The invention relates to the field of dust collectors, in particular to a bag type dust collector.

Background

A bag filter is a dry dust filter that is suitable for capturing fine, dry, non-fibrous dust. After the dust-containing gas enters the bag type dust collector, the dust with large particles and large specific gravity is settled down under the action of gravity and falls into the dust hopper, and the dust is blocked after the gas containing fine dust passes through the filter bag, so that the gas is purified.

After a traditional filter bag is used for a long time, dust on the surface of the filter bag is increased gradually, so that the filtering efficiency of the filter bag is reduced, and at the moment, the dust on the surface of the filter bag needs to be removed. The existing ash removal means generally adopts pulse type, namely compressed air is blown to the inside of a filter bag by a pulse valve, so that air waves are formed in a bag body, and meanwhile, the filter bag is rapidly expanded and shocked from top to bottom to remove accumulated ash.

However, the pulse dust cleaning device is adopted, and the compressed air conforming to the filter bag needs to be selected according to the material and the structure size of the filter bag, so that the dust cleaning mode needs larger investment and high operation cost, and needs to be improved.

Disclosure of Invention

Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention aims to provide a bag type dust collector which has the effect of reducing the operation cost.

The present invention in a preferred example may be further configured to: the suspension mechanism comprises a first lock hook and a pair of second lock hooks, the first lock hook and the pair of second lock hooks are arranged on the upper end surface of the fan-shaped oscillating plate, the first lock hook is positioned at one end, close to the fan-shaped oscillating plate, of the fan-shaped oscillating plate, and the pair of second lock hooks are distributed on two sides, away from one end, of the fan-shaped oscillating plate; and the upper ends of the first lock hook and the second lock hook are both provided with extension springs, and the lower end surface of the mounting ring is provided with a third lock hook for fixing the upper end of the extension spring.

3. the high-frequency ratchet wheel is used for controlling the common high-frequency shaking of all filter bags, so that the dust removal effect is improved, the circumferential direction of the ratchet wheel is uniformly stressed, the stress of the rotating shaft is improved, and the use stability of the vibration mechanism is improved;

4. the lower end of the filter bag is stably fixed on the outer wall of the air inlet pipe by arranging the filter bag with high stability, so that the filter bag is stably installed and fixed, and the stability in use is improved;
