Further, as shown in fig. 1, the track panel laying unit of the present invention further includes a power vehicle 04, where the power vehicle 04 includes a vehicle body, a plurality of traveling wheel sets and a power system, the traveling wheel sets are disposed below the vehicle body, a connecting device for connecting the track panel laying vehicle 01 or the track panel transport vehicle is disposed on the vehicle body, the power system can drive the vehicle body to move, the track panel laying vehicle 01 and each track panel transport vehicle are connected with each other through the connecting device, and the power vehicle 04 is connected with the track panel laying vehicle 01 or the track panel transport vehicle to drive the track panel laying vehicle 01 and the track panel transport vehicle to move.

The track panel laying method provided by the embodiment of the invention adopts the track panel laying unit and comprises the following steps:

the track panel laying gantry crane 03 arranged on the track panel laying vehicle 01 enables the track panel 05 to fall onto the rail bearing platform 06 through the construction space 111, and a fastener between the track panel 05 and the rail bearing platform 06 is installed to complete track panel laying. Further, before the track panel laying gantry 03 on the track panel laying truck 01 drops the track panel 05 onto the rail bearing platform 06 through the construction space 111, the track panel laying method of the invention further comprises: and the track panel laying gantry crane 03 moves to the track panel transport vehicle, and moves to the track panel laying vehicle 01 after the track panel 05 on the track panel transport vehicle is hoisted. Because the track panel laying gantry crane 03 can move from the track panel laying vehicle 01 to the track panel transport vehicle to hoist the track panel, a plurality of track panels can be moved by the track panel transport vehicle at one time, the construction efficiency is improved, and the construction period is shortened.

Further, before the track panel laying gantry 03 on the track panel laying truck 01 drops the track panel 05 onto the rail bearing platform 06 through the construction space 111, the track panel laying method of the invention further comprises: and (3) moving the track panel laying vehicle 01 and the track panel laying gantry crane 03 to a track panel site to be laid through the power vehicle 04.

Further, the track panel laying method of the invention further comprises the following steps:

Further, before the track panel laying gantry 03 arranged on the track panel laying vehicle 01 drops the track panel 05 onto the rail bearing platform 06 through the construction space 111, the track panel laying method of the invention further comprises: laying auxiliary tracks, wherein the auxiliary tracks are laid on two sides of the laid rail supporting beam, and the track panel laying vehicle 01, the track panel transport vehicle and the power vehicle 04 all move on the auxiliary tracks.

Specifically, the invention relates to a track panel laying method, which comprises the following steps:

laying auxiliary tracks, wherein the auxiliary tracks are laid on two sides of the laid concrete support track beam;

the track panel laying vehicle 01 and the track panel laying gantry crane 03 are pushed to a construction site where track panels are to be laid through the power vehicle 04, a track bearing platform where the track panels are not laid is arranged below the track panel laying vehicle 01 at the moment, then the power vehicle 04 returns, and the power vehicle 04 and the track panel laying vehicle 01 move on the auxiliary track;

placing the track panel 05 on a track panel transport vehicle by using a crane at the position for storing the track panel 05, and storing a plurality of layers of track panels on the track panel transport vehicle according to the requirement;

the power vehicle 04 pushes the track panel transport vehicle group to a construction site where the track panel is to be laid, and the track panel transport vehicle group is connected with the track panel laying vehicle 01; the power vehicle 04 and the track panel transport vehicle set move on the auxiliary track;

the track panel laying gantry crane 03 is started, the track panel laying gantry crane 03 moves from the track panel laying vehicle 01 to the track panel transport vehicle to hoist the track panel, and the track panel is returned to the track panel laying vehicle 01 after being hoisted;

the hanger 31 of the track panel laying gantry crane 03 drops the track panel 05 onto the rail bearing platform 06 through the construction space 111;

and (5) installing a fastener between the track panel 05 and the rail bearing platform 06 to finish the laying of the track panel.
