As an alternative embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the first transmission mechanism 121 includes a first support rod 1211, a second support rod 1212, a first transmission wire 1213, and a transmission sleeve 1214, wherein: a partial section of the first support rod 1211 is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the back support 111, and the transmission end of the first support rod 1211 inclines away from the back support 111; a partial section of the second support bar 1212 is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the leg support 113, and the driving end of the second support bar 1212 is inclined away from the leg support 113; the first transmission wire 1213 is arranged below the hip support 112, and two ends of the first transmission wire 1213 are rotatably connected with the transmission end of the first support rod 1211 and the transmission end of the second support rod 1212, respectively; the number of the first support rods 1211 is set to two, the two first support rods 1211 are arranged at the bottom of the back support 111 in parallel, the transmission ends of the two first support rods 1211 are connected through a first fixing shaft, the number of the second support rods 1212 is set to two, the two second support rods 1212 are arranged at the bottom of the leg support 113 in parallel, the transmission ends of the two second support rods 1212 are connected through a second fixing shaft, and the two ends of the first transmission screw 1213 are rotatably sleeved on the first fixing shaft and the second fixing shaft through shaft sleeves.

The transmission sleeve 1214 is sleeved on the first transmission screw 1213, the transmission sleeve 1214 is fixedly sleeved with a first output gear 1215, the first output gear 1215 is connected with the output end of the power device 13 in a transmission manner and can rotate under the driving of the power device 13, the output end of the power device 13 is connected with an output shaft, the output shaft is sleeved with an input gear, and the input gear is meshed with the first output gear 1215.

The power device 13 is set as a forward and reverse rotation motor, a forward rotation button and a reverse rotation button are arranged on the hip support 112, preferably, two ends of the first transmission screw 1213 are provided with abutting parts, and the back support 111 and the leg support 113 are both provided with limit switches, and the abutting parts can abut against the corresponding limit switches to control the power device 13 to be closed.

As shown in fig. 4, when the forward rotation button is pressed, the power device 13 is rotated forward, the input gear is rotated, the first output gear 1215 is rotated, the transmission sleeve 1214 is synchronously rotated, the first transmission wire 1213 is moved leftward, the first support rod 1211 is turned upward by being pushed by the first transmission wire 1213, the second support rod 1212 is turned downward by being pulled by the first transmission wire 1213, and the support device 11 forms a chair.

The reverse rotation knob is pressed down, the power device 13 reverses, and the support device 11 returns to the initial position.

The bottom of the back support 111 is provided with a handle for the first bed body 1 of the patient in the state of pushing and pulling the wheelchair by the family members.

As an alternative embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the second transmission mechanism 122 includes a second transmission screw 1221 and a link lifting assembly 1223, wherein: a second output gear 1222 is fixedly sleeved at the middle position of the second transmission screw 1221, the second output gear 1222 is in transmission connection with the output end of the power device 13, and the second output gear 1222 is meshed with the input gear;

the end of the second transmission screw 1221 is in transmission connection with the connecting rod lifting assembly 1223, the moving device 14 is arranged on the connecting rod lifting assembly 1223, and the second transmission screw 1221 is driven by the power device 13 to rotate, so that the connecting rod lifting assembly 1223 drives the moving device 14 to lift.

As an alternative embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, the link lifting assembly 1223 includes a first link 12231, a second link 12232, a third link 12233, and a fourth link 12234, wherein: first connecting rod 12231, second connecting rod 12232, third connecting rod 12233 and fourth connecting rod 12234 are rotatable coupling in proper order and form four-bar linkage, four-bar linkage is including two transmission ends that set up relatively and two flexible ends that set up relatively, two of four-bar linkage the transmission end level sets up, two flexible vertical settings of end of four-bar linkage, two transmission ends of four-bar linkage all are provided with the screw hole, second drive screw 1221 with screw hole screw-thread fit, two are passed to second drive screw 1221's tip the screw hole.

As shown in fig. 4, when the forward rotation knob is pressed down, the power device 13 rotates forward, the input gear rotates, the second output gear 1222 rotates, the second transmission screw 1221 rotates synchronously, the distance between the two telescopic ends of the four-bar linkage increases, the moving device 14 is pushed to move downward and abut against the ground, and the moving device 14 supports the whole first bed body 1.

The reverse rotation knob is pressed, the power device 13 is reversed, and the moving device 14 is restored to the initial position.

As an optional embodiment, the hip support 112 is provided with a support frame, the power device 13 is provided on the support frame, and in an initial position, the support frame supports the whole first bed body 1, the support frame includes a bearing plate, the bearing plate is located above the four-bar linkage, when the first bed body 1 forms a wheelchair, the top telescopic end of the four-bar linkage abuts against the bearing plate, so that the bearing load of the second transmission screw 1221 is reduced, and the service cycle is prolonged; optionally, a power supply device is arranged on the support frame, and the power supply device supplies electric energy to the forward and reverse rotating motor.

As an alternative embodiment, as shown in fig. 2 and 4, the moving device 14 includes two main wheels 141 and two steering wheels 142, the steering wheels 142 are provided as universal wheels, and a mounting beam is provided between the corresponding telescopic ends of the lower portions of the two four-bar linkages, wherein: the two main wheels 141 are respectively and oppositely arranged at two sides of the mounting beam; two steering wheels 142 are oppositely arranged on two sides of the mounting beam respectively.

Preferably, the bottom telescopic end of the four-bar linkage is connected with the mounting beam through a shock absorption assembly.

As an alternative embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, the second bed 2 includes a first support assembly 21 and a second support assembly 22, wherein: the number of first supporting component 21 is provided with two, and second supporting component 22 sets up between two first supporting component 21, and second supporting component 22 includes second backup pad 221 and elevating gear 222, and elevating gear 222 can promote second backup pad 221 and rise to make first supporting component 21 form the seat, and second supporting component 22 forms and puts the thing table, and second bed body 2 wholly can form the form of arhat's chair, and the function is various.

As an alternative embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, the second supporting assembly 22 includes a second bracket 224, the second bracket 224 is disposed at the bottom of the second supporting plate 221, and the lifting device 222 includes a lifting cylinder 2221, a supporting seat 2222 and a control handle 2223, wherein: the support seat 2222 is provided on the bottom surface of the second support plate 221; the fixed end of the lifting cylinder 2221 is arranged on the second bracket 224, and the telescopic end of the lifting cylinder 2221 is connected with the supporting seat 2222; the telescopic end of the lifting cylinder 2221 is provided with a switch bolt 22211, the control handle 2223 is arranged below the second support plate 221 and connected with the switch bolt 22211, and the control handle 2223 is provided with a return spring.

As shown in fig. 7, the lifting cylinder 2221 includes a cylinder 22213 and a piston 22212, the top of the cylinder 22213 is connected to the support base 2222, the switch bolt 22211 is disposed at the top of the cylinder 22213, a cylinder sleeve is sleeved outside the cylinder 22213, the bottom of the piston 22212 is fixedly disposed in the cylinder sleeve, the top of the piston 22212 is inserted into the cylinder 22213, a first chamber is disposed inside the cylinder 22213 and above the piston head, a second chamber is disposed below the piston head, the first chamber and the second chamber are communicated with each other through a flow guide channel, and high-pressure nitrogen is disposed inside the first chamber and the second chamber.

In an initial state, the cylinder 22213 is in a contracted state, the switch bolt 22211 closes the flow guide channel, the air pressure in the first chamber is greater than the air pressure in the second chamber, and the second support plate 221 is located at an initial position;

the control handle 2223 is pulled, the switch bolt 22211 conducts the flow guide channel, nitrogen in the first cavity rapidly enters the second cavity, the cylinder 22213 extends out, the second support plate 221 is lifted, the control handle 2223 blocks the flow guide channel under the action of the return spring, and the second support plate 221 is kept in the extending state;

after the control handle 2223 is pushed and the second support plate 221 is pressed to return to the initial position, the control handle 2223 is loosened, the control handle 2223 drives the switch bolt to block the flow guide channel under the action of the return spring, and the second support plate 221 is kept at the initial position.

As an alternative embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 to 3, the first supporting assembly 21 includes a first supporting plate and a first bracket, the first bracket is used for supporting the first supporting plate, and a receiving cavity is provided on the first bracket, and the receiving cavity is used for placing an article.

Optionally, the first bed body 1 and the second bed body 2 are provided with reversible armrests at the edge positions.
