1. A glass cover plate device for a workbench, comprising:

a lower glass cover;

the upper glass cover covers the lower glass cover, the first end of the upper glass cover is hinged with the first end of the lower glass cover, and the upper glass cover can turn over relative to the lower glass cover around the hinged position of the lower glass cover and the upper glass cover;

the upper glass cover comprises an upper glass outer frame and upper glass arranged in the inner side space of the upper glass outer frame, the upper glass is connected onto the upper glass outer frame through a glass connecting assembly, the glass connecting assembly comprises a glass connecting block, a linear bearing and a screw for a shaft, the outer ring of the linear bearing is fixedly sleeved in the glass connecting block, the screw for the shaft is arranged in the inner ring of the linear bearing in a penetrating mode and screwed in a screw fixing block fixed to the bottom of the upper glass outer frame, and the upper glass is fixedly connected to the glass connecting block.

7. The apparatus according to claim 6, wherein the connecting member comprises a pin disposed at the second end of the upper glass cover and a pin seat disposed at the second end of the lower glass cover, the pin seat having a pin hole for the pin to be inserted.

8. The apparatus as claimed in claim 7, further comprising a cover plate fixedly attached to the upper glass frame, wherein the cover plate has an anti-slip layer on a surface thereof contacting the lower glass cover.

9. The work table glass cover plate apparatus of claim 1, wherein the first end of the upper glass cover is hinged to the first end of the lower glass cover by a hinge.

10. The apparatus according to claim 1, further comprising a cylinder having two ends respectively connected to the lower glass cover and the upper glass cover for driving the upper glass cover to turn relative to the lower glass cover.

Background

In the optical detection equipment, PCB (printed circuit board) is arranged on the working table surface, because the reason of PCB self can be protruding, influence the formation of image precision, therefore need install a straight optical glass clamp plate additional and flatten the PCB board. When the optical glass pressing plate is used, the optical glass plate is opened, the PCB is placed in the optical glass pressing plate, and then the optical glass pressing plate is closed. The scheme of opening and closing the optical glass pressing plate adopts a cylinder as a power source at present, the cylinder and a glass frame body are installed at a certain angle, and a base at the end of the cylinder body is fixed on a workbench and moves along with the workbench.

The optical detection equipment is used for automatically scanning the PCB through a camera based on an optical principle, acquiring an image and analyzing according to the image. The PCB needs to be fixed on the workbench, and the PCB is prevented from moving when scanning imaging is carried out. Meanwhile, the influence of the material and processing of the PCB causes local protrusion or tilting of the PCB, which affects the imaging quality.

In order to solve the above problems, a glass pressing plate device (publication number CN103471636B) of an optical inspection apparatus is provided in the prior art, which has a simple structure and depends on the self weight of optical glass to flatten and fix a PCB board. However, when the PCB is manually placed, the glass pressing plate device needs to overcome the resistance of the air cylinder to place the PCB, so that manual loading and unloading are inconvenient.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a workbench glass cover plate device which can effectively improve imaging quality in PCB detection.

The embodiment of the invention is realized by the following steps:

in one aspect of the embodiments of the present invention, there is provided a glass cover plate device for a work table, including: a lower glass cover; the upper glass cover covers the lower glass cover, the first end of the upper glass cover is hinged with the first end of the lower glass cover, and the upper glass cover can turn over relative to the lower glass cover around the hinged position of the lower glass cover and the upper glass cover; the upper glass cover comprises an upper glass outer frame and upper glass arranged in the inner side space of the upper glass outer frame, the upper glass is connected onto the upper glass outer frame through a glass connecting assembly, the glass connecting assembly comprises a glass connecting block, a linear bearing and a screw for a shaft, the outer ring of the linear bearing is fixedly sleeved in the glass connecting block, the screw for the shaft is arranged in the inner ring of the linear bearing in a penetrating mode and screwed in a screw fixing block fixed to the bottom of the upper glass outer frame, and the upper glass is fixedly connected to the glass connecting block.

Optionally, the upper glass is fixed on the glass connecting block in an adhering mode.

Optionally, the upper glass is fixed on the glass connecting block by shadowless glue.

Optionally, the glass connecting assembly further comprises a clamping block, the clamping block is fixedly connected to the bottom of the glass connecting block, a limiting clamping groove is formed between the clamping block and the glass connecting block, and the upper glass is limited and clamped in the limiting clamping groove.

Optionally, the clamping block is fixedly connected to the bottom of the glass connecting block by screws.

Optionally, the second end of the upper glass cover and the second end of the lower glass cover are locked and connected by a connecting member.

Optionally, the connecting member includes a pin disposed at the second end of the upper glass cover and a pin seat disposed at the second end of the lower glass cover, and the pin seat has a pin hole for the pin to be inserted.
