and step s5, performing film pressing by using a film pressing device to finish the finished product of the tooth model.

The method for preparing a dental model as claimed in claim 6, wherein in step s5, when the film pressing device completes the film pressing, the magnetic induction device is automatically turned off and the magnetic induction effect disappears, so that the magnetic spherical particles directly fall off.

8. A method of preparing a dental model as defined in claim 6, wherein the model selection control system is provided with a database of dental models.

Background

Tooth deformity is one of three common diseases in the oral cavity, and the tooth deformity not only affects beauty, daily social contact and work, but also can cause periodontitis and other oral diseases. The existing orthodontic appliances are all straightened in a physical extrusion mode, and the teeth are stressed by external force to move or grow according to preset arrangement, so that the aim of orthodontic is fulfilled.

The 3D printed invisible dental appliance on the market is popular among people due to the advantages of attractive carrying, detachable use, high comfort level and convenience in cleaning. At present, 3D printing equipment is needed to be adopted for each tooth model, photosensitive resin materials are used for printing a product model by a 3D laser forming technology, and a complete single resin model is printed for next use. In the production process, the resin model is only used once, and the used resin model cannot be recycled, so that a large amount of resin models are wasted.

Therefore, it is highly desirable to provide a tooth model generation apparatus and a method for manufacturing the same, which generate a tooth model from magnetic particles according to 3D model data by a magnetic induction device, thereby avoiding resin waste and reducing cost.

Disclosure of Invention

The technical problem to be solved by the invention is to provide tooth model generation equipment and a preparation method thereof, wherein the tooth model is generated by the magnetic particle balls according to 3D model data through the magnetic induction device, so that resin waste is avoided, and the cost is reduced.

Preferably, a tooth model database is arranged in the model selection control system.

As shown in fig. 1, the present invention provides a tooth model generation apparatus, which comprises an apparatus housing 100, a model selection control system 200, a film pressing apparatus 300, a magnetic induction device 400, a hollow platform 500, and a magnetic ball particle storage recess 600.

The model selection control system 200 is installed at the top of the device housing 100 and used for selecting single 3D model data, the model selection control system 300 is connected with a computer host through a wireless network, meanwhile, the model selection control system 300 is connected with the magnetic induction device 400, and the magnetic induction device 400 is used for receiving tooth model data transmitted by the model selection control system 200 and forming a magnetic induction space.
