as shown in fig. 2 and 6, the fusion apparatus 40 includes a fixing ring 41 fixed on the fixing plate 11, the fixing ring 41 is composed of a circular ring and a trapezoidal support integrally formed at the bottom of the circular ring, the trapezoidal support is fixed at the top of the fixing plate 11, pressure maintaining mechanisms 43 are symmetrically arranged at the upper and lower ends of the inner wall of the fixing ring 41, a hot melt device 42 is arranged between two sets of pressure maintaining mechanisms 43 on the inner wall of the fixing ring 41, and an included angle between the hot melt device 42 and the pressure maintaining mechanisms 43 is a right angle;

as shown in fig. 7 to 9, the pressure maintaining mechanism 43 includes two sets of vertical supports 431 symmetrically arranged, the two sets of vertical supports 431 are respectively located at two sides of the fixed ring 41, two sets of arc-shaped plates 432 are rotatably arranged between the two sets of vertical supports 431, and the two sets of arc-shaped plates 432 are hinged with each other through a hinge shaft erected between the vertical supports 431; hinged plates 433 which are mutually crossed are arranged between the two groups of vertical supports 431 and below the arc-shaped plate 432, the two groups of hinged plates 433 are hinged through a lifting rod 434 erected between the two groups of vertical supports 431, a waist-shaped groove 4311 which extends along the length direction of the inner side wall of each vertical support 431 is formed in a position corresponding to the lifting rod 434, and the tail end of the lifting rod 434 extends into the waist-shaped groove 4311;

a guide rod 4331 parallel to the lifting rod 434 is arranged at the bottom end of the hinged plate 433, a clip-shaped frame 4312 is symmetrically arranged on two sides of the vertical support 431, the tail end of the guide rod 4331 extends into the clip-shaped frame 4312 and is in sliding connection with the clip-shaped frame 4312, and the top end of the hinged plate 433 is hinged with the outer annular surface of the arc plate 432; the pressure maintaining mechanism 43 further comprises an electric push rod 435 fixedly installed on the inner wall of the fixing ring 41, and the tail end of the electric push rod 435 is fixedly connected with a circular tube sleeved outside the lifting rod 434; when the electric push rod 435 extends, the round tube drives the lifting rod 434 to slide along the waist-shaped groove 4311 to the arc-shaped plate 432, at this time, the guide rod 4331 slides along the clip-shaped frame 4312 to the vertical support 431, the top ends of the hinge plates 433 move inwards around the lifting rod 434, the included angle between the two hinge plates 433 gradually decreases, the arc-shaped plate 432 is held by the holding force of the hinge plates 433, and the pressure maintaining fixation is performed on the joint of the PPR water pipe 30;

as shown in fig. 1, the PPR water pipe hot-melt joining treatment process includes the following steps:

and (5) fixing an S1 water pipe: inserting the marked PPR water pipe 30 into the positioning hole 223, keeping the tail end of the PPR water pipe 30 aligned, and locking and fixing the PPR water pipe 30 by rotating the locking screw 224;

s2 heating the pipe orifice: the driving cylinder 14 is shortened to drive the first moving plate 12 and the second moving plate 13 to be close to each other synchronously, and the outer surface of the PPR water pipe 30 and the inner surface of the PPR water pipe 30 are inserted into a die head of the hot melting device 42 simultaneously to be heated for several seconds;

s3 tube drawing transposition: the driving cylinder 14 extends to drive the first moving plate 12 and the second moving plate 13 to be away from each other synchronously, the PPR water pipe 30 is pulled out from the die head simultaneously, the incomplete gear 26 is driven to rotate through the motor 24, the rotary disc 22 rotates for 90 degrees under the meshing transmission of the incomplete gear 26 and the driven gear 27, and the PPR water pipe 30 rotates to the pressure maintaining position along with the rotation;

s4 alignment plug: the driving cylinder 14 is shortened to drive the first moving plate 12 and the second moving plate 13 to synchronously approach, and the end parts of the two groups of PPR water pipes 30 are mutually sleeved;

s5 pressure maintaining and fixing: the electric push rod 435 is driven to extend to drive the two groups of hinged plates 433 to approach each other, the arc-shaped plates 432 are held by the jacking force of the hinged plates 433 to hold the pressure of the joint of the PPR water pipes 30 and fix the joint until the two groups of PPR water pipes 30 are completely cooled;

s6 pipe dismantling: the electric push rod 435 is driven to shorten, the arc-shaped plate 432 is opened, the locking screw 224 is unscrewed, and the connected PPR water pipe 30 is drawn out from the positioning hole 223.

When the PPR water pipe hot melting device is used, the time from alignment insertion of the PPR water pipe 30 to unscrewing of the locking screw 224 does not exceed the time for hot melting of the PPR water pipe 30, and the phenomenon that the connected PPR water pipe 30 is pulled out when the PPR water pipe 30 is pulled out of a die head after hot melting is finished is avoided.
