port is not sealed, the clamping jaw 205 on the tensioner 202 is unscrewed, and the manual hydraulic pump 400 is driven to reset the push rod 201 of the hydraulic cylinder;

(12) and (5) repeating the steps (2) to (11) and performing repeated leaking stoppage operation until leakage is not stopped.

The binding type leaking stoppage tool based on the tensioning and locking of the rope tool, which is formed according to the scheme, has the following advantages:

(1) the rope threading channel is a slowly-increasing type transition arc curve, so that stress concentration generated when a rope is tensioned can be avoided, and the tensioning force of the rope is more uniform.

(2) This technical scheme need not with the help of the spanner, and manual can realize the clamping jaw to the locking of fag end with loosen, easy operation effectively shortens the shutoff time of leakage port, can also avoid the fag end to break.

(3) The hydraulic control device has the advantages that the two tensioners can be driven to work simultaneously by one manual hydraulic pump, and the problem of plugging failure caused by sliding of the plugging block due to the fact that one rope is tensioned firstly is solved.
