Natural gas hydrate plugging is one of the problems often encountered during gas field production. For a gas production pipeline of a natural gas well site, because the gas composition in the pipeline is complex, the water content and the impurity content are high, and the pipeline is not deeply processed and treated, natural gas hydrate is easily formed in the pipeline under complex and variable flowing and external environment conditions. Once hydrate is formed, the local flow area of the pipeline is reduced, the pressure of a wellhead is increased, and the gas supply quantity of a downstream user is influenced. After a period of time, the blockage of the pipeline hydrate is aggravated, and in severe cases, blockage of pipeline cleaning balls, elbows, valves and other production equipment can be caused, and even production stop accidents of a gas field can occur. The problem of hydrate blockage is more and more important to be properly and scientifically treated because the problem is not only troublesome for the safe production of the gas field, but also influences the stable gas supply of a downstream gas unit and the normal operation of a gas collecting station and seriously hinders the development and production work of the natural gas field.

The conventional method for solving the hydrate blockage problem mainly comprises the following steps of heating, dehydrating, depressurizing, injecting hydrate inhibitor and the like:

1 traditional heat preservation.
