Background

Foamed plastics such as EPS, XPS and EPP have good performances of heat insulation, sound insulation, rigidity, good buffer performance during impact, corrosion resistance, low density and the like, and are widely applied to occasions such as product packaging, heat insulation, sound insulation, impact resistance and the like. However, after the foamed plastic is used, the foamed plastic needs to be recycled and if the foamed plastic is discarded at will, the foamed plastic is easy to be chipped continuously in the environment, and if the chipped foamed plastic flows into the sea along rivers or remains in soil, white pollution is caused.

In the process of recycling the foamed plastic, although the used foamed plastic has higher recycling value, the density is low, and the occupied space in the collection process is larger, so that the transportation cost is expensive, and the recycling difficulty is high. Accordingly, in areas with a large amount of foamed plastics, the foamed plastics are collected uniformly, and then the collected foamed plastics are sent to a cold press for cold-pressing and volume reduction, or the collected foamed plastics are heated and melted to remove air in the foamed plastics, so that the purpose of volume reduction is achieved, and then the foamed plastics are transported to a deep processing plant for processing treatment such as modification. And for the areas with less foamed plastic, the direct discarding mode is adopted, which is easy to cause environmental pollution.

Meanwhile, the intermittent working mode of the foam plastic recycling vehicle has the defects of low speed and low efficiency.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provides the cold press for cold pressing and briquetting the foamed plastic, wherein the cold pressing and briquetting speed of the cold press is higher, and the efficiency is higher; and phenomena such as blocking are not easy to occur.

The technical scheme for solving the technical problems is as follows:

the cold pressing block mechanism also comprises an opening and closing mechanism for closing or opening a feeding hole of the compression cavity, and when the pressing driving mechanism drives the pressing plate to compress the foamed plastic, the opening and closing mechanism closes the feeding hole on the compression cavity; when the pressing driving mechanism drives the pressing plate to reset, the opening and closing mechanism opens the feeding hole in the compression cavity.

Preferably, the feed inlet of the compression cavity is arranged on the side surface of the compression cavity.

Preferably, the opening and closing mechanism comprises a blocking plate arranged on the pressing plate, and the blocking plate synchronously acts along the movement direction of the pressing plate; when the pressing driving mechanism drives the pressing plate to compress the foamed plastic, the blocking plate moves synchronously with the pressing plate and blocks the feeding hole in the compression cavity.

The working principle of the cold press for cold pressing and briquetting the foamed plastic is as follows:

when the device works, the feeding mechanism sends foamed plastic fragments to the transition cavity, the materials enter the compression cavity from the transition cavity under the pushing of the pushing screw, and when the foamed plastic in the compression cavity reaches a certain amount, the pressurizing driving mechanism drives the pressurizing plate to move, so that the foamed plastic in the compression cavity is compressed. In the process, along with the pressing action of the pressing plate, the blocking plate arranged on the pressing plate moves synchronously along with the pressing plate so as to block the feeding hole of the compression cavity, so that the foamed plastic in the transition cavity cannot fall between the pressing plate and the pressing driving mechanism, and the cold press is prevented from being blocked. In addition, because a transition cavity is arranged between the feeding mechanism and the cold pressing and briquetting mechanism, when the cold pressing and briquetting mechanism works, the transition cavity and a feed inlet of the cold pressing mechanism are in a closed state, and therefore, the transition cavity becomes a pre-compression interval; therefore, the action of the feeding mechanism is not required to be stopped when the cold pressing is carried out; after the cold pressing block mechanism finishes compression, the pressing driving mechanism drives the pressing plate to be in a state of pressing again, the plugging plate leaves the feeding hole of the compression cavity, so that the transition cavity is communicated with the compression cavity, and thus, pre-compressed foamed plastic stored in the transition cavity can enter the compression cavity, and the cold pressing block mechanism can start the cold pressing work of the next round. Through the arrangement, the crushing device, the feeding mechanism and the cold pressing and briquetting mechanism are not restricted, and can work simultaneously, so that the foamed plastic can be continuously recycled, and the efficiency is improved.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:

Through the arrangement, the crushing device, the feeding mechanism and the cold pressing and briquetting mechanism are not constrained, and can work simultaneously, so that the recovery processing of the foamed plastic can be continuously carried out, and the working efficiency is greatly improved.
