1. A large-flow SPA water jet equipment includes:

a water spraying device body; and

a water spraying unit, which is provided with a water spraying base and a water spraying cover which are connected in a matching way;

the spray seat and the spray cover are connected in a folding way to form a cavity inside, the spray seat is arranged at the front side of the water spraying device body, and a rotatable impeller is arranged in the cavity of the spray seat;

the center of the water spraying cover is provided with at least one water inlet hole, two sides of the water spraying cover are respectively provided with a water outlet hole near the periphery, the water inlet hole and the water outlet hole are respectively communicated with the cavity, one side of the water spraying cover communicated with the cavity is provided with a separating convex ring between the water inlet hole and the water outlet hole, a water inlet space is formed inside the separating convex ring, a water outlet space is formed outside the separating convex ring, the periphery of the separating convex ring extends towards the water outlet space and is provided with a plurality of oblique guide ribs which are radially arranged, the oblique direction of the oblique guide ribs corresponds to the rotation direction of the impeller, the oblique guide ribs have an oblique angle, and the water outlet hole is convexly provided with a blocking edge towards the water outlet space at the rear half part corresponding to the rotation direction of the impeller.

The high flow SPA jet device according to claim 1 wherein the jet device body is provided with a motor, the front side of the motor is combined with a fixing unit for mounting the jet device body on the cylinder wall of the foot soaking cylinder, the impeller of the jet unit is rotated by the motor.

3. The high volume SPA jet of claim 1 wherein the impeller has a plurality of radially disposed blades arranged in an arc along the direction of rotation of the impeller.

4. The high flow SPA jet of claim 1 wherein the water intake space is circular.

5. The high flow SPA jet of claim 1 wherein the outlet space is annular.

6. The high volume SPA jet device of claim 1 wherein the slanted angle of the slanted guide ribs is 20-40 degrees.

7. The high volume SPA jet of claim 6 wherein the angled guide ribs are angled at an angle of approximately 30 degrees.

Technical Field

The invention relates to an SPA water spraying device, in particular to a large-flow SPA water spraying device used for a foot soaking cylinder.

Background

The SPA water jet device is usually installed on the wall of the foot bath tank, water in the tank is sucked in by the SPA water jet device and forms strong water flow to be sprayed out after pressurization, and the strong water flow is used for disturbing the water in the foot bath tank, so that the foot bath effects of improving blood circulation, promoting metabolism, promoting blood circulation to remove meridian obstruction and the like are achieved.

As shown in fig. 8, which is a SPA water spraying device of the prior art, it comprises: a water spraying device body 80 provided with a motor 81, wherein the front side of the motor 81 is combined with a fixing unit 82, and the fixing unit 82 is used for installing the water spraying device body 80 on the cylinder wall of the foot soaking cylinder; and a water spraying unit 90, which has a water spraying base 91 connected to a water spraying cover 92, a chamber 93 is disposed in the water spraying base 91 and the water spraying cover 92, the water spraying base 91 is disposed at the front side of the water spraying device body 80, an impeller 911 capable of being driven by the motor 81 is disposed in the chamber 93 of the water spraying base 91, a plurality of water inlet holes 921 are disposed at the center of the water spraying cover 92, two water outlet holes 922 are disposed near the periphery of the water spraying base 91, and the water inlet holes 921 and the water outlet holes 922 are respectively communicated with the chamber 93.

However, in the SPA jet device of the related art, the motor 81 rotates the impeller 911 to suck water through the water inlet 921 of the jet cover 92 by the rotation of the impeller 911, the sucked water is pressurized by the impeller 911 and discharged from the periphery, and the discharged water is discharged through the two water outlet holes 922 of the jet cover 92 in the form of strong water flow.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above disadvantages of the SPA jet of the prior art, the present invention provides a SPA jet with high flow rate, comprising: the water spraying device body is provided with a motor, the front side of the motor is combined with a fixing unit, and the fixing unit is used for mounting the water spraying device body on the cylinder wall of the foot soaking cylinder; and a water spraying unit, which is provided with a water spraying seat and a water spraying cover which are connected in an involutive way, the water spraying seat and the water spraying cover are involutive way to form a cavity chamber after involutive connection, the water spraying seat is arranged at the front side of the water spraying device body, the water spraying seat is provided with an impeller which can be driven by the motor to rotate in the cavity chamber, the center of the water spraying cover is provided with at least one water inlet hole, two sides of the water spraying cover are respectively provided with a water outlet hole near the periphery, the water inlet hole and the water outlet hole are respectively communicated with the cavity chamber, one side of the water spraying cover communicated with the cavity chamber is provided with a separating convex ring between the water inlet hole and the water outlet hole, the inside of the separating convex ring is provided with a water inlet space and the outside of the separating convex ring is provided with a water outlet space, the periphery of the separating convex ring extends to the water outlet space and is provided with a plurality of oblique guide ribs which are arranged in a, this inclination is 20 ~ 40 degrees, and these two apopores are equipped with a flange toward the water outlet space in the latter half that corresponds impeller direction of rotation.

The main purpose of the large-flow SPA water spraying device is that the water spraying cover is provided with the separation convex ring, so that the mutual interference between water inlet and water outlet can be reduced, and the periphery of the separation convex ring extends to the water outlet space and is provided with a plurality of oblique guide ribs which are arranged in a radial mode, so that the flow and the flow speed of sprayed strong water flow can be increased through the guide, acceleration and pressurization of the oblique guide ribs and the blocking and guiding action of the two water outlet holes to the retaining edge which is convexly arranged in the water outlet space corresponding to the rear half part of the rotation direction of the impeller, and the foot soaking effect is improved.

The following is a further description of the preferred embodiments of the invention with reference to the accompanying drawings.

Referring to fig. 1, 2, 3 and 4, the present invention is a large flow SPA water spraying device, including: a water spraying device body 10 and a water spraying unit 20. The "large flow rate" is described herein in relation to a comparison in the prior art, and is not a particular limitation on the flow rate value.

The water spraying device body 10 is provided with a motor 11, the front side of the motor 11 is combined with a fixing unit 12, and the fixing unit 12 is used for installing the water spraying device body 10 on the cylinder wall of the foot soaking cylinder.

The water spraying unit 20 has a water spraying base 21 connected to a water spraying cover 22, a chamber 23 is formed inside the water spraying base 21 and the water spraying cover 22 after the water spraying base 21 and the water spraying cover 22 are connected, the water spraying base 21 is disposed at the front side of the water spraying device body 10, an impeller 211 capable of being driven by the motor 11 to rotate is disposed in the chamber 23, the impeller 211 has a plurality of blades 2111 radially arranged, the blades 2111 are arranged in an arc shape along the rotation direction of the impeller 211, at least one water inlet hole 221 is disposed at the center of the water spraying cover 22, a water outlet hole 222 is disposed at each of two sides near the periphery, the water inlet hole 221 and the water outlet hole 222 are respectively communicated with the chamber 23, a partition convex ring 223 is disposed between the water outlet hole 222 and the water inlet hole 221 at the side where the water spraying cover 22 communicates with the chamber 23, a circular water inlet space 224 is formed inside the partition convex ring 223 and an annular water outlet space 225 is formed outside the partition convex ring 223, a plurality of oblique guide ribs 226 radially arranged are extended from the periphery of the convex separating ring 223 to the water outlet space 225, the oblique direction of the oblique guide ribs 226 corresponds to the rotation direction of the impeller 211, the oblique guide ribs 226 have an inclination angle θ, the inclination angle θ is 20-40 degrees (in this embodiment, the inclination angle θ is preferably about 30 degrees), and the water outlet hole 222 is provided with a retaining edge 227 protruding from the rear half portion corresponding to the rotation direction of the impeller 211 to the water outlet space 225.

When the SPA jet device with large flow rate of the invention is used, please refer to fig. 5, fig. 6 and fig. 7, the fixing unit 12 of the jet device body 10 is installed on the cylinder wall of the foot soaking cylinder to be combined and fixed, the motor 11 of the jet device body 10 drives the impeller 211 of the jet unit 20 to rotate, the water is sucked to the impeller 211 through the water inlet hole 221 and the water inlet space 224 of the jet cover 22 by the rotation of the impeller 211, and then enters the chamber 23, the water is discharged from the periphery after being pressurized by the impeller 211 to the water outlet space 225 of the jet cover 22, and is guided, accelerated and pressurized by the plurality of inclined guide ribs 226 extending from the periphery of the partition convex ring 223 to the water outlet space 225, and the two water outlets 222 are blocked and guided by the retaining edge 227 protruding from the water outlet space 225 corresponding to the rear half of the rotation direction of the impeller 211, and are ejected by the water outlets 222 of the jet cover 22 in a strong water flow form, the strong water flow is used for disturbing the water in the foot soaking cylinder, so that the foot soaking effect is improved.

From the above specific embodiments, the following advantageous effects can be obtained:

the invention relates to a large-flow SPA water spraying device, wherein a water spraying cover 22 is provided with a separating convex ring 223 which separates a circular water inlet space 224 and an annular water outlet space 225, so as to reduce the mutual interference of water inlet and water outlet, and the periphery of the separating convex ring 223 extends to the water outlet space 225 to be provided with a plurality of radial inclined guide ribs 226, so that when the large-flow SPA water spraying device is used for spraying water, the flow and the flow rate of the sprayed strong water flow are increased through the guide, acceleration and pressurization of the inclined guide ribs 26 and the blocking and guiding effects of two water outlet holes 222 to a blocking edge 227 which is convexly arranged in the water outlet space 225 at the rear half part corresponding to the rotation direction of an impeller 211, so that the water in a foot soaking cylinder can be quickly and uniformly disturbed by the strong water flow, the blood circulation is improved, the metabolism is promoted, and the foot soaking effects such as blood circulation and collaterals are promoted.
