1. A connector, comprising an insulating-body assembly (1) and a plurality of terminal assemblies (2) arranged side by side, said terminal assemblies (2) comprising:

a connection terminal (21) provided in the insulating body assembly (1);

5. Connector according to claim 4, characterized in that the portion of the connecting portion (211) located inside the first insulating block (11) is provided with a connecting projection (2111) on its circumference.

6. The connector according to claim 4, further comprising a cable (3), wherein the tail end of the connecting portion (211) has a connecting hole (2113), and a core wire at one end of the cable (3) extends into the connecting hole (2113).

The connector according to claim 6, wherein the housing assembly (1) further comprises a third insulating block (14) disposed on a side of the first insulating block (11) away from the elastic member (12), the third insulating block (14) being wrapped around an end of the cable (3) connected to the connection terminal (21) and an outer side of the tail end of the connection portion (211).

8. Connector according to claim 3, characterized in that said connection terminal (21) has the shape of an elongated strip, said elastic arms having two symmetrically arranged elastic bars (213).

The connector according to claim 2, wherein the connecting terminal (21) is in the shape of an elongated plate, the front end of the connecting terminal is provided with an oval through hole, the long axis of the oval is located in the length direction of the connecting terminal (21), the portions of the connecting terminal (21) located on both sides of the through hole are protruded outwards to form a contact protrusion (2121), the front end of the connecting terminal (21) is inserted into the receiving hole (221) of the contact terminal (22), and the contact protrusion (2121) abuts against the inner wall of the receiving hole (221).

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of connectors, in particular to a connector.

Background

At present, the connecting cable is connected with a PCB in a manner of pressing fisheyes, welding, elastic contact and the like. The elastic contact mode is that the part of the contact terminal exposed out of the insulation body is bent. The bent portion abuts against the PCB to be connected to the PCB.

The bending part is bent into a semicircular arc shape usually, the contact terminal is arranged to be protruded towards one side, a larger space is occupied, the number of the contact terminals arranged by the connector is less, if more signals need to be transmitted, the size of the connector can be enlarged by arranging more contact terminals, and the development requirement for miniaturization of the connector is not met.

Therefore, a connector is needed to solve the above technical problems.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a connector, which does not need to bend the part exposed out of an insulating body assembly, and can reduce the space occupied by a contact terminal.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:

there is provided a connector comprising an insulative body assembly and a plurality of terminal assemblies arranged side-by-side, the terminal assemblies including:

a connection terminal disposed within the insulation body assembly;

the tail end of the contact terminal is arranged in the insulation body assembly, the front end of the contact terminal is exposed out of the insulation body assembly, the tail portion of the contact terminal is provided with a containing hole, the contact terminal is sleeved at the front end of the connecting terminal, the sleeved length of the contact terminal is adjustable, and the front end of the connecting terminal is in elastic contact with the inner wall of the containing hole.

As a preferable scheme of the connector, the insulation body assembly comprises a first insulation block, an elastic piece and a second insulation block;

connecting terminal tail end part set up in the first insulating block, contact terminal's tail end set up in the second insulating block, the elastic component set up in first insulating block with between the second insulating block, be provided with on the elastic component and dodge the hole, connecting terminal is located first insulating block with part between the second insulating block is located dodge downtheholely.

As a preferred scheme of the connector, the connecting terminal includes connecting portion and at least two sets up in the elastic arm of connecting portion front end, adjacent two the interval sets up between the elastic arm, the elastic arm at least front end stretch into in the accommodation hole, the outside of elastic arm front end is provided with the contact arch, the contact arch butt in the inner wall of accommodation hole.

As a preferable mode of the connector, a portion of the connecting portion located in the first insulating block is annularly provided with a connecting projection.

The connector preferably further comprises a cable, the tail end of the connecting part is provided with a connecting hole, and a core wire at one end of the cable extends into the connecting hole.

As a preferable embodiment of the connector, the insulation body assembly further includes a third insulation block disposed on a side of the first insulation block away from the elastic member, and the third insulation block covers an end of the cable connected to the connection terminal and an outer side of the tail end of the connection portion.

As a preferable mode of the connector, the connecting terminal is in a long strip shape, and the elastic arm is in two elastic rods which are symmetrically arranged.

As a preferred scheme of connector, connecting terminal is rectangular slice, and its front end is equipped with oval-shaped through-hole, and oval major axis is located connecting terminal's length direction, the part that connecting terminal is located the through-hole both sides outwards bulges and forms the contact arch, the connecting terminal front end stretch into contact terminal in the accommodation hole, the contact arch butt in the inner wall of accommodation hole.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:

the front end of the connecting terminal is in elastic contact with the inner wall of the accommodating hole, so that the connecting terminal and the contact terminal can be always in contact, and the phenomenon of poor contact can be effectively avoided. When the connector is connected with the PCB, after the contact terminal is contacted with the contact part on the PCB, the contact terminal can move towards the direction close to the connecting end under the effect of resilience force, so that the contact terminal can be pressed against the PCB, and the PCB cannot be damaged. The contact terminal is contracted by moving towards the direction of the connection terminal, but not by elastic deformation of the bending device. Therefore, the part exposed out of the insulating body assembly is not required to be bent, and the part exposed out of the insulating body assembly of the contact terminal is vertically arranged, so that the space occupied by the contact terminal can be reduced, the size of the connector is not required to be increased, more terminal assemblies can be arranged in the limited space of the connector, and the requirement of miniaturization development of the connector is met.
