(1) measuring the space size of the position where the suspended ceiling plate needs to be installed, and calculating the size of the corresponding suspended ceiling plate;

(2) arranging installation pieces on the middle layer of the ceiling board close to at least one pair of side edges, compounding the installation pieces with the honeycomb structure, and processing and molding the ceiling board;

(3) installing a side keel on the wall surface;

(4) fixedly mounting the keel on the side keel;

(5) aligning the ceiling board and the keel with hole positions, and fixedly connecting the ceiling board and the mounting piece to the keel by using fasteners to penetrate through the ceiling board and the mounting piece;

Compared with the prior art, when the suspended ceiling plate is processed, the hanging piece does not need to be pre-embedded in advance, and only the mounting piece needs to be mounted and processed at the position, close to the side edge, of the suspended ceiling plate, so that the production and processing of the suspended ceiling plate are simplified, and the suspended ceiling plate can be directly mounted only by using the fastening piece.

(4) according to the invention, the ceiling plate or/and the bottom plate corresponding to the mounting piece are/is provided with the grooves, so that a structure with high strength and high stability is obtained through a compact structure, and the mounting firmness of the ceiling plate is improved;

(5) the invention is corresponding to the improved installation process of the honeycomb composite ceiling board, and has the advantages of simplicity and easy operation compared with the prior art for the production and processing of the ceiling board at the early stage and the fixed installation at the later stage.
