Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of municipal pipeline engineering, and particularly relates to a large-diameter plastic inspection well and an installation and construction method thereof.

Background

Inspection wells, commonly known as inspection wells, are auxiliary structures which are arranged at junctions of drainage pipelines, turning positions, pipe diameter or gradient changing positions, water dropping positions or linear pipelines at certain intervals and are convenient for regular inspection and dredging of the pipelines. The plastic inspection well has the advantages of good sealing performance, corrosion resistance, aging resistance, convenience in installation, convenience in construction, simplicity in maintenance and the like. However, the wall of the plastic inspection well is thin, and particularly, the large-diameter plastic inspection well with the diameter larger than 1 meter and the height larger than 1 meter has the following problems in the construction process: 1) when the underground water level is high, the well body and the well bottom are subjected to water body extrusion force, so that the well body and the well bottom can deform and even be damaged; 2) when the periphery of the well body is backfilled, the periphery of the well body is deformed or damaged under the impact of backfilling soil. 3) After the plastic inspection well is constructed, the backfill soil around the well body can be unevenly settled, and the extrusion acting force of the settlement can cause the well body to generate large deformation and depression or even damage.

In the installation and construction of the existing plastic inspection well, besides direct backfill soil filling, brick walls are built around the plastic inspection well firstly, then the backfill soil is filled, the brick walls are reserved after construction, so that the plastic inspection well body is prevented from being deformed due to settlement and extrusion of the backfill soil, the brick walls are similar to the traditional brick inspection well, the construction period is long, the construction process is complex, the construction cost is high, and the recovered bricks cannot be removed after construction.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a mounting construction method of a large-diameter plastic inspection well, which solves the problem that a well body and a well bottom are greatly deformed or damaged in the mounting construction process of the large-diameter plastic inspection well and after construction.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme: a large diameter plastic inspection well comprising: the device comprises a well body, a bottom support, an upright support, a cross support and an adjusting rod; wherein the content of the first and second substances,

(3) an even number of upright supports are arranged in the well seat along the circumferential direction of the well seat, and the upright supports stand on the bottom supports and the bottom of the well seat; then putting the cross brace into the well, and adjusting the size of the cross brace to reach the supporting size of the inner diameter of the well body, so that the cross brace supports two symmetrical vertical supports arranged in the well seat;

(4) burying and tamping the well base to position and fix the well base; in the process of landfill and tamping, a proper amount of water is sprayed to improve the tamping effect;

(5) welding the shaft on the well seat;

(6) an even number of upright supports are arranged in the shaft along the circumferential direction of the shaft, and the upright supports stand on the bottom supports and are in staggered lap joint with the upright supports of the well base; then putting the cross brace into the well body, and adjusting the size of the cross brace to reach the supporting size of the inner diameter of the well body, so that the cross brace supports two symmetrical vertical supports arranged in the shaft;

(7) burying and tamping the shaft to fix the shaft body and consolidate the surrounding soil;

(8) continuously welding the shaft according to the installation height of the well body;

(9) repeating the steps (6) and (7);

(10) welding a wellhead to the wellbore;

(11) burying and tamping the wellhead to fix the wellhead and consolidate the surrounding soil;

(12) after the construction is finished, fully settling the soil consolidated around the well body to ensure that the consolidated soil does not extrude the well body, and then removing the placed cross braces, bottom braces and vertical braces; the dismantling period is more than 30-100 days.

The invention has at least the following beneficial effects:

1) the vertical support and the bottom support are made of wood materials, so that the weight is light, the transportation and the use are convenient, the materials are convenient to obtain, and the vertical support and the bottom support can be recycled;

2) the cross brace is convenient to adjust, large in adjusting length and convenient to install and use;

3) the upright support and the bottom support adopt standard fixed lengths, so that the transportation is convenient; the full-height support can be realized by staggered lap joint of the upright supports according to the height and the size of the inspection well body; the diameter direction of the well bottom can be fixed according to the standard diameter and the structural arrangement form of the well body;

4) the bottom support can effectively prevent the bottom construction from deformation, swelling and damage caused by the buoyancy of underground water;

5) the plastic inspection well is installed and constructed by adopting segmented welding, the installation height is flexible, and the landfill and tamping are reliable;

6) the support is dismantled after installation and construction, so that the problem of large deformation and damage of a well body caused by the sedimentation effect of backfill soil is solved;

7) the invention has the advantages of convenient installation and disassembly, flexible operation, reusability and strong universality.

the vertical supports 3 are arranged on the bottom of the bottom support 2 and the bottom of the well seat 11, and are structurally arranged along the circumferential direction of the well body, and are vertically in staggered lap joint; the number of the upright supports 3 is even;

(4) burying and tamping the well base 11 to position and fix the well base; in the process of landfill and tamping, a proper amount of water is sprayed to improve the tamping effect;

(5) welding the wellbore 12 to the well base 11;
