Technical Field

The invention relates to medical equipment, in particular to a gynecological vaginal dilator for stretching a vagina.

Background

A vaginal dilator (also called as "vaginal dilator") generally consists of an upper page, a lower page and a handle, and is mainly used for routine examination and operation in obstetrics and gynecology.

The traditional vaginal dilator only adopts the upper and lower pages combined with the handle connected with the hinge, so that the vaginal dilator adopts one-direction dilation only for the vagina, and the upper and lower pages opened by the hinge structure can stretch the deep part of the vagina more greatly, and the stretching of the vaginal opening is smaller, so that the vagina is stretched more deeply, and the problems of vaginal strain and even vaginal deformation are easily caused.

Therefore, there is a need for a vaginal dilator that can uniformly open the vagina, and open the vagina from multiple directions, without obstructing the view and reducing the pain.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a vaginal dilator which can uniformly open a vagina and can open the vagina from multiple directions without obstructing the observation sight and reducing the pain.

The vaginal dilator for obstetrics and gynecology department of the invention is different from the prior art in that the vaginal dilator for obstetrics and gynecology department of the invention enables the second connecting rod to push the first connecting rod to swing through the relative movement between the second handle plate and the first handle plate, thereby enabling at least six first connecting rods to prop open the vagina from six directions, and when the vaginal dilator is ready to enter the vagina, the vagina enters the vagina with at least six first connecting rods which are approximately arranged in a conical shape, thereby enabling the vagina to feel smoother, preventing the vagina from being broken by the traditional flat upper and lower pages, and avoiding the vagina from being torn and even deformed by propping open the vagina from two directions.

Detailed Description

As shown in figures 1 to 8 and shown in figures 1 to 4, the vaginal dilator for obstetrics and gynecology department of the invention comprises

A first handle plate 110 having an upper portion fixed to a first guide rail 111, the first guide rail 111 being disposed in a lateral direction;

a second handle plate 120 moving along the first guide rail 111, the upper portion of which is provided with an observation hole 130;

at least six connecting rod portions 200, every connecting rod portion 200 uses the axis direction of observing hole 130 as the centre of a circle along circumference evenly distributed, and it includes first connecting rod 210, second connecting rod 220, first connecting rod 210 with the upper portion hinged joint of first handle board 110, the one end of second connecting rod 220 and the upper portion hinged joint of second handle board 120, the other end of second connecting rod 220 with the middle part hinged joint of first connecting rod 210.

According to the invention, the second connecting rod 220 pushes the first connecting rod 210 to swing through the relative movement between the second handle plate 120 and the first handle plate 110, so that at least six first connecting rods 210 prop open the vagina from six directions, and when the vagina is ready to enter, at least six first connecting rods 210 which are approximately arranged in a conical shape enter the vagina, so that the vagina feels smoother, the vagina is prevented from being damaged by the conventional flat upper and lower pages, and the vagina is prevented from being torn or even deformed by propping open the vagina from two directions.

The contact between the first handle plate 110 and the second handle plate 120 after the movement can limit the position of the connecting rod 200, thereby preventing the first connecting rod 210 from being opened at an excessively large angle to stretch the deep part of the vagina.

Wherein, the link portion 200 may be provided with 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26 groups.

Wherein the inner diameter of the viewing hole 130 of the first handle panel 110 is greater than the inner diameter of the viewing hole 130 of the second handle panel 120, and wherein the second link 220 is hinged to the second handle panel 120 at a position between the inner diameters of the viewing hole 130 of the first handle panel 110 and the viewing hole 130 of the second handle panel 120.

Preferably, referring to fig. 3 and 4, the hinge of the first link 210 connected to the first handle plate 110 and the hinge of the second link 220 connected to the second handle plate 120 are parallel to each other.

According to the invention, the first connecting rod 210 can move along the radial direction of the observation hole 130 through the two parallel hinges, so that the vagina is opened in the positive direction, and the pain of a user is reduced.

Of course, referring to fig. 5, one variation of the link portion 200 may be: the angle a between the hinge of the first link 210 connected to the first handle plate 110 and the hinge of the second link 220 connected to the second handle plate 120 is 55 °.

According to the invention, the first connecting rod 210 and the observation hole 130 can be opened and closed in a manner of arranging the included angle in the radial direction through the two hinges with the included angle, so that the vagina is opened in an inclined direction, a certain friction can be carried out on the inner wall of the vagina, and the skin of each part of the vagina is unfolded and opened, namely, when the first connecting rod 210 is opened, the outer surface of the first connecting rod continuously rubs and stretches with the inner surface of the vagina, so that the inner wall of the vagina is continuously stretched in the opening process of the first connecting rod, and the inner surface of the vagina is stretched only by the traditional vaginal dilator when the vaginal dilator is opened, so that the pain feeling after the vagina is opened can be further reduced due to the characteristic of continuous stretching when the dilator is opened.

Preferably, referring to fig. 6 to 8, a feeding portion 300 is disposed between the first handle plate 110 and the second handle plate 120, the feeding portion 300 includes a first rope pulley 310, a handle 311, a pulling rope 312, a second rope pulley 321, a screw ring 322, a push rod 323, a return spring 325, and a spring ring 326, the first rope pulley 310 is mounted on the lower portion of the second handle plate 120 through a bearing, the shaft of the first rope pulley 310 is fixed to one end of the handle 311, the first rope pulley 310 is connected to the second rope pulley 321 through the pulling rope 312, the second rope pulley 321 is in threaded connection with the screw ring 322, the second rope pulley 321 and the screw ring 322 are both annular bodies, the screw ring 322 is mounted on the upper portion of the second handle plate 120 through a bearing and is disposed coaxially with the observation hole 130 thereof, the spring ring 326 is disposed coaxially with the observation hole 130 thereof on the upper portion of the second handle plate 120, the spring ring 326 is mounted on the second handle plate 120 through a bearing, an annular ejector rod hole 121 is formed between the spring ring 326 and the second handle plate 120, at least six ejector rods 323 are uniformly arranged in the ejector rod hole 121 along the circumferential direction of the observation hole 130, the at least six ejector rods 323 are unequal in length and are arranged along a wave shape, at least six return springs 325 are arranged between the spring ring 326 and the second handle plate 120, the at least six return springs 325 are uniformly arranged along the circumferential direction of the observation hole 130, and the middle parts of the return springs 325 are fixed with the second connecting rod 220;

The invention takes honey, donkey-hide gelatin and ethanol as monarch drugs, takes red-peel peanuts, liquorice, borneol, nardostachys root, mulberry and white poria as minister drugs, takes raspberry, American ginseng and rose as assistant drugs, and takes white muscardine silkworm, centipede and methyl methacrylate as dispatcher drugs.
