Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of paper pulp molding equipment, and particularly relates to a paper pulp molding product forming device and a paper-plastic mold thereof.

Background

The pulp molding technology uses waste paper as raw material, and uses a special mold to mold a pulp molding product with a certain shape on a molding machine, and the manufacturing process comprises the working procedures of pulping, adsorption molding, drying and shaping and the like.

A pulp molding apparatus is used in the production of pulp molded products. The forming equipment is provided with a paper-plastic mould consisting of an upper mould and a lower mould, and is provided with a guide structure consisting of a positioning socket fixed on the lower mould and a positioning bolt fixed on the upper mould, for example, the paper-plastic mould with the guide function disclosed in the invention patent with the publication number of CN207031930U, the upper mould and the lower mould are guided to be matched at the correct positions through the guide function of the guide structure, the matching precision is effectively provided, the problems of large and small edges, thickness deviation and the like of a pulp molding product caused by coaxiality of the upper mould and the lower mould are avoided, and the product quality is improved.

In the prior art, the upper die and the upper die plate are fixedly connected by adopting a screw installation mode, and screws positioned at the corner positions of the upper die are respectively in threaded connection with the upper die and the upper die plate.

However, in the actual operation of the pulp molding apparatus, it was found that the hot press mold expands with heat and contracts with cold in the heating process. Because the upper die is in threaded connection with the screws, the upper die can be hindered by the screws in the process of absorbing heat to expand all around, so that the upper die expands and deforms towards the middle part, the position of the positioning bolt in the guide structure is changed, the positioning bolt cannot be accurately inserted into the positioning socket during die assembly, qualified pulp molded products cannot be manufactured, and the production benefit is greatly reduced.

It is seen that improvements and enhancements to the prior art are needed.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the defects of the prior art, the invention aims to provide the paper pulp molding product forming device and the paper plastic mold thereof, which have unique and novel structure, are practical and stable, and solve the technical problem that the guide structure of the existing paper plastic mold is deformed due to expansion caused by heat and contraction caused by cold, so that the mold can not be accurately guided to be closed.

Detailed Description

The invention provides a paper pulp molding product forming device and a paper-plastic mold thereof, and in order to make the purpose, technical scheme and effect of the invention clearer and clearer, the invention is further described in detail by referring to the attached drawings and embodiments. The forming die 1 is provided with a plurality of axially vertical mounting holes 11, and the inner wall surfaces of the mounting holes 11 can be smooth.

The fastening screw 3 includes a head 31, a column 32, and an external thread 33 integrally connected in this order. The outer diameter of the cylindrical portion 32 is smaller than the inner diameter of the mounting hole 11, and the length of the cylindrical portion 32 is equal to or greater than the height of the mounting hole 11. The external thread portion 33 has an outer diameter smaller than the inner diameter of the mounting hole 11, and the external thread portion 33 has an inner diameter larger than the outer diameter of the cylindrical portion 32.

The die mounting plate 2 is correspondingly provided with a connecting hole 21 which can be in threaded connection with the external thread part 33.

The invention solves the problem that the existing paper-plastic mould cannot accurately guide to mould closing because the guide structure of the existing paper-plastic mould deforms due to expansion with heat and contraction with cold by designing a unique fastening screw.

The forming die 1 can be an upper extrusion die made of cast aluminum material, and the cast aluminum material has excellent casting performance, easy processability and good thermal conductivity and is suitable for forming dies of pulp molded products.

The mounting holes 11 are arranged in an array at the corners and sides of the forming die 1, as shown in fig. 2 and 3. Locate forming die 1's the die cavity outside with mounting hole 11, avoid fastening screw pine to take off so that influence forming die's work to strengthen joint strength, be favorable to fixing forming die 1 at mould mounting panel 2 steadily. The head 31 may be an inner hexagonal head, and the outer side surface of the head 31 has a smooth circumference, as shown in fig. 5, and is screwed down and loosened by an inner hexagonal wrench; alternatively, the head 31 may be an outer hexagonal head having no burr on the surface, and as shown in fig. 6, it is screwed and unscrewed with an outer hexagonal wrench. The connecting part of the head part 31 and the column part 32 is provided with a circular arc transition part 34, so that the contact area between the column part 32 and the head part 31 is increased, the connecting strength between the head part 31 and the column part 32 is enhanced, and the head part 31 and the column part 32 are prevented from being easily broken.

The outer diameter of the head 31 is larger than the inner diameter of the mounting hole 11, as shown in fig. 1, and the two end faces of the head 31 are flat and can be tightly attached to a forming die; and can be directly mounted to the mounting hole 11 of the molding die 1 without using a gasket during mounting. Of course, it is also possible to use spacers during the mounting of the fastening screws 3.

Preferably, the cross-sectional shape of the cylindrical portion 32 is circular, and the cylindrical portion can be directly machined through a turning process in a rotating state of a common screw, so that the machining difficulty is effectively reduced, and the manufacturing time of the fastening screw is shortened. Of course, the cross-sectional shape of the column portion 32 may be square.

As shown in fig. 4, 5 and 7, further, the inner wall of the mounting hole 11 has an internal threaded portion 12 protruding radially inward at an end thereof adjacent to the head portion 31 and adapted to be screwed with the external threaded portion 33; the internal thread portion 12 has an inner diameter larger than an outer diameter of the cylindrical portion 32.

The internal thread portion 12 is provided in the mounting hole 11 for the purpose of preventing the fastening screw 3 from falling off from the molding die 1. When the fastening screw 3 is mounted, the male screw portion 33 is screwed into the female screw portion 12 from the bottom up; then, the male screw portion 33 is screwed to the upper side of the female screw portion 12, and the fastening screw 3 is directly pushed upward until the male screw portion 33 is protruded out of the mounting hole 11 and screwed into the coupling hole 21 of the die mounting plate 2. If the fastening screw 3 is loosened from the mold mounting plate 2, it falls down to directly move down to the female screw portion 12, thereby preventing the loosened fastening screw 3 from falling off from the molding die 1.

If the former fastening mode is adopted, the loosened screw can still be in threaded connection with the forming die, the loosening phenomenon is common and is not easy to find. By adopting the structural design, the loosening phenomenon of the fastening screw can be more remarkable, and the fastening screw can be conveniently tightened by a worker after being discovered in time.

The length of the female screw portion 12 is smaller than the length of the male screw portion 33. By setting the length of the internal thread portion 12 to be smaller than the length of the external thread portion 33, the time for the external thread portion 33 to pass through the internal thread portion 12 can be shortened.

In addition, the invention also provides a paper pulp molding product forming device, wherein the paper pulp molding product forming device is provided with the paper-plastic mold. The paper-plastic mould with the structure is arranged on the paper pulp molding product forming device, so that the mould closing precision can be effectively improved, and the phenomenon that the guide structure cannot normally work due to the fact that the positioning plug pin cannot be accurately inserted into the positioning socket is avoided, so that the quality of the paper pulp molding product is reduced.
