The sludge heat exchanger as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the heat exchange bulges are in a strip shape, the axes of the heat exchange bulges are perpendicular to the axes of the sludge flowing square tubes, and the water inlet and the water outlet are coaxially arranged and are positioned on the axes of the heat exchange bulges in the middle of the heat exchange bulge array.

3. The sludge heat exchanger as claimed in claim 1, wherein: a flow guide gap is arranged between the front end of the heat exchange bulge and the annular sealing bulge at the edge of the micro water channel plate.

A sludge heat exchanger as claimed in claim 3, wherein: the end part of the heat exchange raised array is arc-shaped, and the length of the heat exchange protrusions in the middle of the heat exchange raised array is longer than the length of the heat exchange protrusions on two sides of the middle of the heat exchange raised array.

Background

The traditional sludge heating is only realized by heating through a heating bed or a solar drying ground, the heating time is long, the heating temperature can be ensured only by repeatedly stirring and heating for many times, and meanwhile, the heating bed and the solar drying ground are both of an open structure, so that for sludge with heavy smell and high moisture content, the two treatment modes can bring large gas temperature and harmful steam and simultaneously bring fouling of the working environment; therefore, a closed sludge heat exchanger with higher heat exchange efficiency is needed; in the process of sludge temperature reduction, the traditional method is realized by stirring and contacting with air, and the problem of harmful steam evaporation still exists.

Disclosure of Invention

The technical problem to be solved by the invention is as follows: the technical problem in the prior art is solved, and a sludge heat exchanger is provided.

The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is as follows:

a sludge heat exchanger comprises a heat insulation shell, a plurality of sludge flowing square tubes are arranged on the heat insulation shell in a linear array mode, the middle of each sludge flowing square tube is of a reducing structure, each sludge flowing square tube penetrates through the heat insulation shell, sludge flows along the sludge flowing square tubes, a plurality of heat exchange plate assemblies are arranged on the outer wall of each sludge flowing square tube and comprise a micro water channel plate and a cover plate, an annular sealing bulge is arranged on the periphery of the cover plate and is in sealing connection with the periphery of the micro water channel plate, a flowing gap is formed between the micro water channel plate and the cover plate, a plurality of heat exchange bulges are densely distributed on the micro water channel plate in an array mode, the top ends of the heat exchange bulges are in contact with the cover plate, the micro water channel plate and the inner wall of each sludge flowing square tube are in contact and fixed with each other, and the heat exchange plate, and a water inlet and a water outlet are arranged on the sealing bulge of the micro water channel plate.

As a further improvement of the invention, the heat exchange bulges are in a strip shape, the axes of the heat exchange bulges are vertical to the axes of the sludge flowing square tubes, and the water inlet and the water outlet are coaxially arranged and positioned on the axes of the heat exchange bulges in the middle of the heat exchange bulge array.

As a further improvement of the invention, a flow guide gap is arranged between the front end of the heat exchange bulge and the annular sealing bulge at the edge of the micro water channel plate.

As a further improvement of the invention, the end part of the heat exchange bulge array is arc-shaped, and the length of the heat exchange bulge in the middle of the heat exchange bulge array is longer than the length of the heat exchange bulges at two sides of the middle of the heat exchange bulge array.

As a further improvement of the invention, the annular sealing bulge, the heat exchange bulge and the micro water channel plate are integrally turned.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:

1. the sludge heat exchanger adopts a micro water channel structure, and ensures the maximum heat exchange effect while not influencing the flow efficiency of the sludge; meanwhile, the whole sludge heat exchange interval is of a closed square tube structure, and the problem of harmful steam evaporation and diffusion does not exist.

2. The strip-shaped heat exchange bulges are provided with relatively low flow resistance and turbulence dead zones, so that the heat exchange efficiency can be effectively improved, and meanwhile, the heat exchange liquid flow dew is vertically arranged with the sludge flow path, so that the heat exchange efficiency is further improved.

3. The flow guide gap can ensure that heat exchange liquid flows through all the heat exchange bulges.

4. The circular arc-shaped end part is arranged, so that the flow resistance of the flow guide gaps on the two sides can be reduced by enlarging the sectional area, and the flow velocity among all the heat exchange bulges is ensured to be uniform.

5. Integrative lathe work wholeness is good, and heat exchange efficiency is higher.

Detailed Description

The present invention will now be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. These drawings are simplified schematic views illustrating only the basic structure of the present invention in a schematic manner, and thus show only the constitution related to the present invention.

As shown in figures 1 and 2, the invention is a sludge heat exchanger, the sludge heat exchanger comprises a heat preservation shell, a plurality of sludge flow square pipes are arranged on the heat preservation shell in a linear array, the middle part of each sludge flow square pipe is of a tapered structure, each sludge flow square pipe penetrates through the heat preservation shell, sludge flows along the corresponding sludge flow square pipe, a plurality of heat exchange plate assemblies are arranged on the outer wall of each sludge flow square pipe, each heat exchange plate assembly comprises a micro water channel plate and a cover plate, an annular sealing bulge is arranged on the periphery of each cover plate, the annular sealing bulge is hermetically connected with the periphery of the micro water channel plate, a flow gap is arranged between each micro water channel plate and the corresponding cover plate, a plurality of heat exchange bulges are densely distributed on the micro water channel plate in an array manner, the top ends of the heat exchange bulges are contacted with the corresponding cover plate, the annular sealing bulges, the heat exchange bulges and the micro, the sealed arch of little water channel board is provided with water inlet and outlet, connects inlet tube and drain pipe on water inlet and the outlet, connects through pipe parallel connection between each heat exchange plate subassembly of every mud flow side's pipe, and the inlet tube and the drain pipe of the heat exchange plate subassembly on the same heat exchange side's pipe are connected through the collector and are realized parallelly connecting.

As shown in fig. 3, the heat exchange protrusions are strip-shaped, the axes of the heat exchange protrusions are perpendicular to the axis of the sludge flow square pipe, and the water inlet and the water outlet are coaxially arranged and are located on the axis of the heat exchange protrusions in the middle of the heat exchange protrusion array.

As shown in fig. 3, a flow guiding gap is arranged between the front end of the heat exchange bulge and the annular sealing bulge at the edge of the micro water channel plate; the end part of the heat exchange raised array is arc-shaped, and the length of the heat exchange bulges in the middle of the heat exchange raised array is longer than the length of the heat exchange bulges on the two sides of the middle of the heat exchange raised array.

During the use, high temperature or low temperature mud are crowded into mud flow square pipe through screw extruder, and mud enters into the throat section of mud flow square pipe afterwards to take place the heat transfer with the inner wall of mud flow square pipe, take place the heat transfer between the little water channel board afterwards, through little water channel board, high-speed fluid and the protruding contact of heat transfer of little water channel board, and then realize the heat transfer with mud.
