As an embodiment of the invention, one end of the sliding block 22, which is far away from the driven roller 2, is fixedly connected with an external gear ring 37, a gear 38 is fixedly connected to a position, corresponding to the external gear ring 37, of a rotating shaft of the driving roller 14, and the gear 38 and the external gear ring 37 are driven by a synchronous belt 39; a group of toothless parts 310 are uniformly arranged on the inner side of the synchronous belt 39; the bracket 15 is provided with a J-shaped sliding groove 311, and the sliding block 22 is connected with the sliding groove 311 in a sliding manner; the driven roller 2 is driven to intermittently slide by the synchronous belt 39, so that the shaking of the film is increased, and the impurity content of plastic particles is further reduced; when the driving roller 14 is driven to rotate by the speed reducing motor, the driving roller 14 drives the gear 38 to rotate, and a group of toothless parts 310 are uniformly arranged on the inner side of the synchronous belt 39 as the gear 38 and the outer gear ring 37 are driven by the synchronous belt 39; the support 15 is provided with a J-shaped sliding groove 311, the sliding block 22 is connected with the sliding groove 311 in a sliding manner, so that the synchronous belt 39 and the outer gear ring 37 are in intermittent engagement, when the synchronous belt 39 is engaged with the outer gear ring 37, the synchronous belt 39 rotates to drive the driven roller 2 and the sliding block 22 to slide in the sliding groove 311 in a direction close to the driving roller 14, when the synchronous belt 39 rotates to the toothless part 310, the outer gear ring 37 is disengaged from the synchronous belt 39, so that the driven roller 2 slides downwards under the action of self gravity, and the driven roller 2 continuously slides up and down in the sliding groove 311, so that the shaking amplitude of the waste film between the driven roller 2 and the driving roller 14 is further increased, impurities carried on the film are further reduced, and the impurity content of plastic particles is reduced.

As an embodiment of the present invention, a blast pipe 4 is disposed on a side of the driving roll 14 away from the crushing unit 13, and the blast pipe 4 is fixedly connected with the crushing unit 13 through a connecting plate; the cross section of the blast pipe 4 is horn-shaped, the inner wall of the blast pipe 4 is provided with a group of exhaust holes 41, and the exhaust holes 41 face to one side far away from the driving roller 14; the air exhaust holes 41 are communicated with the air blower through pipelines, and the air flow blown out through the air exhaust holes 41 further reduces the soil adhered to the film and reduces the impurity content of plastic particles; carry out the air-blowing through the air-blower to the hole 41 of airing exhaust, and then make the hole 41 of airing exhaust blow out quick air current to the film, and then increase the waste liquid of adhesion on the film and the efficiency of cleaing away of the earth after pulverizing, simultaneously because the hole 41 of airing exhaust is towards the one side of keeping away from the drive roll 14 for the high-speed air current of hole 41 exhaust of airing exhaust drives the shake with higher speed of film, increases the vibration frequency of film, further increases the clean efficiency reduction plastic granules's of film impurity content.

When the plastic film forming machine works, a waste plastic film passes through a gap between the driven roller 2 and the supporting roller 21 and then is conveyed into the crushing unit 13 through the guide of the driving roller 14, the waste plastic film is crushed by the crushing unit 13 to form film fragments, the film fragments are heated and melted by the hot melting unit 11 and then extruded out, and plastic particle raw materials are formed after cooling and granulation of the granulation unit 12 so as to prepare for subsequent plastic processing and forming, as most of the waste plastic film comes from farms and recycling stations, a great amount of soil and waste liquid are mixed in the film and pollute the film, so that the content of impurities in the produced plastic particles exceeds the standard, and further the product quality of the plastic particles is influenced, at the moment, the driven roller 2 arranged in the plastic film forming machine is matched with the supporting roller 21 to extrude the waste plastic film, so that soil impurities adhered on the film are crushed, and then the impurities are shaken off in the moving process of the, further reducing soil impurities adhered to the film, improving the purity of plastic particles and further increasing the production quality of the granulator; because the rotating shaft 24 is uniformly distributed with a group of arc-shaped grooves 25 at one end circumference in the U-shaped groove 23, the rotating shaft 24 is in a petal shape with uneven periphery, and further is matched with the clamping block 26, so that the rotating shaft 24 continuously slides across the clamping block 26 in the rotating process, and further the rotating shaft 24 and the driven roller 2 continuously reciprocate up and down, and the driven roller 2 continuously crushes the soil particles with larger diameter by utilizing the falling motion under the action of gravity, so that the removal efficiency of the soil particles adhered on the film is increased, and meanwhile, the driven roller 2 which reciprocates up and down increases the vibration amplitude of the waste film passing through the driven roller 2, so that the efficiency of shaking off the soil by the waste film is increased, and further the impurity content of the; the driven roller 2 continuously drives the eccentric roller 31 to rotate in the rotating process, so that the puncture needle 32 penetrates through the through hole 33 and punctures the film, the supporting roller 21 is matched to extrude the film, waste liquid wrapped in the film is rapidly discharged, the discharge efficiency of the waste liquid in the film is increased, the impurity content of plastic particles is further reduced, and meanwhile, after the puncture needle 32 punctures the film, because the outer diameter of the eccentric roller 31 is smaller than the diameter of the cavity 3, the eccentric roller 31 rotates along with the driven roller 2 under the action of self gravity, the puncture needle 32 is driven to puncture the film and then withdraw the through hole 33, the influence of the puncture needle 32 on the film conveying is reduced, the puncture needle 32 is prevented from being adhered to the film and winding the driven roller 2, the conveying efficiency of the film is further increased, and the production efficiency of the film; when the arc-shaped groove 25 passes through the fixture block 26 along with the rotation of the rotating shaft 24, the fixture block 26 continuously extrudes the sliding column 35, so that the sliding column 35 slides towards the bottom of the first hole 34, compressed air is generated in the first hole 34, the compressed air is filled into the cavity 3 through the second hole 36 and the communicating hole, the air pressure in the cavity 3 is slightly larger than the external atmospheric pressure, waste liquid and soil particles are further reduced to enter the cavity 3 through the through hole 33 to block the normal rotation of the eccentric roller 31, meanwhile, the corrosion of the eccentric roller 31 by the waste liquid is reduced, and the service life of the film granulator is prolonged; when the driving roller 14 is driven to rotate by the speed reducing motor, the driving roller 14 drives the gear 38 to rotate, and a group of toothless parts 310 are uniformly arranged on the inner side of the synchronous belt 39 as the gear 38 and the outer gear ring 37 are driven by the synchronous belt 39; the support 15 is provided with a J-shaped sliding groove 311, the sliding block 22 is in sliding connection with the sliding groove 311, so that the synchronous belt 39 and the outer gear ring 37 are in intermittent meshing, when the synchronous belt 39 is meshed with the outer gear ring 37, the synchronous belt 39 rotates to drive the driven roller 2 and the sliding block 22 to slide in the sliding groove 311 in the direction close to the driving roller 14, when the synchronous belt 39 rotates to the toothless part 310, the outer gear ring 37 is disengaged from the synchronous belt 39, so that the driven roller 2 slides downwards under the action of self gravity, the driven roller 2 continuously slides upwards and downwards in the sliding groove 311, the shaking amplitude of the waste film between the driven roller 2 and the driving roller 14 is further increased, impurities carried on the film are further reduced, and the impurity content of plastic particles is reduced; carry out the air-blowing through the air-blower to the hole 41 of airing exhaust, and then make the hole 41 of airing exhaust blow out quick air current to the film, and then increase the waste liquid of adhesion on the film and the efficiency of cleaing away of the earth after pulverizing, simultaneously because the hole 41 of airing exhaust is towards the one side of keeping away from the drive roll 14 for the high-speed air current of hole 41 exhaust of airing exhaust drives the shake with higher speed of film, increases the vibration frequency of film, further increases the clean efficiency reduction plastic granules's of film impurity content.
