1. A belt vulcanization joint is characterized by comprising a first belt joint and a second belt joint, wherein the first belt joint comprises a first step part, the second belt joint comprises a second step part, two sides of the first step part respectively retract inwards by 48-52mm in the width direction relative to two sides of a belt, and two sides of the second step part are provided with primary sides of 48-52 mm; the size and shape of the first step part are matched with that of the second step part, and the first step part and the second step part respectively comprise at least three layers of steps.

2. The belt vulcanization joint of claim 1, wherein the first step portion has sides that are recessed by 50mm inward in the width direction from opposite sides of the belt, and the second step portion has sides that have a primary side of 50 mm.

3. The belt vulcanization joint of claim 1, wherein said at least three steps include four steps, each having a thickness of 1/3-1/5 of the belt thickness.

4. The belt vulcanization joint of claim 3, wherein the thickness of each step is 1/4 times the thickness of the belt.

5. The belt vulcanising joint of claim 1 wherein the end surface of each step is a beveled surface.

6. A belt vulcanization joint splicing method is characterized by comprising the following steps:

respectively removing 48-52mm from two sides of one belt joint inwards to form a first base body, and respectively reserving 48-52mm of primary sides on two sides of the other belt joint to form a second base body;

respectively processing a first step part and a second step part which comprise at least three steps on the first base body and the second base body to form a first belt joint and a second belt joint;

inverting the first step portion over the second step portion, compressing and applying heat so as to cause the first belt tab to adhere tightly to the second belt tab.

7. The method of splicing a belt vulcanization joint as claimed in, wherein said first and second substrates are each formed with first and second stepped portions comprising at least three steps, and wherein the step of forming first and second belt joints comprises:

processing four layers of steps on the first base body and the second base body;

processing an end surface of each step of the first step portion and the second step portion into an inclined surface;

and all contact surfaces of the first step part and the second step part are polished to be rough.

8. The belt vulcanization joint of claim 6, wherein the step of each layer has a thickness of 1/3-1/5 of the belt thickness.

9. The belt vulcanization joint of claim 8, wherein each of said steps has a thickness of 1/4 a of the belt thickness.

10. The belt vulcanization joint splicing method of claim 6, wherein when a first step portion and a second step portion including at least three steps are respectively formed on the first base body and the second base body, 2% to 3% of cutting margin is reserved for each of the first step portion and the second step portion.
