The high-flatness mattress structure of claim 1, further comprising at least one soft sound-deadening layer provided at least one of an upper surface of said air bag module, a lower surface of said air bag module, an upper surface of said elastic filler strip, and a lower surface of said elastic filler strip.

13. A high-flatness mattress construction according to claim 1 wherein said air bag module includes an inflatable air bag and a spring pack disposed at either an upper surface or a lower surface of said inflatable air bag.

14. The high loft mattress structure of claim 13, further comprising at least one soft sound deadening layer disposed at least one of an upper surface of said inflatable bag, a lower surface of said inflatable bag, an upper surface of said set of springs, and a lower surface of said set of springs.

Technical Field

Background

The mattress is a necessity of people's life, and the comfort level of mattress can directly influence people's quality of life, further influences people's health. With the continuous improvement of the living standard of people, the pursuit of comfortable personal accidents is stronger and stronger, and the single stiff or soft structure of the traditional mattress made of the steel wire spring mattress can not meet the requirement of modern people on the sleeping comfort gradually. Thus, air-bag based air mattresses have been produced. At present, the common inflatable mattress mainly utilizes an air pump to realize the circular inflation and deflation of each air bag in the mattress body through a main air passage and an auxiliary air passage so as to ensure that the height of the surface of the mattress can adapt to different sleeping postures of a human body, thereby improving the comfort of the mattress. However, in the existing mattress structure, the main air passage is mostly arranged on the side wall of the mattress core main body and located between the surrounding edge and the mattress core main body, so that the positioning effect is poor, and the phenomena of pulling, twisting, displacement and the like are easily caused in the inflation and deflation process, thereby affecting the fluency of inflation and deflation. Most importantly, in the existing mattress structure, the height of the surrounding edge is not adjustable, which means that the height of the surrounding edge cannot be changed along with the height change of the surface of the mattress, so that a certain height difference can be formed between the surrounding edge and the surface of the mattress in the process of adjusting the height of the surface of the mattress, and the experience effect of a user is seriously influenced. The following detailed description of the preferred embodiments of the present invention is provided to enable those skilled in the art to more clearly understand the advantages and features of the present invention and to clearly define the scope of the present invention.

Referring to fig. 1 to 8, the present embodiment provides a mattress structure with high flatness, and specifically, referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is an exploded view of a principle of the mattress structure in an embodiment of the present invention, including a mattress main body 1 and a surrounding edge 2 continuously disposed around the mattress main body 1, that is, the surrounding edge 2 forms a square structure for placing the mattress main body 1, and the height of the surrounding edge 2 is consistent with that of the mattress main body 1. It will be appreciated that in some embodiments, if it is not necessary to provide a perimeter around all four of the mattress body, the unneeded perimeter may be omitted as may be desired.

The mattress body 1 is provided with a plurality of air bag modules 11 in a row, and the plurality of air bag modules 11 are laid in the mattress body 1 in a single layer or double layers. The bottom of the surrounding edge 2 is provided with a main air channel 3 communicated with each air bag component 11, the main air channel 3 is arranged at the bottom or inside the surrounding edge 2 along the periphery of the mattress main body 1, the main air channel 3 jacks up the surrounding edge 2 when the inflating mechanism is in an inflating state, and the position between the surrounding edge 2 and the main air channel 3 is matched so as to ensure that the surrounding edge 2 and the main air channel 3 are linked in the height direction. In some embodiments, the limiting structure 5 includes a limiting sheet 51 continuously disposed along the peripheral edge 2, and the limiting sheet 51 is disposed on the opposite side of the peripheral edge 2 from the mattress main body 1, that is, the limiting sheet 51 is continuously disposed along the outer side wall of the peripheral edge 2. The bottom edge of the stopper piece 51 is connected to the mattress main body 1 through a connecting portion 52. The main air passage 3 is fixed to the connecting portion 52, that is, the main air passage 3 is fixed to the inner surface of the connecting portion 52, and the two are integrally combined. In this embodiment, the connecting portion 52 is a zipper structure, and two side edges of the zipper are respectively fixedly connected to the limiting piece 51 and the mattress main body 1, so as to facilitate detachment.

In this embodiment, the first receiving groove 131 is designed as a square receiving groove, and at least one airbag can be received in each square receiving groove, and the airbag is communicated with the main air passage 3 through the auxiliary air passage 31. Preferably, in order to fix the position of the auxiliary air duct 31, the bushing 13 is further provided with a limit through groove at a position corresponding to each auxiliary air duct 31, through which the auxiliary air duct 31 passes. The second receiving groove 132 is located at the uppermost portion of the sleeve 13, i.e., the position of the second receiving groove 132 closest to the upper surface of the mattress main body 1. The second receiving groove 132 is provided with an elastic filling bar 12 therein, and the elastic filling bar 12 is used for increasing the flexibility of the upper surface of the mattress main body 1 so as to improve the sleeping comfort of the user. The elastic filler strip 12 may be a sponge strip or a latex strip.

Preferably, as shown in fig. 9, the elastic filling strips 12 are U-shaped, and the opening direction of the U-shaped is set on the side corresponding to the main air passage 3, that is, the opening direction of the U-shaped is set on the side opposite to the upper surface of the mattress main body 1. And the two outer side walls of the U-shaped structure are respectively provided with an inclined plane structure at the position connected with the outer surface of the bottom part so as to reduce the deformation bulge of the mattress main body 1 in the height direction. Preferably, the lining 13 is provided with a plurality of muffling holes 133 which are uniformly distributed, and the muffling holes 133 are distributed in an ordered array. The provision of the muffling aperture 133 provides space for the deformation of liner 13 to eliminate noise caused by pulling of liner 13 during inflation. Meanwhile, the arrangement of the silencing holes 133 is also beneficial to reducing the use of materials and reducing the production cost of the lining 13. In the present embodiment, the muffling hole 133 may be a polygonal hole or an irregular hole, such as a square hole, a circular hole, a hexagonal hole, and the like, which is not limited herein. It should be understood by those skilled in the art that it is within the scope of the present disclosure to provide a single configuration of the muffling aperture 133 on the liner 13 or to provide multiple configurations of the muffling aperture 133 on the liner 13 at the same time.

In addition, this mattress structure sets up the elasticity filling strip of U type structure through the superiors at the bush, makes the open end setting of U type structure in one side corresponding with the gasbag, makes two lateral walls of U type structure and bottom meet the position and set up the inclined plane respectively to reduce to aerify the deformation arch of back mattress structure in the direction of height, avoid appearing because of the great bed body surface unevenness problem that leads to of the pad body deformation, have higher practical value.
