8. The high and low temperature resistant water-based peelable protective coating according to claim 1, wherein the film forming agent is one of dipropylene glycol monomethyl ether, dipropylene glycol monopropyl ether, and tripropylene glycol n-butyl ether.

9. The high and low temperature resistant water-based peelable protective coating according to any one of claims 1-8, further characterized by being prepared by:

firstly adding an anionic aliphatic polyether polyurethane dispersoid, sequentially adding an acrylic emulsion, an anti-sticking slipping agent, a defoaming agent, a leveling agent, a thickening agent and a film-forming aid under a stirring state, controlling the stirring speed at 1000 ion/min, wherein the feeding time of each raw material is 3-5 min, stirring for 8-15 min after adding, then adding the next raw material, stirring for 20-30 min at the speed of 1000 ion/min after adding all the raw materials, filtering and subpackaging.

Technical Field

The strippable paint is a functional special paint for temporary protection of the surface of a substrate. During the construction process of relevant parts of a large ship, the construction period is long, the relevant parts are difficult to be polluted by dust, rainwater, oil stains, welding slag, scrap iron and the like, the subsequent maintenance cost is increased, and manpower, material resources and financial resources are wasted. The traditional solution is to wrap canvas or aluminum foil paper on the surface of the protected object, but the temporary protection effect is not ideal, and the problems of large cleaning and repairing workload still exist in the follow-up process. Currently, there are more and more solutions for temporary protection with peelable coatings. The construction period of a large ship is generally more than one year, the adhesive force between the coated strippable paint and the organic primer is increased along with the time extension, and therefore the strippable paint needs to have the complete strippable performance of more than one year. As the common water-based strippable coating is formed by thermoplastic resin, the water resistance is poor, the coating is easy to foam and wrinkle or even peel off when meeting rain, and the water resistance is required to be improved. In the actual use process, the time span is large, and hot summer and cold winter are needed. Under the condition of high temperature, a paint film of the thermoplastic water-based strippable paint is softened, even when the temperature is higher than the glass transition temperature of the paint, the strength of the paint film is reduced, the performance is poor, and the stripping process is easy to break; in cold winter, especially in northern China, the brittleness of a part of a paint film is increased below zero, the paint film has no extensibility and has no strippability at all.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to solve the technical problem of overcoming the defects and shortcomings in the background technology and providing the water-based strippable coating which is good in water resistance, good in flexibility and good in strippable performance under high and low temperature conditions.

The invention also provides a preparation method of the high and low temperature resistant water-based strippable protective coating, which comprises the following specific steps: firstly adding an anionic aliphatic polyether polyurethane dispersoid, sequentially adding an acrylic emulsion, an anti-sticking slipping agent, a defoaming agent, a leveling agent, a thickening agent and a film-forming auxiliary agent under a stirring state, controlling the stirring speed to be 500 plus materials at 1000r/min, wherein the feeding time of each raw material is 3-5 min, stirring for 8-15 min after adding, then adding the next raw material, stirring for 20-30 min at the speed of 500 plus materials at 1000r/min, filtering and subpackaging.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:

(1) the anionic aliphatic polyether polyurethane dispersoid and the acrylic emulsion are selected as film forming substances, water is used as a dispersing medium, the price is low, the smell is small, no pollution is caused, the storage, the transportation and the use processes are safe and environment-friendly, the application performance is good, the construction process is simple, and the construction tools can be directly washed by water;

(2) the acrylic resin with higher glass transition temperature is selected to improve the hardness of a thermoplastic paint film at higher temperature in summer, so that the strength of the paint film is not reduced due to too soft, and the complete stripping performance of the paint film at higher temperature is improved;

(3) the special modified resin Tesmann E251 is selected to improve the long-acting complete stripping performance and water resistance of the paint film under the conditions of higher temperature (60 ℃) and low temperature (-20 ℃).

Generally speaking, the high and low temperature resistant water-based strippable protective coating prepared by the invention is a thermoplastic single-component normal temperature curing film-forming coating, and can be coated on various metal plates, various metal plates and organic coatings such as epoxy coatings, polyurethane coatings, acrylic acid and the like. The peelable protective coating not only can be completely peeled for a long time at the temperature of 60 ℃, but also has good paint film flexibility and no brittleness at the temperature of-20 ℃, and is completely peeled for a long time, and compared with the common water-based peelable coating, the water resistance and the weather resistance of the peelable protective coating are greatly improved.

Unless otherwise specifically stated, various raw materials, reagents, instruments and the like used in the present invention are commercially available or may be self-prepared by existing methods.

Example 1:

an embodiment of the high and low temperature resistant water-based strippable protective coating comprises the steps of weighing 60g of E251 type anionic aliphatic polyether polyurethane dispersoid, uniformly dispersing the dispersoid at a stirring speed of 500r/min by using a stirring disperser, sequentially adding 10gYT2700 acrylic emulsion, 2g82W anti-sticking and slipping agent, 0.3g902W defoaming agent, 0.2g TEGO450 leveling agent, 0.5g299 thickening agent and 5g DPnB film forming auxiliary agent, stirring and feeding each raw material, feeding each raw material for 3min, stirring for 8min after the feeding, adding the next raw material, stirring for 20min at 1000r/min after all the raw materials are added, uniformly mixing, coating a strippable coating at the bottom of intergard5555 under the room temperature condition to prepare a test sample, and testing the performance after curing for 24h at normal temperature.

Example 2:

As can be seen from the test results in Table 1, compared with the common water-based strippable coating, the strippable protective coating provided by the invention has greatly improved water resistance, is easy to completely strip at-20 ℃ to 60 ℃, has no residue and no damage to the primer, has long-term complete strippability, and is particularly suitable for temporarily protecting the surfaces of various metal plates and organic coating matrixes such as epoxy coatings, polyurethane coatings and acrylic acid.
