1. A fixing structure of an SPA water spraying device comprises:

the water spraying device body is provided with a penetrating end and a fixed end which are opposite, the water spraying device body comprises a motor, a fixed seat, an annular fixed part positioned between the motor and the fixed seat, a plurality of fixed components and a plurality of locking screws, the fixed seat is arranged at the fixed end of the water spraying device body, the fixed seat is provided with a plurality of locking holes penetrating through the annular fixed part, the annular fixed part is provided with a plurality of pivot seats corresponding to the locking holes, one ends of the pivot seats, far away from the fixed seat, are respectively connected with a receiving groove, a groove chamber is arranged in the middle of the pivot seat, two opposite pivot grooves are arranged at two sides of the groove chamber of the pivot seat, the fixed components are respectively assembled on the pivot seats of the annular fixed part, and each fixed component comprises a pivot component, a connecting component and a first pivot;

the pivoting part is provided with a pivoting part and a leaning part bent and extended from the pivoting part, one end of the pivoting part far away from the leaning part is provided with a second pivot, and the pivoting part is provided with two first shaft holes between the second pivot and the leaning part;

the linkage piece is provided with a second shaft hole and a screw hole and is arranged between the two opposite first shaft holes;

2. The SPA jet water device fixing structure of claim 1, wherein a waterproof gasket is disposed on a surface of the water jet device body where the fixing seat is connected to the annular fixing portion.

3. The SPA jet water device fixing structure of claim 1, wherein the pivot groove of the jet water device body is deep groove-shaped.

4. The SPA jet water device fixing structure of claim 1, wherein the abutting portion surface of the pivot member is provided with anti-slip lines.

5. The SPA jet device fixing structure of claim 1, wherein the second axial hole of the linking member is perpendicular to the screw hole.

6. The SPA jet water device fixing structure of claim 1, wherein a water stop ring is respectively disposed between the plurality of locking screws and the plurality of locking holes of the fixing seat.

The SPA jet device fixing structure of claim 1, wherein the jet unit is disposed on the end surface of the fixing seat of the jet device body far from the motor, the jet unit comprises a jet seat and a jet cover connected in an involutory manner, the jet cover has a plurality of water inlet holes at the center, two water outlet holes are disposed near the periphery, and the two water outlet holes are disposed oppositely.

Technical Field

The present invention relates to a SPA jet device, and more particularly, to a fixing structure of a SPA jet device that can be easily and quickly assembled and disassembled.

Background

The SPA water-spraying device is usually installed on the wall of the foot-soaking cylinder, water in the foot-soaking cylinder is sucked by the SPA water-spraying device and forms strong water flow to be sprayed out after being pressurized, and the strong water flow is used for disturbing the water in the foot-soaking cylinder, so that the foot-soaking effects of improving blood circulation, promoting metabolism, promoting blood circulation to remove meridian obstruction and the like can be achieved.

The installation of early SPA water jet equipment, it is the installation hole of presetting to wear the cylinder wall of SPA water jet equipment to locate the SPA water jet equipment in the bubble foot jar, pass the SPA water jet equipment and the acquiescent hole of cylinder wall with the screw, join in marriage again and use the nut and lock solid with this screw spiro union, however because the bubble foot jar is mostly bulky, therefore need usually one by bubble foot jar front operation screw, another person by bubble foot jar back operation nut for all need two people to cooperate when SPA water jet equipment installation and maintenance to accomplish, it is very troublesome inconvenient, installation and cost of maintenance are high.

In recent years, there is a SPA jet water device fixing structure as shown in fig. 11, and the SPA jet water device a2 includes: a water spraying device body 80 having a penetrating end 80A and a fixed end 80B opposite to each other, the water spraying device body 80 comprising a motor 81, a fixed seat 82, a ring-shaped fixed part 83 located between the motor 81 and the fixed seat 82, a plurality of fixing parts 84 and a plurality of locking screws 85, the fixed seat 82 being disposed on the fixed end 80B, the fixed seat 82 being provided with a plurality of locking holes 821 penetrating to the ring-shaped fixed part 83, a waterproof gasket 822 being disposed on a surface of the fixed seat 82 contacting the ring-shaped fixed part 83, the ring-shaped fixed part 83 being provided with a plurality of sliding grooves 831 corresponding to the plurality of locking holes 821, the ring-shaped fixed part 83 being provided with a plurality of receiving grooves 832 at an end thereof remote from the fixed seat 82, the plurality of receiving grooves 832 respectively penetrating to the plurality of sliding grooves 831, one side of the plurality of sliding grooves 831 being provided with an inclined guide portion 833 from the plurality of receiving grooves 832 toward the fixed seat 82, one end of the fixing members 84 is provided with a sliding portion 841, the opposite end is provided with a clamping portion 842, the sliding portion 841 is slidably disposed in the sliding groove 831, the sliding portion 841 is provided with a screw hole 8411, and the locking screws 85 are inserted through the locking holes 821 of the fixing base 82 and screwed with the screw holes 8411 of the fixing members 84; and a water spraying unit 90 disposed on the end surface of the fixing base 82 of the water spraying device body 80 away from the motor 81, wherein the water spraying unit 90 comprises a water spraying base 91 and a water spraying cover 92 connected in an involutory manner, a plurality of water inlet holes 921 are disposed at the center of the water spraying cover 92, two water outlet holes 922 are disposed near the periphery, and the two water outlet holes 922 are disposed oppositely.

The fixing structure of the prior art SPA sprinkler is that a locking screw 85 is screwed with a screw hole 8411 of a sliding part 841 of a fixing piece 84, the rotation of the locking screw 85 drives the fixing piece 84 to move towards the fixing seat 82, so as to achieve the purpose of clamping and fixing the SPA sprinkler a2 on a cylinder wall 100 of a foot soaking cylinder, the fixing piece 84 moves slowly when the fixing structure is operated, and the fixing piece 84 can move for a required distance by rotating the locking screw 85 for a considerable number of turns, thereby causing troublesome inconvenience for mounting and dismounting the SPA sprinkler, time and labor consumption, and high mounting and maintenance cost.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above-mentioned disadvantages of the prior art SPA jet water device fixing structure, the present invention provides a SPA jet water device fixing structure.

The invention provides a fixing structure of an SPA water spraying device, which comprises: a water spraying device body with a penetrating end and a fixed end which are opposite, the water spraying device body comprises a motor, a fixed seat, an annular fixed part which is arranged between the motor and the fixed seat, a plurality of fixed components and a plurality of locking screws, the fixed seat is arranged at the fixed end of the water spraying device body, the fixed seat is provided with a plurality of locking holes which penetrate through the annular fixed part, one surface of the fixed seat which is connected with the annular fixed part is provided with a waterproof gasket, the annular fixed part is provided with a plurality of pivot seats which correspond to the locking holes, one ends of the pivot seats which are far away from the fixed seat are respectively connected with a receiving groove, the middle of the pivot seat is provided with a groove chamber, the pivot seat is provided with two opposite pivot grooves at two sides of the groove chamber, the fixed components are respectively arranged on the pivot seats of the annular fixed part, the fixed components comprise a pivot piece, a connecting piece and a first pivot, the pivot part is provided with a pivot part and a leaning part bent and extended from the pivot part, one end of the pivot part far away from the leaning part is provided with a second pivot, the pivot part is provided with two first shaft holes between the second pivot and the leaning part, the linkage part is provided with a second shaft hole and a screw hole, the linkage part is arranged between the two first shaft holes, the first pivot penetrates through the two first shaft holes of the pivot part and the second shaft hole of the linkage part to pivot the linkage part, the second pivot of the pivot part is erected in the two pivot grooves of the pivot seat to pivot, so that the second pivot of the pivot part can pivot and slide in the two pivot grooves of the pivot seat, and the locking screws penetrate through the locking holes of the fixed seat and are screwed with the screw holes of the linkage parts of the fixed components; and the water spraying unit is arranged on the end surface, far away from the motor, of the fixed seat of the water spraying device body and comprises a water spraying seat and a water spraying cover which are connected in an involutory mode, a plurality of water inlet holes are formed in the center of the water spraying cover, two water outlet holes are formed in the position, close to the periphery, of the water spraying cover, and the two water outlet holes are arranged oppositely.

The main purpose of the fixing structure of the SPA water spraying device is that the locking screw is screwed with the screw hole of the linkage part of the fixing component, the rotation of the locking screw drives the linkage part to move towards the direction of the fixing seat, and then the linkage part drives the pivoting part to pivot, so that the aim of clamping the SPA water spraying device on the cylinder wall of the foot soaking cylinder for fixing can be achieved.

Referring to fig. 1, fig. 2 and fig. 3, the present invention is a SPA injector fixing structure, the SPA injector a1 includes: a water spraying device body 10 and a water spraying unit 20.

The water spraying device body 10 has a penetrating end 10A and a fixed end 10B opposite to each other, the water spraying device body 10 includes a motor 11, a fixed seat 12, an annular fixed part 13 located between the motor 11 and the fixed seat 12, a plurality of fixed components 14 and a plurality of locking screws 15, the fixed seat 12 is disposed at the fixed end 10B of the water spraying device body 10, the fixed seat 12 is provided with a plurality of locking holes 121 penetrating to the annular fixed part 13, a waterproof gasket 122 is disposed on a side of the fixed seat 12 connected to the annular fixed part 13, the annular fixed part 13 is provided with a plurality of pivot seats 131 corresponding to the locking holes 121, one ends of the pivot seats 131 far away from the fixed seat 12 are respectively connected to a receiving groove 132, a groove chamber 1311 is disposed in the middle of the pivot seats 131, two opposite pivot grooves 1312 are disposed on two sides of the groove chamber 1311 of the pivot seats 131, the pivot grooves 1312 are deep groove-shaped, the plurality of fixed components 14 are respectively assembled on the plurality of pivot seats 131 of the annular fixed portion 13, the fixed component 14 includes a pivot member 141, a linking member 142 and a first pivot 143, the pivot member 141 is provided with a pivot portion 141A and a propping portion 141B bent and extended from the pivot portion 141A, one end of the pivot portion 141A away from the propping portion 141B is provided with a second pivot 1411, the pivot portion 141A is provided with two first pivot holes 1412 between the second pivot 1411 and the propping portion 141B, the surface of the propping portion 141B is provided with anti-slip lines 1413, the linking member 142 is provided with a second pivot hole 1421 and a screw hole 1422 which are perpendicular to each other, the linking member 142 is arranged between the two first pivot holes 1412, the first pivot 143 penetrates through the two first pivot holes 1412 of the pivot member 141 and the second pivot hole 1421 of the linking member 142, the linking member 142 and the pivot member 141 are pivoted, and the two pivot seats 131 of the second pivot shaft 141 are arranged in the pivot seats 131, the second pivot 1411 of the pivot member 141 can pivot and slide in the two pivot slots 1312 of the pivot base 131, the locking screws 15 are inserted into the locking holes 121 of the fixing base 12 and screwed into the screw holes 1422 of the linking members 142 of the fixing elements 14, and a water stop ring 151 is disposed between each of the locking screws 15 and each of the locking holes 121 of the fixing base 12.

The water spraying unit 20 is disposed on the end surface of the fixing base 12 of the water spraying device body 10 away from the motor 11, the water spraying unit 20 includes a water spraying base 21 and a water spraying cover 22 connected to each other in an involutory manner, a plurality of water inlet holes 221 are disposed at the center of the water spraying cover 22, two water outlet holes 222 are disposed near the periphery of the water spraying cover, and the two water outlet holes 222 are disposed oppositely.

When the SPA sprinkler a1 of the present invention is installed in the foot soaking cylinder, as shown in fig. 4 to 11, the cylinder wall 100 of the foot soaking cylinder has a front 100A and a back 100B, the cylinder wall 100 of the foot soaking cylinder is provided with an installation hole 101, the abutting portions 141B of the pivot members 141 of the plurality of fixing components 14 are respectively attached to the receiving groove 132 for receiving, the sprinkler body 10 is installed with the installation end 10A penetrating the installation hole 101 of the cylinder wall 100 of the foot soaking cylinder, the fixing seat 12 of the sprinkler body 10 is attached to the front 100A of the cylinder wall 100 of the foot soaking cylinder through the waterproof gasket 122, the locking screw 15 is rotated by a tool, the linking member 142 is driven to move toward the fixing seat 12 by the rotation of the locking screw 15, the linking relationship between the linking member 142 and the pivot member 141 is passed, and the second pivot 1411 of the pivot member 141 can pivot and slide in the two opposite pivot grooves of the pivot seat 1312, the link 142 drives the pivot member 141 to pivot, so that the abutting portion 141B of the pivot member 141 rotates toward the fixed seat 12 until the abutting portion 141B of the pivot member 141 is forced to abut against the back surface 100B of the cylinder wall 100 of the foot soaking cylinder, the SPA water spraying device a1 is clamped on the cylinder wall 100 of the foot soaking cylinder by the abutting portion 141B of the pivot member 141 matching with the fixed seat 12 and the waterproof gasket 122 for fixation, and water leakage is prevented by the waterproof gasket 122 and the water stop ring 151.

With the structure of the above embodiment, the following benefits can be obtained:

the fixing structure of SPA water spraying device of the present invention uses the locking screw 15 to screw with the screw hole 1422 of the linking member 142 of the fixing component 14, the rotation of the locking screw 15 drives the linking member 142 to move toward the fixing base 12, through the pivotal relationship between the linking member 142 and the pivoting member 141, and the second pivot 1411 of the pivoting member 141 can pivot and slide in the two opposite pivot slots 1312 of the pivot seat 131, the linking component 142 drives the abutting portion 141B of the pivoting component 141 to rotate and displace toward the fixed base 12, so as to achieve the purpose of clamping and fixing the SPA water spraying device A1 on the cylinder wall 100 of the foot soaking cylinder, when the fixing structure is operated, since the abutting portion 141B of the pivoting member 141 is rotatably displaced, therefore, the displacement speed is high, the number of turns of rotation required by the locking screw 15 is small, the installation and the disassembly of the SPA water spraying device are simple, convenient and quick, the time and the labor are saved, and the installation and the maintenance cost are low.
