Background

The main drive is one of the core components of the heading machine, provides torque for the excavation of a cutter head, and bears all thrust of a propulsion system, and a sealing system of the main drive is the key for ensuring the normal work of the main drive. At present, a main driving seal mainly adopts a structural form of combining a labyrinth seal and a plurality of lip seals, and grease is continuously injected to isolate external pollutants and realize a lubricating function. In actual engineering, the influence of impact vibration, severe environment, lip seal following performance and the like often causes external silt to enter a sealing area, so that the lip seal is worn and failed at an accelerated speed, even major accidents such as main drive damage and the like occur, and great challenge is brought to smooth construction. Therefore, it is necessary to design a sealing device with good reliability, long service life and small maintenance.

Disclosure of Invention

A mounting method of a tunnel boring machine main drive rubber-magnetofluid coupling sealing device comprises the following operation steps:

(1) cleaning a main drive seal installation cavity of the heading machine to ensure cleanness and no impurities;

(2) installing a right spacer ring 34, and installing the right spacer ring to a preset position along the inner wall of the adapter flange 1 of the development machine;

(3) installing a right metal pole shoe 32 and a magnetic rubber pole tooth 33 to ensure that the metal pole shoe 32 is tightly attached to a right spacer ring 34, an O-shaped seal 322 on the outer side of the metal pole shoe 32 is tightly attached to the inner wall of the adapter flange 1 of the heading machine, and double D-shaped seals on the inner side of the magnetic rubber pole tooth 33 are tightly attached to the outer wall of the wear-resistant ring 21;

Preferably, in the steps (2) to (6), the installation depth is measured by a vernier caliper in each step, and the next step is performed after the preset depth is reached.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: compared with the prior art, the main drive rubber-magnetic fluid coupling sealing device and the installation method of the tunnel boring machine provided by the invention have the following advantages:

(1) the sealing device forms a closed magnetic circuit together by the permanent magnet 31, the metal pole shoe 32, the magnetic rubber pole tooth 33, the heading machine support ring 2 and the wear-resisting ring 21, the magnetic fluid 38 is distributed around the magnetic rubber pole tooth 33 due to self liquid fluidity and magnetic action, when the double D-shaped seal of the magnetic rubber pole tooth 33 is worn and generates a gap with the wear-resisting ring 21, the magnetic fluid 38 automatically fills the gap, the abrasion loss is supplemented in time, and the abrasion self-compensation function is realized.

(2) The sealing device can detect the leakage condition of the magnetic fluid 38 according to the data collected by the pressure transmitter 37, actively supplement the magnetic fluid 38 and realize the leakage self-compensation function.

(3) The sealing device effectively removes external pollutants such as silt and the like through a rubber-magnetic fluid coupling sealing mode, prevents gear oil from leaking, has the advantages of zero leakage, exclusivity, reliability, stability and the like, and ensures good sealing performance in the tunnel construction process.

(4) The sealing device does not need to use sealing grease, the problem that a large amount of sealing grease is consumed in the working process of the existing main driving sealing system of the tunnel boring machine is solved, and the construction cost is greatly reduced.

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the main driving rubber-magnetic fluid coupling sealing device for the tunnel boring machine comprises a boring machine adapter flange 1, a boring machine support ring 2 and a coupling seal 3. And a wear-resisting ring 21 is arranged on the outer wall of the support ring of the heading machine. The working principle of the invention is as follows: the magnetic rubber pole teeth 33 are matched with the wear-resistant ring 21 to play a role in rotary sealing, the permanent magnet 31, the metal pole shoe 32, the magnetic rubber pole teeth 33, the support ring 2 of the heading machine and the wear-resistant ring 21 jointly form a closed magnetic circuit, and at the moment, the magnetic fluid 38 is uniformly distributed on the inner side of the magnetic rubber pole teeth 33 due to the liquid fluidity and the magnetic effect of the magnetic fluid, so that a rubber-magnetic fluid coupling sealing mode is formed, and the rotary sealing strength is further improved. When the magnetic rubber pole teeth 33 are worn to generate a contact surface gap, closing the magnetic circuit can prompt the magnetic fluid 38 to supplement the gap in time and achieve a new balance state; when the leakage of the magnetic fluid 38 per se is detected through data of the pressure transmitter 37, the magnetic fluid 38 can be actively and additionally injected into the magnetic fluid injection hole 36, and the sealing performance is good.

The sealing device provided by the invention avoids the problems of sand entering a gear box or oil leakage of a gear and large consumption of sealing grease and the like caused by the abrasion failure of the traditional lip seal due to a severe construction environment, improves the defect of sealing failure caused by the sensitivity of the common magnetic fluid seal to a liquid medium, combines the advantages of the two, has the characteristics of low sealing cost, abrasion self-compensation, leakage self-compensation, good sealing performance, low maintenance frequency and the like, meets the construction requirements of the tunneling machine, and can be widely popularized and applied to various tunneling machines.
