Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of underground engineering. More particularly, the present invention relates to an apparatus for measuring the compaction of the back of a cast concrete lining.

Background

In recent years, with the rapid development of national economy in China, the construction of railway tunnel engineering, highway tunnel engineering, municipal subway station engineering, bridge pile foundation underpinning engineering and the like is more and more emphasized, and accordingly, the situation that concrete needs to be poured behind a lining in the engineering construction process is met. At present, in the process of pouring secondary lining in tunnel engineering, municipal subway station engineering, bridge underpinning engineering and the like, due to the fact that the construction method, the proficiency of constructors and the like can cause that a large number of cavities exist behind the lining after concrete pouring is finished, and the cavities are not easy to be found by field constructors, so that great influence is caused on future operation and maintenance of tunnels, subway stations, bridges and the like, and even the driving safety of an operation line can be endangered. And if the projects are not found after being delivered for use, maintenance is required at a great expense, and immeasurable social influence is caused.

Disclosure of Invention

An object of the present invention is to solve at least the above problems and/or disadvantages and to provide at least the advantages described hereinafter.

The invention also aims to provide a device for detecting the compactness of the back of the molded concrete lining, which can visually reflect the pouring condition of secondary lining concrete and realize visual detection control on the compactness of the back of the concrete lining.

To achieve these objects and other advantages and in accordance with the purpose of the invention, there is provided an apparatus for compaction detection of a back of a molded concrete lining, comprising:

the compression structure comprises a cylindrical barrel, a first plate body and a second plate body, wherein the first plate body is arranged at the upper end of the cylindrical barrel, the second plate body is movably arranged in the cylindrical barrel, the second plate body, the first plate body and the cylindrical barrel form a closed space with a compressible volume, a plurality of springs are arranged between the first plate body and the second plate body, and resistance wires are wound on the springs;

and the resistance display instrument is electrically connected with the resistance wire through a lead to display the resistance change of the resistance wire when the resistance wire is extruded.

Through the relation between the resistance change of the calibration resistance wire and the pressure in advance for when pouring secondary lining concrete, the resistance display instrument can show the form of the reading that the spring is extruded and causes the resistance change of the resistance wire to judge the change of the pouring pressure.

Preferably, the pouring alarm device further comprises:

The device disclosed by the invention is simple to manufacture and low in cost, only needs to be installed and a line is laid on the back of the lining when in use, does not have complicated and fussy construction requirements, can visually reflect the pouring condition of secondary lining concrete, and realizes visual detection and control of the compactness of the back of the concrete lining.
