(2) the local pure two-color jacquard pattern areas of the surface layer 1 and the surface layer 2 are woven by two different jacquard color yarns, one of the jacquard color yarns is full of odd-numbered wales, the other jacquard color yarn is full of even-numbered wales, the other jacquard color yarn is withdrawn from looping when the one jacquard color yarn participates in looping and weaving the local pure color jacquard pattern on the surface layer, and vice versa, so that a pure two-color jacquard effect is formed;

Background

The warp-knitted spacer fabric has good heat dissipation, air permeability and pressure buffering performance due to the three-dimensional knitting structure characteristics, and is one of the preferred materials for producing sports shoe materials, automobile cushions, three-dimensional mattresses and the like. The basic feature of warp-knitted structures is that a number of parallel arranged warp threads are fed simultaneously in the warp direction to parallel arranged working needles, are looped and are looped one after the other. Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a pure double-color jacquard warp-knitted spacer fabric with a floating grain effect and a weaving method thereof.

One of the purposes of the invention is to provide a pure double-color jacquard warp-knitted spacer fabric with a raised grain effect, wherein the local pure double-color jacquard patterns of the surface layer 1 are basically consistent with the local pure double-color jacquard patterns of the surface layer 2, namely, the color distribution, the raw material use and the pattern outline of the surface layer 1 and the surface layer 2 are correspondingly consistent, and non-jacquard areas are transparent bottom nets.

The invention also provides a method for weaving the pure double-color jacquard warp-knitted spacer fabric with the pattern floating effect, which utilizes two jacquard color yarns to alternately participate in looping, exposes the color yarns on the surface layer to form a local pure double-color jacquard pattern, and utilizes two groups of color yarns to completely withdraw from the looping and hide in a separation layer and only expose a transparent bottom net, thereby realizing the discontinuous pattern floating effect of a jacquard pattern area and a non-jacquard area.

The invention also provides a weaving method for weaving pure double-color jacquard warp-knitted spacer fabric with floating grain effect by single jacquard process, which comprises the steps of utilizing two half-machine number piezoelectric ceramic jacquard guide bars to be configured in a staggered manner, respectively threading different jacquard color yarns, alternately participating in looping on a front needle bed and a rear needle bed, knitting local pure double-color jacquard patterns by using front padding yarns of needles with one needle pitch or two needle pitches, or withdrawing from the looping and only performing single-needle-pitch needle back transverse movement to form a non-jacquard area transparent bottom net. The problem of weaving a pure double-color jacquard warp-knitted interval structure with different colors in any direction by using a single jacquard technology is solved, the discontinuous embossing effect of a local pure double-color jacquard pattern area and a non-jacquard area is realized, and the weaving method can realize a programmed weaving process due to the fact that the pure double-color jacquard warp-knitted interval fabric with any pattern and the embossing effect can be woven.

(4) in the local pure double-color jacquard pattern area, one jacquard guide bar is kept on two needle beds to participate in looping at the same time, so that colored yarn coils are exposed on two surface layers of the fabric, and a jacquard spacing layer which is in through connection is formed between the two surface layers; the other jacquard guide bar is withdrawn from the front needle bed for looping and only carries out needle back shogging on the back needle bed to weave single-needle weft insertion tissues 1-1-0-0/1-1-1-1//, the dyed yarns are hidden at one side, close to the spacing layer, of odd-numbered or even-numbered wales of the back needle bed, and vice versa, so that an independent pure two-color jacquard pattern area with two-color intervals is formed;

(5) in a non-jacquard area, two jacquard guide bars are withdrawn from the front needle bed and the back needle bed to form loops, only single-needle weft insertion tissues 1-1-0-0/1-1-1-1//' are knitted on the back needle bed, two kinds of colored yarns are simultaneously hidden on an extension line surface of each coil longitudinal row of the back needle bed layer close to one side of the spacing layer, and the front surfaces of the front needle bed process and the back needle bed process only expose transparent bottom mesh coils;

the looping ground guide bar in the step (1) is positioned behind the jacquard guide bar in a front needle bed yarn laying sequence, and a front colored yarn coil is covered on a bottom net transparent coil in the front needle bed process and is exposed outside, so that jacquard weave is clearer;

the two looping ground guide bars in the step (2) are respectively positioned in front of and behind the jacquard guide bar in the back needle bed yarn laying sequence, and a single-needle lining weft formed by jacquard colored yarns on the back needle bed process is lined in the middle of the two ground guide extension lines, so that the hiding effect is better;

the participation of the step (4) in the loop forming means that a certain colored yarn is knitted in the same longitudinal row to form a knitting chain stitch 0-1-1-0/1-0-0-1// to form longitudinal pure color continuity, or two adjacent longitudinal rows are knitted in a double-loop double-warp stitch 0-2-0/2-0-0-2// to form transverse pure color continuity.

Advantageous effects

(1) The invention realizes that only two groups of warp-through jacquard color yarns alternately participate in or quit looping, and a pure double-color jacquard structure with a raised grain effect is simultaneously realized on two surface layers of a spacer fabric, which specifically comprises the following steps: jacquard yarns alternately participate in looping in a pure double-color jacquard pattern area, the B-colored yarns in the A-colored yarn jacquard pattern area cancel the front traversing of a surface layer 1 and weave a weft insertion structure on a surface layer 2, the B-colored yarns are hidden in a partition layer, and the A-colored yarns weave a heavy warp structure on the surface layer 1 to supplement the B-colored yarns to work wales, so that the pure color continuous weaving of the A-colored yarns in the jacquard pattern area is realized; similarly, the A color yarns in the jacquard area of the B color yarns are hidden in the spacing layer in a weft insertion weave mode without traversing before needles, and the B color yarns weave the heavy warp weave in the surface layer 1 to supplement the working wales of the A color yarns, so that the pure color continuous weaving of the B color yarns in the jacquard area is realized; the A, B colored yarns in the non-jacquard area are withdrawn from the surface layer for looping, are hidden on the technical back surface of the surface layer 2 in a weft insertion mode, and the transparent yarn loops of the bottom net are exposed only on the technical front surfaces of the two surface layers;

(2) the invention can realize the weaving of pure double-color jacquard warp-knitted spacer fabric with any pattern type and floating grain effect, and can realize a programmed weaving process.

Detailed Description

The invention will be further illustrated with reference to specific embodiments. It should be understood that these examples are for illustrative purposes only and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention. Furthermore, it should be understood that various changes and modifications can be made by those skilled in the art after reading the teachings of the present invention, and such equivalents also fall within the scope of the appended claims.

In a specific embodiment, the pure two-color jacquard pattern area comprises a single color yarn loop, a uniform color yarn course, a uniform color yarn wale and a continuous uniform color yarn area.

In a specific embodiment, the two sets of colored yarns include, but are not limited to, different colors, and also visually different characteristics such as fineness, texture, and texture.

The pure double-color jacquard warp-knitted spacer fabric with the floating grain effect is shown in figure 6, a three-dimensional structure formed by a surface layer 1, a surface layer 2 and a spacer layer is in a sandwich shape, and the surface layer 1 and the surface layer 2 both comprise a uniform non-jacquard area transparent bottom net and a local pure double-color jacquard pattern area which is woven by two kinds of colored yarns and has the floating grain effect; the colored yarns of the local pure double-colored jacquard pattern area are sequentially and alternately looped on the two surface layers to form a pure double-colored jacquard spacing layer which penetrates through the two surface layers and has the same pattern shape with the surface layers;

the local pure double-color jacquard patterns of the surface layer 1 and the local pure double-color jacquard patterns of the surface layer 2 are basically consistent, and because the surface layer 1 and the surface layer 2 have different organizational structures, slight differences can be seen; the spatial distribution of the transparent bottom nets of the local pure double-color jacquard pattern area and the non-jacquard area on the surface layers 1 and 2 is basically symmetrical, the colorless yarns between the two surface layers of the non-jacquard area penetrate through the connected spacing layer, and the colorless yarn coils on the surface layers of the non-jacquard area are exposed.

The local pure double-color jacquard patterns of the surface layer 1 and the surface layer 2 are basically consistent, and comprise color distribution, raw material use and pattern outlines.

The pure double-color jacquard warp-knitted spacer fabric with the floating grain effect means that two kinds of jacquard color yarns are looped only in local areas of the surface layer of the fabric to form dispersed and independent different pure-color jacquard pattern areas, and the rest non-jacquard areas are colorless yarn loops and only expose transparent bottom nets.

The transparent bottom nets on the two surface layers of the fabric are plain compact structures or mesh structures, the pure double-color jacquard pattern area is plain compact structures, the thickness range of the spacing layer is from 2mm to 8mm (more than several mm to more than one hundred mm), the spacing layer only has through connection yarns in the jacquard pattern area, and no yarn through connection between the two transparent bottom nets in the non-jacquard pattern area is separated two independent layers.

The yarns for weaving the transparent bottom nets of the surface layer 1 and the surface layer 2 are transparent polyester or nylon monofilaments, the jacquard colored yarns for weaving the local pure double-colored jacquard pattern areas are twisted or untwisted chemical fiber multifilaments or staple fiber yarns with certain strength, and have different appearance characteristics including but not limited to color, fineness, material and texture.

The invention also provides a weaving method of the pure double-color jacquard warp-knitted spacer fabric with the embossed effect, which comprises the following steps:

(1) the transparent bottom net of the surface layer 1 is knitted by at least one group of fully-penetrated transparent warp yarns as two or more looped lapping yarns, and the loops are uniformly distributed; the transparent bottom net of the surface layer 2 is woven by at least two groups of transparent warps which are fully penetrated, wherein one group is used for knitting and padding yarns with one needle or more than one stitch, the other group is used for knitting and padding yarns with two needles or more than two stitches, and the stitches are uniformly distributed; wherein, a group of transparent warp yarns of the surface layer 1 are positioned behind jacquard yarns on the lapping sequence, and two groups of transparent warp yarns of the surface layer 2 are respectively positioned in front of and behind the jacquard yarns on the lapping sequence.

(2) The local pure double-color jacquard pattern areas of the surface layer 1 and the surface layer 2 are woven by two different jacquard color yarns, one jacquard color yarn penetrates through odd-numbered wales, the other jacquard color yarn penetrates through even-numbered wales, and one color yarn participates in looping on the surface layer (the participation in looping refers to the fact that the jacquard color yarn weaves single-loop warp flat or double-loop double-warp tissues on the surface layer to expose colors, specifically, the jacquard color yarn comprises one color yarn weaves a chain stitch 0-1-1-0/1-0-0-1// forms longitudinal pure-color continuity in the same wale, or weaves double-loop double-warp tissues 0-2-2-0/2-0-0-2// forms transverse pure-color continuity in two adjacent wales); the exiting and looping is that the dyed yarns transversely move before the needles are cancelled on the two surface layers at the same time, a single-wale weft insertion structure is only woven on the surface layer 2, the color is hidden on one side close to the spacing layer after each wale of the surface layer 2, and the method specifically comprises the following steps: the color yarns to be hidden cancel the front padding yarns of the needles of the surface layer 1, the single-needle-pitch needle-back traversing weaving weft insertion weave 1-1-0-0/1-1-1-1//' is only carried out on the surface layer 2, and the color yarns are padded under the extending lines of a group of transparent yarns positioned in front of the jacquard yarn padding yarn sequence and hidden at one side of each bottom net stitch wale close to the spacing layer of the surface layer 2; wherein, the basic lapping yarn numbers of the two jacquard dyed yarns are 0-1-0-0/1-0-0-1//.

(3) Two kinds of colored yarns in the non-jacquard areas of the surface layer 1 and the surface layer 2 are withdrawn from looping, and only the loops of the transparent bottom net are reserved between the independent pure double-colored jacquard pattern areas;

(4) the jacquard spacing layer is formed by jacquard colored yarns which are alternatively looped and penetrated and connected on two surface layer lapping yarns in each jacquard area of the surface layer 1 and the surface layer 2, the connection area of the spacing layer is consistent with the pattern shape of the surface layer, and no yarn penetrates and is connected between two transparent bottom nets of the non-jacquard area to form two separated independent layers;

the invention also provides a weaving method of the pure double-color jacquard warp-knitted spacer fabric with the floating pattern effect by using the single jacquard process, which is to weave on a double-needle bed warp knitting machine with two half-machine number piezoelectric ceramic jacquard guide bars and at least three looping ground guide bars, wherein the two half-machine number jacquard guide bars are respectively controlled by two independent shogging systems.

The single jacquard process comprises the following specific steps:

(1) at least one looping ground guide bar fully penetrates through the transparent bottom net of the surface layer 1 knitted by the open yarn on the front needle bed, and under the control of a traversing mechanism, each yarn guide needle of the ground guide bar traverses one needle space when swinging to the front of the needle, traverses at least two needle spaces when swinging to the back of the needle, and knits plain dense structures or mesh structures; the looping ground guide bar is positioned behind the jacquard guide bar on the front needle bed yarn laying sequence, and the front colored yarn coil is covered on the bottom net transparent coil and exposed outside in the front needle bed process, so that the jacquard is clearer;

(2) at least two looping ground guide bars fully penetrate through the transparent bottom net of the surface layer 2 knitted by the exposed yarn on the back needle bed, the two ground guide bars are respectively controlled by two traversing mechanisms, looping padding yarn with at least one needle pitch is carried out on the ground guide bar close to the front of the knitting machine, looping padding yarn with at least two needle pitches is carried out on the ground guide bar close to the back of the knitting machine, a plain dense structure or a mesh structure is knitted, and the extension line of the ground guide bar close to the front of the knitting machine on the back needle bed process is positioned above the extension line of the ground guide bar close to the back of the knitting machine; the two looping ground guide bars are respectively positioned in front of and behind the jacquard guide bar in the back needle bed yarn laying sequence, and single-needle lining weft insertion clips formed by jacquard colored yarns on the back needle bed process are lined in the middle of the two ground bar extension lines, so that the hiding effect is better;

(3) two half-machine piezoelectric ceramic jacquard guide bars are respectively fully penetrated with a color yarn and are arranged in a staggered mode, jacquard guide bar yarn guide needles close to the back needle bed are positioned in odd-numbered longitudinal rows, jacquard guide bar yarn guide needles close to the front needle bed are positioned in even-numbered longitudinal rows, basic shogging data of the two guide bars are 0-1-0-0/1-0-0-1//, namely, padding yarns are simultaneously knitted on the front needle bed and the back needle bed;

(4) in the local pure double-color jacquard pattern area, one jacquard guide bar is kept on two needle beds to participate in looping at the same time, so that colored yarn coils are exposed on two surface layers of the fabric, and a jacquard spacing layer which is in through connection is formed between the two surface layers; the other jacquard guide bar is withdrawn from the front needle bed for looping and only carries out needle back shogging on the back needle bed to knit a single-needle weft insertion organization 1-1-0-0/1-1-1-1//, the colored yarn is hidden on the extension line surface of odd or even number coils of the back needle bed, and vice versa, so that an independent pure two-color jacquard pattern area with two color intervals is formed; wherein, the participation in the loop formation means that a certain colored yarn forms the longitudinal pure color continuity in the same longitudinal row weaving chaining structure 0-1-1-0/1-0-0-1// or forms the transverse pure color continuity in the adjacent two longitudinal rows weaving double-loop double-warp structure 0-2-2-0/2-0-0-2// respectively.

(5) In a non-jacquard area, the two jacquard guide bars are withdrawn for forming loops on the front needle bed and the rear needle bed, only single-needle weft insertion tissues 1-1-0-0/1-1-1//' are knitted on the rear needle bed, two kinds of colored yarns are hidden on the extension line surface of each wale of the rear needle bed layer at the same time, and only transparent bottom mesh coils are exposed on the technical front surfaces of the front needle bed and the rear needle bed.
