In this embodiment, the first limiting strip 41 is shaped like a dovetail and is matched with the first connecting groove 61, so that the first baffle 4 is prevented from falling off from the width direction of the first waterproof bottom case 1, the connecting piece 3 is limited in the width direction of the first waterproof bottom case 1, and the structural stability of the waterproof bottom case assembly is improved; similarly, the second mounting groove 37 penetrates the connecting element 3 along the direction perpendicular to the clamping surface 31, the vertical distance between the two groove walls of the second mounting groove 37 gradually decreases along the direction of the notch close to the second mounting groove 37, the vertical distance between the two groove walls of the second connecting groove 62 gradually decreases along the direction of the notch close to the second connecting groove 62, and the second limiting strip 51 is in a dovetail shape matched with the second connecting groove 62, so that the second baffle 5 is prevented from falling off from the width direction of the first waterproof bottom case 1, the connecting element 3 is prevented from falling off from the two sides of the width direction of the first waterproof bottom case 1, and the structural stability of the waterproof bottom case assembly is improved; the third connecting groove 63, the fourth connecting groove 64, the shape of third mounting groove 38 and fourth mounting groove 39 is the dovetail shape the same with first mounting groove 36, the shape of third spacing strip 42 is also the dovetail shape with third connecting groove 63 looks adaptation, the shape of fourth spacing strip 52 is also the dovetail shape with fourth connecting groove 64 looks adaptation, avoided first baffle 4 and second baffle 5 to come off from the width direction of the waterproof end box 2 of second, and then spacing connecting piece 3 is carried out in the width direction of the waterproof end box 2 of second, avoided connecting piece 3 to come off from the both sides of the waterproof end box 2 width direction of second, the structural stability of the waterproof end box assembly has further been improved.

It should be noted that, after the first waterproof bottom box 1 and the second waterproof bottom box 2 are spliced, a sealing strip may be welded or melted along the joint of the first waterproof bottom box 1 and the second waterproof bottom box 2, so that the first waterproof bottom box 1 and the second waterproof bottom box 2 are effectively sealed at the joint, and the sealing strip may be further welded or melted and then polished along the joint of the first waterproof bottom box 1 and the second waterproof bottom box 2, so as to polish off the portions protruding from the inner bottom surface and the inner wall surface, thereby ensuring the flatness of the inner surface of the waterproof bottom box assembly at the joint.

As shown in fig. 1 to 3, based on the same inventive concept, the present invention further provides a method for installing a waterproof bottom case assembly, which is used for installing the waterproof bottom case assembly in any of the above embodiments, and comprises the following steps: step S1, processing the first waterproof bottom box 1, where the first waterproof bottom box 1 includes a first bottom plate 11 and a first surrounding edge 12 connected to each other, one side of the first surrounding edge 12 is provided with a first opening 13, the first bottom plate 11 includes a first side surface at the first opening 13, and the first side surface is provided with a clamping plate 15; step S2, processing the second waterproof bottom case 2, where the second waterproof bottom case 2 includes a second bottom plate 21 and a second surrounding edge 22 connected to each other, one side of the second surrounding edge 22 is provided with a second opening 23, the second bottom plate 21 includes a second side surface at the second opening 23, and the second side surface is provided with a clamping groove 25; step S3, butting the first opening 13 and the second opening 23; step S4, extending and clamping the clamping plate 15 into the clamping groove 25, and attaching and abutting the first side surface and the second side surface to splice the first waterproof bottom case 1 and the second waterproof bottom case 2.

According to the waterproof bottom box assembly and the mounting method provided by the invention, the first opening 13 and the second opening 23 are butted, the clamping plate 15 extends and is clamped into the clamping groove 25, the first side surface and the second side surface are butted and butted, so that the first waterproof bottom box 1 and the second waterproof bottom box 2 are spliced, the effect of increasing the size of the waterproof bottom box can be realized, and the first waterproof bottom box 1 and the second waterproof bottom box 2 which are matched with each other and have small sizes can be produced and spliced, so that the technical effect of increasing the size diversity of the waterproof bottom box is realized, and the mounting requirements of users are met.
