Background

The emergency crash accident can inevitably occur in the operation of the airplane due to weather, human, mechanical faults and the like. In the process of airplane research and development, a fuselage structure and internal key equipment need to be subjected to anti-falling collision tests through an experimental method so as to verify the collision resistance of the airplane. Relevant large-scale force measuring equipment is built in research institutions such as FAA, NASA, DLR, Wichina State university and the like abroad, and the drop-and-impact experiment of a fuselage structure and internal key equipment can be carried out in the real runway paper surface environment.

The invention also has a plurality of inventions in the research of force measuring devices in China, and a plurality of patent technologies are provided, such as: the device comprises a flat plate type six-component force measuring platform device (Chinese patent: CN103267602B), an over-constrained wide-range parallel six-dimensional force measuring platform (Chinese patent: CN101703393A) and a piezoelectric type four-dimensional cutting force measuring platform (Chinese patent: CN 101524818A). However, these force measuring devices and systems are all metal table tops, which cannot simulate the ground mechanics property of the airport runway, and the table tops have small size and low effective range, and cannot meet the impact experiment requirements of full-size large-scale airframe frame section structures and airborne equipment. A large-size high-range reinforced concrete force measurement test device and a large-size high-range reinforced concrete force measurement test system need to be designed, and the problem of experiment requirements is solved.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention can meet the requirements of the large-size airframe structure and the airborne equipment crash impact force test under the ground environment of the real airport runway.

the invention fully utilizes the stress characteristic of the densely distributed parallel unidirectional spoke type force sensor, combines the bearing/load transmission advantages of the large-size steel frame and the design characteristic of the airport runway, provides the large-size high-range reinforced concrete table force measuring device, the system and the experimental method which meet the requirement of the test of the falling impact force of the airplane body structure and the airborne equipment under the ground environment of the real airport runway, and the experimental device has high reliability and strong operability, can obviously improve the test capability of the airplane falling impact test and the ground impact environment simulation capability, and has wide application prospect.

Detailed Description

Based on the loading characteristics of the airplane structure crash experiment, a dedicated crash experiment force response test method suitable for a full-size large-scale fuselage frame section structure and airborne equipment under a real runway ground environment is designed. The experimental method mainly utilizes a special large-size reinforced concrete table top to simulate the mechanical environment of the ground of the airport runway, vertical impact force response signals are tested through 10 channels of densely distributed parallel unidirectional spoke type force sensors, the reliable measurement of the vertical impact force is realized through the different range arrangement of the force sensors, and the condition that each force sensor does not exceed the range is ensured. And finally, testing the response of the falling force of the test piece.

As shown in FIG. 1, the force measuring system for the large-size high-range reinforced concrete table top meeting the requirements of the experimental method comprises: the experimental part comprises an experimental part I, a lifting lug II, a reinforced concrete table top III, a transition frame IV, a one-way force sensor IV, a base frame IV, a ground fixing and mounting plate IV, a data acquisition system IV and a control system IV. As shown in figure 2, the reinforced concrete table top comprises two parts, namely a steel frame A1 and reinforced concrete A2, the steel frame has a prefabrication effect, the integral forming of the table top is realized, the design parameters of the reinforced concrete refer to the relevant standards of the construction of airfield runways, the strength grade is not lower than C30, and the overall size of the table top is 4m multiplied by 6 m. As shown in FIG. 3, six supporting plates B1-B6 are designed on two sides of the transition frame and connected with the reinforced concrete table top through bolts, so that the overhanging part of the reinforced concrete table top is supported, and the first-order natural frequency of the force measuring device system can be effectively increased to 120 Hz. As shown in FIG. 4, the unidirectional force sensor is connected with the transition frame through an upper mounting surface D1 and is connected with the base frame through a lower mounting surface D2, and after the sensor is mounted, the parallelism between the lower surface of the transition frame and the upper surface of the base frame is not more than 0.1. The force measuring device is totally provided with 10 one-way force sensors (C1-C10), and the total measuring range is 240 tons. Wherein the measuring ranges of C5 and C6 are 60 tons, the measuring ranges of C1, C3, C4, C7, C8 and C10 are 10 tons, and the measuring ranges of C2 and C9 are 30 tons.

After the experimental part vertically impacts the reinforced concrete table top of the force measuring platform at a certain speed, the impact force is transmitted to the transition frame through the reinforced concrete table top and then transmitted to the 10 one-way force sensors through the transition frame, and force response signals of the one-way force sensors are transmitted to a control system computer through the data acquisition system, so that the measurement and the acquisition of the falling force response signals of the experimental part are realized.

The invention provides a force measuring device, a force measuring system and a force measuring method for a large-size high-range reinforced concrete table board.
