The environment-friendly efficient softening agent is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by weight: 5-30% of organic silicon resin, 5-30% of quaternary ammonium salt polymer, 40-70% of polyalcohol, 0.5-2% of emulsifier, 5-15% of deionized water and 0.3-1.0% of biguanide preservative.

The environment-friendly high-efficiency softener as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the paint consists of the following components in percentage by weight: 5% of silicone resin, 30% of quaternary ammonium salt polymer, 59% of polyol, 0.5% of emulsifier, 5% of deionized water and 0.5% of biguanide preservative.

The environment-friendly high-efficiency softener as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the paint consists of the following components in percentage by weight: 30% of organic silicon resin, 5% of quaternary ammonium salt polymer, 47% of polyol, 2% of emulsifier, 15% of deionized water and 1.0% of biguanide preservative.

The environment-friendly high-efficiency softener as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the paint consists of the following components in percentage by weight: 20% of silicone resin, 21% of quaternary ammonium salt polymer, 52% of polyol, 1% of emulsifier, 5.5% of deionized water and 0.5% of biguanide preservative.

5. The environment-friendly high-efficiency softener as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein: the emulsifier is one or more of alkylphenol polyoxyethylene, sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate and sodium dodecyl sulfate.

6. The environment-friendly high-efficiency softener as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein: the emulsifier is one or more of octyl phenol polyoxyethylene ether and nonyl phenol polyoxyethylene ether.

7. The preparation method of the environment-friendly high-efficiency softening agent is characterized by comprising the following steps:

1) weighing the organic silicon resin and the quaternary ammonium salt polymer according to a proportion, and uniformly stirring and mixing at a high speed for later use;

2) adding an emulsifier into polyol, and adding deionized water to adjust to proper viscosity;

3) slowly dripping the mixture of the organic silicon emulsion and the quaternary ammonium salt high polymer into the polyhydric alcohol, and continuously stirring until the system becomes colorless and transparent after the dripping is finished;

4) adding the biguanide preservative, and stirring uniformly to prepare the product.

8. The environment-friendly high-efficiency softener as claimed in claim 7, wherein: in step 2), the viscosity range is (2#, 200r):30-120 cps.

9. Use of the environmentally friendly high efficiency softener of any one of claims 1-8 in paper towels, wherein: the dosage is 0.5-1%.

Technical Field

The invention relates to an environment-friendly efficient softening agent and a preparation method and application thereof.

Background

The softener in the current market usually adopts a silicon polymer or a quaternary ammonium salt polymer as a main body and is compounded with auxiliary agents such as a surfactant, a fixing agent, a humectant, an emulsifier and the like; in order to achieve the softening effect, the addition amount is about 5-15% (calculated by the weight percentage of the softening agent in the paper), and the paper product is high in price and difficult to popularize in the market due to the large addition amount.

Disclosure of Invention

Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention aims to provide an environment-friendly high-efficiency softening agent with small addition amount and low cost, and a preparation method and application thereof.

The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is as follows:

an environment-friendly high-efficiency softening agent comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 5-30% of organic silicon resin, 5-30% of quaternary ammonium salt polymer, 40-70% of polyalcohol, 0.5-2% of emulsifier, 5-15% of deionized water and 0.3-1.0% of biguanide preservative.

Preferably, the paint comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 5% of silicone resin, 30% of quaternary ammonium salt polymer, 59% of polyol, 0.5% of emulsifier, 5% of deionized water and 0.5% of biguanide preservative.

Preferably, the paint comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 30% of organic silicon resin, 5% of quaternary ammonium salt polymer, 47% of polyol, 2% of emulsifier, 15% of deionized water and 1.0% of biguanide preservative.

Preferably, the paint comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 20% of silicone resin, 21% of quaternary ammonium salt polymer, 52% of polyol, 1% of emulsifier, 5.5% of deionized water and 0.5% of biguanide preservative.

Further, the emulsifier is one or more of alkylphenol polyoxyethylene, sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate and sodium dodecyl sulfate.

Further, the emulsifier is one or more of polyoxyethylene octylphenol ether and polyoxyethylene nonylphenol ether.

The invention aims to solve another technical problem of providing a preparation method of an environment-friendly high-efficiency softening agent, which comprises the following steps:

1) weighing the organic silicon resin and the quaternary ammonium salt polymer according to a proportion, and uniformly stirring and mixing at a high speed for later use;

2) adding an emulsifier into polyol, and adding deionized water to adjust to proper viscosity;

3) slowly dripping the mixture of the organic silicon emulsion and the quaternary ammonium salt high polymer into the polyhydric alcohol, and continuously stirring until the system becomes colorless and transparent after the dripping is finished;

4) adding the biguanide preservative, and stirring uniformly to prepare the product.

Preferably, in step 2), the viscosity ranges from (2#, 200r):30-120 cps.

The application of the environment-friendly high-efficiency softening agent in the paper towel is that the dosage is 0.5-1%.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:

the softness of the paper towel can be obviously reduced under the condition of about 1% of using amount, meanwhile, the paper towel is endowed with soft, smooth and fine handfeel, and the softness of the paper towel can be reduced by 20% -30% in fact, so that compared with the traditional softening agent, the using amount is less, and the cost is lower; meanwhile, the pollution caused is less, the environment is more protected, and the method is more suitable for market popularization.
