As shown in the attached figures 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6, three rain-leaking holes 12 which are communicated up and down are uniformly distributed on the base 1 corresponding to the outer side position of the fixing bolt 2 at intervals along the circumference, a concave platform 16 is arranged at the center of the upper end of the base 1, a slope 21 is arranged on the base 1 corresponding to the position between every two adjacent rain-leaking holes 12, and the slope 21 is in the shape of a circular arc with a high outer part and a low inner part. In the use process, the concave platform 16 is arranged, so that the gap between the center of the top surface of the base 1 and the center of the ground of the baffle 5 is conveniently increased, and rainwater, gravel, dust and the like can conveniently fall down and be discharged from the rainwater drainage hole 12; the effect of draining rainwater and sand and dust is enhanced by the provision of the three rain drainage holes 12 and the slope 21.

As shown in fig. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6, the base 1 may be made of EPP material. In the use process, the base 1 is made of EPP materials, so that the use strength is better, and the processing is convenient.

As shown in fig. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6, the outer cylinder 4 is a cylinder with a downward opening and a small top and a large bottom, and the top surface of the outer cylinder 4 is in a spherical crown shape. Deployment of the needle 6 is facilitated by such an arrangement during use.

The above technical features constitute the best embodiment of the present invention, which has strong adaptability and best implementation effect, and unnecessary technical features can be increased or decreased according to actual needs to meet the requirements of different situations.
