8. A method for preparing a heating sheet by using the graphene purification heating coating as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the method comprises the following steps:

step 1, weighing raw materials in proportion;

step 2, dissolving a resin material in a solvent, stirring, adding a graphene material, an organic additive and an inorganic additive after the resin is completely dissolved, uniformly mixing, and performing defoaming treatment to obtain the graphene purifying and heating coating;

and 3, taking the graphene purification heating coating obtained in the step 2 as conductive paste, performing screen printing according to lines, and connecting wires to obtain the graphene purification heating sheet.

The method for preparing the graphene purification heating coating according to claim 8, wherein in the step 2, the resin material is dissolved in the solvent, the mixture is stirred by a stirrer for 20min, the graphene material, the organic additive and the inorganic additive are added after the resin is completely dissolved, the mixture is ultrasonically dispersed at normal temperature, the mixture is fully and uniformly mixed, and the graphene purification heating coating is prepared by vacuumizing and defoaming.

10. A graphene purification heating sheet prepared by the method for preparing a heating sheet by using the graphene purification heating coating according to claim 8.

Technical Field

The invention relates to a purifying heating coating, a heating sheet and a preparation method thereof, and particularly relates to a graphene purifying heating coating, a heating sheet and a preparation method thereof.

Background

In the prior art, the following two techniques are generally used to make the heat patch: 1. printing the conductive ink slurry on a PET film according to a designed circuit to manufacture a heating sheet; 2. the heating sheet is manufactured by etching the high resistivity alloy sheet with a chemical solution to form a desired heat conductive path.

However, the conductive ink heating plate has poor heating effect under the condition of low voltage and low power, the alloy heating plate is difficult to weld, and the manufacturing cost is high, so that a better method and material for preparing the heating plate are required to be found.

Graphene is a two-dimensional material formed by arranging carbon atoms in a hexagon, is the most subversive new material in the century, has peculiar performance in many aspects due to a graphene monoatomic layer two-dimensional sheet structure, and can be used as a super capacitor, an efficient energy storage battery, an ultrathin and ultralight aerospace material, an ultratough and ultrastrong bulletproof vest material, a novel medical material, a nano sensor material and the like. The graphene is compounded with the common fiber, so that the fiber has certain conductivity, and can be widely applied to antistatic fabrics, anti-electromagnetic radiation clothing fabrics and the like. At present, in europe, the usa, japan, china and many other countries, graphene is regarded as the most important new material in this century for research and development.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide novel purifying-heating slurry, a heating sheet and a preparation method thereof, wherein the prepared heating sheet can effectively decompose pollutants such as formaldehyde, benzene series and the like, can sterilize and resist viruses, and can perform heating, far infrared physiotherapy and the like after being electrified.

In order to achieve the above purpose, the present invention provides a graphene purification heating coating, wherein the raw materials of the graphene purification heating coating comprise, by mass: 70-90% of resin material, 0.5-10% of graphene material, 0.5-15% of organic additive and 0.1-5% of inorganic additive.

The graphene purifying heating coating comprises a resin material, wherein the resin material comprises any one or more of alicyclic epoxy resin, bisphenol A epoxy resin and phenolic resin and a corresponding curing agent thereof; the mass ratio of the resin to the curing agent is 100: 1-5.

The graphene purifying heating coating comprises a graphene material, wherein the graphene material comprises any one or more of graphene prepared by a mechanical stripping method, an oxidation-reduction method and a chemical vapor deposition method.

The graphene purifying heating coating comprises an organic additive, a thickening agent and a surfactant, wherein the organic additive comprises a solvent, a thickening agent and a surfactant; the organic additive comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 0.1 to 5 percent of thickening agent, 0.1 to 5 percent of surfactant and the balance of solvent.

The graphene purifying heating coating is characterized in that the solvent is any one or more of terpineol, tributyl citrate and dibutyl phthalate.

The invention also provides a method for preparing the heating sheet by adopting the graphene purifying and heating coating, wherein the method comprises the following steps: step 1, weighing raw materials in proportion; step 2, dissolving a resin material in a solvent, stirring, adding a graphene material, an organic additive and an inorganic additive after the resin is completely dissolved, uniformly mixing, and performing defoaming treatment to obtain the graphene purifying and heating coating; and 3, adopting a conductive paste circuit printing process, using the graphene purification heating coating obtained in the step 2 as a conductive paste, carrying out screen printing according to lines, and connecting a lead to obtain the graphene purification heating sheet.

In the step 2, the resin material is dissolved in the solvent, the mixture is stirred for 20min by a stirrer, the graphene material, the organic additive and the inorganic additive are added after the resin is completely dissolved, the mixture is ultrasonically dispersed at normal temperature, fully and uniformly mixed, and the graphene purifying and heating coating is prepared by vacuumizing and defoaming.

The invention also provides the graphene purification heating sheet prepared by the method for preparing the heating sheet by using the graphene purification heating coating.

The graphene purifying heating coating, the heating sheet and the preparation method thereof provided by the invention have the following advantages:

the novel purifying-heating coating prepared by the invention is added with graphene with excellent conductivity, so that the slurry has excellent conductivity, meanwhile, the slurry is added with the components such as the tetrapod-like zinc oxide, the carbon crystal and the like, so that the novel purifying-heating coating not only can be used for removing pollutants such as formaldehyde, benzene series and the like in the environment, but also has the functions of sterilization and virus resistance, and meanwhile, the heating sheet can be produced by adopting the conductive slurry line printing technology, so that the novel purifying-heating coating is used for heating, far infrared physiotherapy and the like, and has wide application prospect.

The novel purifying-heating coating and the heating sheet prepared by the invention have the advantages of simple process, easy operation, low cost and high economic benefit, and are suitable for large-scale industrial production.

Detailed Description

The following further describes embodiments of the present invention.

The graphene purifying heating coating provided by the invention comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 70-90% of resin material, 0.5-10% of graphene material, 0.5-15% of organic additive and 0.1-5% of inorganic additive.

The resin material comprises any one or more of alicyclic epoxy resin, bisphenol A type epoxy resin, phenolic resin and the like and a corresponding curing agent thereof; the mass ratio of the resin to the curing agent is 100: 1-5.

The graphene material includes any one or more of graphene prepared by a mechanical exfoliation method, a redox method, a chemical vapor deposition method, and the like.

The organic additive comprises a solvent, a thickening agent and a surfactant; the organic additive comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 0.1 to 5 percent of thickening agent, 0.1 to 5 percent of surfactant and the balance of solvent.

The solvent is one or more of terpineol, tributyl citrate, dibutyl phthalate, etc.

Preferably, in the step 2, the resin material is dissolved in the solvent, the mixture is stirred for 20min by a stirrer, the graphene material, the organic additive and the inorganic additive are added after the resin is completely dissolved, the mixture is ultrasonically dispersed at normal temperature, the mixture is fully and uniformly mixed, and the graphene purifying and heating coating is prepared by vacuumizing and defoaming.

And 3, performing circuit printing by using a semi-automatic precision printing machine, printing the graphene purification heating coating on a PET film according to certain lines of a designed circuit, performing 300-mesh screen printing, curing the PET film at 120 ℃ for 10-20 min after printing, and then performing resistance and heating rate tests.

The invention also provides the graphene purification heating sheet prepared by the method for preparing the heating sheet by using the graphene purification heating coating.

The graphene purification heating coating, the heating sheet thereof and the preparation method thereof provided by the invention are further described below with reference to the embodiments.
