Background

At present, a single row of finned tubes are often used as heat exchange elements in a direct air-cooling condenser for low-pressure cylinder steam exhaust of a condensing power station or a coal chemical steam turbine. The single-row tube consists of a base tube and fins welded outside the tube, the base tube is a rectangular flat tube, the fins are serpentine fins, and the fins in the tube bundle of the air-cooling condenser are arranged in a single row.

The single-row pipe has the advantages that the anti-freezing performance is good when the single-row pipe is used in cold regions in winter, the pressure difference in the pipes caused by inconsistent heat loads of the upper and lower heat exchange pipes of the multi-row pipe is avoided, and the phenomena of non-condensable gas accumulation and condensed water freezing are reduced.

However, the long edge size of this finned tube (single row tube) parent tube that uses at present is great, generally is more than 200mm, and the intraductal negative pressure state that is in of during operation, and the long edge rigidity of parent tube is yielding when receiving external pressure effect for a short time, so, the snakelike fin of base tube outside not only has the heat transfer function of reinforceing, but also bears the external pressure of finned tube, and the thickness of snakelike fin plays at least more than 0.25mm, has the effect that reduces the deformation of pressurized parent tube.

The base tube of the single-row tube has poor rigidity, the pressure bearing characteristic of the fins is relied on, the thickness of the fins is limited, the design of the fins is restrained, technical means such as slotting and reinforced heat exchange cannot be applied, and the heat exchange efficiency of the finned tube is low.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to overcome the defects and provides a single-row tube of an air-cooling condenser, which can enhance the external pressure bearing capacity of a base tube, reduce the consumption of fin materials and improve the heat exchange efficiency.

The purpose of the invention is realized as follows:

a single-row tube of an air-cooled condenser comprises a base tube and a snake-shaped fin, wherein the cross section of the base tube is a flat tube, and the overall dimension of the cross section of the base tube is 175mm in length and 10-15mm in width;

the outer parts of two side surfaces where the long sides of the cross section of the base tube are located are respectively provided with a snake-shaped fin, and the thickness of each snake-shaped fin is 0.1-0.22 mm;

the serpentine fins are discontinuous fins or corrugated fins.
